Better-known places to enjoy a good cup of tea in China include Beijing noted

for its variety of teahouses; Fujian and Guangdong provinces and other places in

the southeast of China that serve gongfu tea, a formal serving of tea in tiny

cups; the West Lake in Hangzhou, also the home of the Tea Connoisseurs

Association, noted for its excellent green tea; and provinces in southwest China

like Yunnan where the ethnic groups less affected by foreign cultures retain tea

ceremonies and customs in original tea-growing areas.

Last winter holiday, I went to Harbin with my mother. It‘s very cold in winter. There is snow and ice everywhere and you are always in a white world. You must wear warm clothes. This summer I’ve review this kind of tale, which was published in 1940. It’s the world-famous fairy-tale by the French author, Antoine de St-Exupery, The Little Prince.

As many other fairy-tales, the outline of The Little Prince is not very complex. ―I‖, the narrator of the story, is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the Sahara. In this occasion, the pilot makes the acquaintance of the little prince, a little boy from another planet, the Asteroid B612. The little prince has escaped from his tiny planet, because he has some quarrel with a rose, which grows on his planet. In that case he left his own planet and took an exploration at some neighbor asteroids.

On his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. From these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd. Following the instruction of the geographer, he descends in the Sahara, on the earth.

Traveling on the earth, the little prince, who sees a garden of five-thousand roses, is overcome with astonishment and sadness, as he considers his rose is unique in the universe before. At that time a fox appears. The fox, who tell the little prince about the meaning of the word ―tame‖, becomes his new friend. At the time to say farewell, the fox makes him know that his rose is unique because she is his rose and tamed by him. From that the little prince begins to treasure friendship and be responsible to his rose.

At the anniversary day of his descent of the earth, rejecting the pilot’s advice, he goes back to his own planet by bite of a snake. ―It’s too far. I can not carry this body with me. It’s too heavy.‖ he said. He tells his friend, the pilot, he must be responsible for his rose, so he has to go back. At the end the author doesn’t tell us the ending directly. Maybe it’s more significant for us to imagine, and for more, think over.

When I was three years old, my mother hired a tutor to teach me piano. It is such a classic story that every parent wants their daughter to be an elegant lady. So playing piano is the best way to show elegance. But maybe I was not talented in playing piano, I showed less interest and finally, my mother had given up her piano dream. 我县的“德润周原·书香岐山”中小学德育行动自去年开展以来,各个学校以此项活动为载体,开展了形式多样,内容新颖的德育系列活动，教育效果显著。

我作为一名农村小学校长，我对此次主题德育教育活动非常重视。首先，我觉得思想品德教育位于学校教育的首要位置，是学校教育的灵魂。其次，县局安排的“德润周原·书香岐山”中小学德育行动内容具体，切实可行，涵盖了学校教育的各个方面。基层学校可以以此次活动为载体，充分发挥学校的德育工作的创造性，可以确立适应本校实际的教育主题，开展一系列德育实践活动。

我校在“德润周原·书香岐山”中小学德育行动中，主要从以下几方面做起：

学校师生认识到位。全体教师和学生都认识到“人无德不立”这句话的重要意义。学校动员领导班子拿出活动开展草案，经过全体教师集体讨论，修改，确定最终活动方案。

活动以“从实际出发，讲求实效”为最终目标。学校集体安排的活动主要有“读书励志”、“中小学感恩周”、“礼仪文化进校园”、“经典诵读展示”“百首红歌大家唱”、“艺术节”、“科技节”和“运动会”等活动相结合，从各个方面突出德育。

充分发挥班队的创造性，德育行动“百花齐放”。各班各中队以“善行义举榜”的“好少年评选”为主题，在每周班队会活动时评选出“孝心好少年”“助人为乐好少年”“勤学好少年”等不同方面的典型学生。讲求大多数学生都能够登上学校每月更新一次的“善行义举榜”。善行义举榜的“评议台”并随时刊载本周学校涌现的先进人物和事例。部分班级开展“我为班级增绿”、“校园美化从我做起”、“老师请您喝口水”“我为父母献孝心”等活动。

通过一系列德育活动的开展，学校正气昂扬，学生思想上有触动，特别是孝心得到感化，品格得到锻炼，能力得到培养。

但是，我们也发现，部分活动内容过于表面化，还有些活动开展之后主题未升华，效果不够显著，这都有待于今后改进。

总之，我们要坚持落实德育的首位地位不容忽视，要紧紧把握德育活动“小、近、实”的特点，结合学校师生生活实际，结合地域特点，以“德润周原·书香岐山”为契机，把学校德育工作推上新台阶。

彭老师知识丰富，每上一篇课文都要给我们介绍许多相关的资料。如学习第九课《古诗两首》时，彭老师告诉我们：这两首古诗抒发了诗人在秋天里思念家乡、思念亲人的感情。叶绍翁写的《夜书所见》先是写游客在外，因秋风落叶，感到孤独郁闷，由看到远处篱笆下的灯火，料想是小孩在捉蟋蟀，不禁回忆起自己的故乡和童年的生活。《九月九日忆山东兄弟》作者是唐代著名诗人王维，他当时只有十七岁，正在长安谋取功名。恰逢重阳佳节，作者孤身飘泊于繁华热闹的帝都，倍感孤单，非常思念家乡亲人，便写下这首《九月九日忆山东兄弟》。

