今天是12月25日，圣诞节。

快乐不再是空虚的，它真切地来源于我的生命——我这条活了十五年依旧活力充沛的半大的命。小时候看书，常常读到的就是哪个皇帝幼时登基又是怎样的有勇有谋。我那时就对数字没什么印象，始终觉得九岁十岁只是很大的年纪，理应有那般的见识。可是后来当我一点点长大爬过那些间隙，才发现自己仍然是一个半大不大常哭鼻子的傻孩子。可是我从不觉得遗憾，因为我从生命里找到的意义或许并不次于那些锁在乏味里的皇帝。我的命可以是自己的，他们的命却必须是天下的。

最后是我们几个人挤在方正的餐桌前对着照相机傻笑，我勉强顶着就要掉下去的生日帽，紧紧地搂着姐姐和堂弟，我们的表情是奇怪又好笑的，可是我们的心却是一样快乐的。我知道这并不是藏着多少美味的生日宴会，可是我知道这就是我想要的快乐和满足。

时间老人慢慢地移动着他的脚步，一步一个脚印，我也在成长着，一步一个脚印，从一个无知的小女孩成长成为了亭亭玉立的少女。成长使我懂得了许多，我印象最深的是成长让我懂得了学会尊重别人。也让我获得了快乐。

小时候，我很任性，什么事都以自我为中心，从来不会尊重别人的感受，什么事都要达到自己的目的，所有人都要听我的，不然我就要大哭大闹，这样爸妈就只好顺从我了。我从来都没有尊重别人。但有一次，让我改变了自己的看法，也让我学会了尊重别人。

六岁那年，我上小学一年级了，我第一次踏进校门，父母很不放心，但也没办法，只好千叮咛万嘱咐。我依然一副无视一切的样子，丝毫没把这些放在眼里。没想到，第一天我就尝到了苦头。

学校里的小朋友全都是不认识的，我对学校的一切都很陌生，也很好奇。第一节课，老师请我们挨个作自我介绍。在我前一个的小朋友刚说了一半，我看着他的样子我就想笑，他那充满乡音的方言又令我捧腹大笑。于是，我肆无忌惮的嘲笑起他来。那个同学听了，涨红了脸，哭了起来。老师连忙去劝，其他同学便指责起我来，“你怎么能这样!”“你太过分了!”我听了，反倒没有屈服，大声的辩解起来：“怎么样!我就说了!在家谁都得听我的!”说完，大家一起笑了起来，一边笑还一边说：“你才几岁啊?这是学校。大家凭什么都听你的?哈哈哈!”我听了，感觉受到了很大的屈辱，哭着跑出了教室……

晚上放学回家后，哭哭啼啼的把今天发生的事向爸爸“诉苦”。可没想到爸爸一反平常温柔的态度，板着脸，严肃的对我说：“女儿，你已经长大了，对吧?”我点了点头。爸爸接着说：“既然你已经长大了，你就要明白融入你现在所处的环境。你不能再以自我为中心了!”“什么是以自我为中心?”我天真的问。“以自我为中心就是像你以前一样什么事都自己做主，不顾及别人的感受，不尊重别人。”爸爸回答道。我不懂了：“为什么不能以自我为中心?为什么要顾及别人的感受?”爸爸轻轻一笑，说：“因为你生活在一个大的社会里，有许许多多的人，不可能以某个人为中心。你要多考虑别人的感受，尊重别人，这样大家才会接纳你，大家也才会尊重你

似懂非懂，但我似乎明白了要学会尊重别人，顾及别人的感受。于是，从那天起，我开始试着那天爸爸对我说了很多，我改变自己的性格，去尊重别人，果然，大家对我的看法改变了，开始和我做朋友，我感受到了快乐。

我成长了，不仅是身体上的成长，更是心理上，性格上的成熟。感谢成长，让我懂得了应该尊重别人，顾及别人的感受，也让我感受到了成长的快乐!

Today is a festival worth celebrating. Christmas is certainly not without Santa Claus and Christmas presents. I think Christmas is a day for children. Today, children will "binge". They will travel and play.
