二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

以下是我的批评与自我批评材料。在学校党支部的正确领导下，我通过不断学习，对标检查，思想认识有了新提高，增强了努力搞好本职工作的责任感和使命感，但是离领导和同志们的要求还有一定差距。下面我本着批评与自我批评的原则，对照自己的实际，挖掘思想，剖析不足。

一、存在问题

1、学习知识钻研业务精神还不够。

没有主动挤出时间来开展自学，系统的学习创先争优 理论。未能够做到把课余的时间多用于提高教学管理 能力的学习上。对新知识，新技术的学习不足，表现没有沉下心认真的学习理论知识，对东西一知半解。有时放松对自己的要求和标准，满足于能应付过得去、差不多。具体工作不够扎实，存在急于求进的情况，接到工作首先想到的是尽快完成，而不是做到做好。对事实情况未作详细了解之前便枉下结论导致事与愿违使事情未收到预期结果。做事虽有计划，但很难按计划实施，经常给人虎头蛇尾的感觉。

2、工作艺术性不够。

不成熟、不稳重做事风风火火走马观花不认真不细致。主要表现在工作方法简单，只安于表面，处理事情方法比较简单，缺少灵活性和艺术性，对问题深层次思考不够，对工作方法的完善会给自己的工作带来动力认识不深刻。粗心大意，在平时的工作忽略小节，而小节往往导致事故的发生，小节是事故的到火点，在今后的工作中我会认真从小节入手，以仔细的态度对每一件事。

3、事业心、开拓进取精神不足。

缺乏迎难而上开创新局面的干劲和勇气 ，工作作风上有时紧时松，工作标准上有时不够严格。由于经验还不足，工作的水平还不高。个人创新不够。所以导致工作效果体现的不明显。在义无反顾抓落实方面做得不到位。

二、今后努力方向及整改措施

1.加强学习

虽然从教近二十年，但面对全区新课堂教学改革，我深知自己在教学及管理学生方面存在着诸多的不足，对高效课堂模式的研究还很肤浅，因此在教学中，我深知坚持不懈的学习是必要的。在实践工作中，我深深体会到教师业务素质的重要性。学习时虽然很苦，但掌握知识后心中也会有一种无比的快乐。如果教学工作干不好，不是自己可干可不干的问题，是必须干好的问题。因为你占着位置，别人想干也不能干，你如果不干，影响的不是你的事，而是整个教育的事业。因此，我们必须坚持不懈地抓学习，圆满地去完成学校的各项工作任务。

2、转变作风

通过学习，我充分认识了转变作风的必要性和重要性。二十一世纪，在教育事业飞速发展，全民素质整体提高，国际、国内的新形势和深化教育改革、全面推进素质教育 的新任务中，对我们教师提出了更高的要求。作为一名人民教师，我们必须热爱教育事业和本职工作，热爱学校，热爱学生，注意为人师表，廉洁从表，模范地遵守社会公德，时时处处以一个人民教师的标准要求自己，身为全面推进素质教育的主力军中的一员，只有转变作风，不断更新知识，提高教育教学水平，具备良好的职业道德，才能堪称人类灵魂的工程师，才能为人师表，才能做学生的良师益友。

3、加强管理

不断创新工作方法，不断加强政治理论 学习和业务学习，强化责任意识和主人翁意识，提高工作效率。关键是需要落实“怎么办”。再好的药方开出来，没人替病人抓药，熬药，喂药。仍然不能治好病人的病。在实践中，还要能辨别是与非。从而得出“怎么办”的正确方法论。

比如在教学常规管理工作，在备课、上课、教学反思 、作业辅导等教学环节上都要重创新、讲实效。在严格执行课程计划，开齐课程开足课时的同时，认真做好教学常规工作，使教学常规规范化、制度化。要注重做好备课，课堂教学、作业批改、课外辅导工作、考查等几个基本环节。学校的每月常规，使老师们在备课，上课等方面的工作得到了规范和提效，也使学校的教学管理工作逐步走向规范，从而有效地开展教学工作。

4、提高质量

在提升教学质量上，要学会每天以饱满的热情投入到教学中，把每个孩子当做自己的孩子来对待。在平时我乐于做学生的伙伴，在平等中感受升华，在成长中享受收获。在有限的四十分内，我充分做到让一让，把教室变成学生学习的学堂，老师只是管理者、组织者、策划者、帮助者、引导者，实现学生的主体地位，发挥老师的主导地位，提高教学的有效性。为全面提高工作水平，进一步解放思想，转变观念，做到与时俱进，开拓创新，所以我认真做好自己手上的每一项工作，使自己真正成为创新型、学习型、高效型教师 。

三、对支部班子成员的意见及建议

领导班子成员政治素质普遍较高，工作能力强具有改革创新意识，班子成员之间团结协作好，有较强的敬业精神和事业心，能廉洁奉公。不足之处，由于工作繁忙，与普通党员谈心的次数还不够多。

Communication is common and important in our daily life. All of us live

with others in the society and no one can live cut off from it. Everyday, we

must talk to others to give and get information, but how can we communicate with

others? Some people claim that they don’t know what to say and how to speak to

others, strangers especially. I think first you should find a topic that both of

you are interested in. Then, pay attention to your manners, speed, pitch,

expressions and your body language. You should make others feel comfortable, so

that they are willing to talk to you. Last but not the least, being a good

listener. Listening to others shows your respect to them. Only when they heard,

they want to talk. So do you. Before you talk, listening to others first.

There are many television programs in Taiwan today, from TV aeries, quiz shows, soap operas, movies to cartoons. Of all the programs, I like to watch cartoons the best, like Cartoon network, Disney and many others. I like to watch cartoons because they are funny and very interesting, especially when I am sad, tired or bored. I also like cartoon characters. they are so cute and vivid. We must use our imagination when we watch cartoons. Because they are often exaggerated, so you need to have a sense of humor.

Oh! it was winter holiday. i was very happy. i read my favourite books. i have many wonderful books. but i could not read these books too much. i also had a lot of homework to do. i like playing computer games, too. it’s very interesting. but i could not play it too much. i wear glasses, i’m very sad. it’s not good for my eyes to play computer games too much.

When the national entrance examination is over, people always pay more

attention to those who are enrolled by colleges and universities. Those who

failed the examination are treated coldly. Being enrolled by colleges and

universities is, of course, worth congratulating. But giving the successful

candidates excessive praise and neglecting those who failed the examination

might send the wrong message: young people do not have a bright future unless

they go to college or university.

Teachers, parents and society, therefore, should give more attention to

students failing the examination. They are in more urgent need of understanding,

warmth and encouragement. We should tell them that to go to college is not the

only way to success, and that, if they make enough effort, they can still

develop talents in other occupations that will serve society.

Personally, the country’s economic development requires not only

specialized scientists and technical experts, but also knowledge-based workers

and skilled laborers. After some vocational training, these senior high school

students can also become backbones in their own fields and contribute their

wisdom to our society.

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can