彭老师特别尽职，有一段时间我们班的纪律特别不好，彭老师累得嗓子都嘶哑了，还流了很多鼻血，但为了不影响我们的功课，她就用纸塞住鼻子一直坚持给我们上课。

彭老师很爱我们，总称我们为：孩子们!笑盈盈的眼里满是爱意。记得一年级时，我很胆小，上课时不敢举手回答问题，是她用鼓励的目光让我战胜了胆怯、找回了自信。还记得有一次班里举行亲子活动，需要家长和孩子互动表演爱我你就亲亲我，爱我你就抱抱我，班里的刘茜同学因为父母都在外地，只好孤单的站在那里，彭老师看见了，就跑过去抱住刘茜，大声说：爱我你就亲亲我，爱我你就抱抱我刘茜幸福得小脸通红，那一幕场景让人觉得温馨又感动。

大家好!

很荣幸我能有这样的机会参加今天的演讲，我是手术室的一名普通护士。我演讲的题目是：无影灯下天使情。

记得我刚踏上手术室岗位的时候，心里充满了对新生活的美好憧憬，无影灯下，我曾用自己火样的热情和赤诚去描绘着自己未来的事业。然而，现实并不像伊甸园的菩提果那般完美和甜蜜。我每天要面对着的是一张张被病痛扭曲的面孔，听到的是一声声长吁短叹，一阵阵抽泣呜咽……永远忙碌的脚步分不清时间的分分秒秒，3个小时，6个小时，甚至10几个小时，腿酸了要站得住，肚子饿了要挺得住，眼睛困了要熬得住……多少个深夜，我们被急诊电话惊醒，不管是雷电交加或是风啸雪寒，也得从温暖的被窝中爬起来，冲入沉沉的黑夜之中。紧张、劳累的工作中，我真正体验到了手术室护士平凡生活的滋味，体验到了其中的艰辛和压力。我苦恼过、迷惘过;苦恼迷惘之后也曾动摇过、退却过。但有一件事深深地触动了我，使我从迷惘中寻回了自我，在退却时坚定了初衷。

那是几年前一个初冬的深夜，当我正甜甜的酣睡在温暖的家中时，一阵急促的电话铃声把我从梦中惊醒。“有急诊手术，速来参加抢救!” 我不得不将舒适、温暖抛在身后，顶着刺骨的寒风向医院奔去。漆黑的深夜，冷清的马路，呼啸的北风，我的心里有说不出的沉重，甚至看到焦急等待手术病人的家属，我的表情都有些麻木。可当我疾步走上手术台，面对那张被病痛扭曲的面孔和那双祈盼生命的眼睛，顿时，同情之心、爱怜之情却又油然而生。无影灯下，我们和死神作斗争，我们同时间争分秒。当东方露出一抹曙光时，手术成功了，病人脱险了，当我们把病人推出手术室告诉家人：“手术做完了，很顺利，我们现在送回病房”时。一句简单而又平凡的话语，竟使焦急等候的家人流下了热泪。一刹那间，一股从未有过的体验蓦然涌上了心头：原来我岗位是如此的重要，它不仅维系着健康、快乐，它甚至维系着一个人的生命。那一刻我深深地体会到：无影灯虽然不是世界上最美丽的灯光，它没有耀眼闪烁的美丽，但不可否认，它是世界上对生命最重要的灯光，它点燃了无数患者和家属的希望，它就象人生旅途中的一盏指航灯，为面临惊涛骇浪的小舟指引方向，为生命垂危的患者带来一丝丝光明。我也明白了一个真理：在平凡的护理岗位上，同样可以施展才华，创造业绩。

我不是诗人，不能用漂亮的诗句讴歌我的职业;我不是学者，不能用深邃的思想思考我的价值;我不是歌手，不能用动听的歌喉歌咏我的岗位。然而，我是护士——一名手术室护士，我要感谢我的职业，是它让我知道如何平等、善良、真诚地对待每一个生命，是它让我理解了活着就是一种美丽!我要感谢我的职业，是它让我懂得了如何珍爱生命，明白了平凡就是幸福，奉献让我更美丽。

创优无止境，服务无穷期。在手术室这个平凡的护理岗位上，我要以新的姿态，展示新的风貌，创造新的业绩，让青春在无影灯下焕发出绚丽的光彩。

Before I entered the middle school, I felt so worried about the life in middle school, because my cousin told me that I would have to compete with so many excellent students.

Now I get used to the life, I learn many subjects from Monday to Friday.

Though I always meet the difficulties in learning the new knowledge, I get help from my teachers and classmates.

I am not afraid of the middle school life again, I am so excited to learn new things every day.
