现在，我们必须面对事实，尤其像我们这样一个世界13个贫水国之一国家，人均水资源即少，再加上污染严重，使我们赖以生存得水资源不断恶化!但是，更多的水，使人们浪费、破坏的。我曾看过一份十分让我吃惊的资料：生产同样多的粮食，我国要比美国多用一倍的水;我国万元产值的耗水量超过发达国家的一倍多!
