再次翻开姚xx老师的这本《小学英语情趣课堂教学》时，说心里话真的是很痛苦，像是下了很大的决心。过了两个月的无拘束、无压力的生活之后，发现静下心来做一件事很难，尤其是读书。因为是王老师给我们下了死任务，只好硬着头皮去读。事实证明：有压力才会有动力。这句话说的一点儿也不假。我重点研读了本书的第六章。本章节向我们展示了一些优秀的情趣英语课堂教学设计与课例，精心的教学设计，精彩的教学预设，无不体现了编写教师的独具匠心。设计中体现了人文主义，从教学目标到教学过程，都很巧妙地将传统的“要我学”转换成了“我要学”。

第一部分以北京师范大学新版小学英语教材四年级下册第十单元 Mc’s stre 6个课时的教学内容为例，展开基于情趣教学思想想的教学设计。阅读的过程中，可以看出编写教师非常细心，把课堂上的每个细节都处理的很到位，包括课堂的一些预设，生成。这一单元是一个阅读课，一提到英语阅读，我的脑海中就是bring, difficult。纵观这六课时的教学设计，教师借助插图、对话，并通过肢体语言、声音、多媒体资源、设置有效情境，挖掘文本固有的情趣，给予学生适时的语言支持和铺垫，帮助学生理解语言，理解故事。一步步地帮助学生把握技巧，培养他们的阅读能力。成功地把阅读变成悦读，使它真正地变成一种乐趣。在今后的阅读课上，我会尽力效仿，使它变得不枯燥。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。

读罢此书，心中感慨万千，作为教师，很佩服姚老师的那份执着，以及对教学认真的工作态度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教学设计上，我也要有所创新：

1.导入部分需要为所学内容做铺垫，不能华而不实。

2.适当地体现小组合作的魅力，锻炼学生的语言运用能力。根据学生的能力，在适当时机把主动权交给学生，充分关注学生的主体意识，激发学生主动参与的热情。

3.注重教学设计的整体性，连贯性。

今天下午，我们班上了一节英语课，我很喜欢这节课。

上课了，老师没来前，班级内纪律很差，到处是说话的声音，我的耳朵都快被吵聋了。老师来了后，班级一下就静了下来。这时我看见老师手里拿着一个录音机走上讲台，我心想，老师拿录音机干什么呢?全班的同学也在下面议论纷纷。这时，老师说：“这节课，老师给大家放一段英语录音，请同学们认真听。”由于录音的内容太有趣，我们从没有听过，全班的同学都很高兴，时时爆发出笑声。

每当我们上英语课的时候，老师就会教授我们丰富的知识。我越来越喜欢英语了，因为在英语学习中我找到了许多乐趣。首先是记单词的乐趣。以前我最痛恨记单词，那么多单词像一锅粥似的搅在一块儿，根本分不清谁是谁。有时是和汉语拼音混淆在一起;有时是单词之间互相混淆，把这个单词记成另一个单词;更糟糕的是，我根本不知道自己在拼什么。可是，自从我学习了音标后，我就发现了许多记单词的窍门，比如，许多发音是由固定单词拼写而成的。比如ph发[f]的音，C常发[k]的音。有了学习方法，我觉得英语学习轻松又有趣。它不仅使我多学了一门语言，更为我开启了一扇通往异域文化的大门。现在，我的阅读面扩大许多，不仅看中文故事，还试着读一些英语小短文，我尤其爱看英语幽默，笑话，常常乐得开怀大笑。第一，当然是故事有趣，惹人发笑;第二是因为读懂了，高兴地忍不住想笑。渐渐地，我的阅读理解能力大大提高了。以前，看到文章中生词多，就觉得头晕眼花，有畏难情绪;可现在呢，我不再拒绝新单词了，因为我会根据上下文的意思，猜个八九不离十，即使猜错了，也不影响对整个故事的理解。哈哈，会双语的感觉真好!上课时我们用心地配合老师读单词、学习句子、掌握知识点……老师上课时，当我们回答对了一个又一个的问题，老师嘴里就会不停地说着“good”(棒)、“OK”(好)之类表扬的话，大家完全沉浸在英语的海洋中，欢声笑语久久回荡着。

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising, It needs team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to cooperate with others in this game. 如何在40分钟内发挥最大的课堂效益，使课堂教学更有效，是我们教师都在苦心探索研究的。我在教学实践中就如何培养学生的自主学习，自主发展能力，如何提高课堂教学效率等方面进行了一些学习和探索。

备课是老师的富有创造性的复杂的劳动过程，做好了这一步，也就做好了成功高效课堂的第一步。备课，包括备教材、备学情、备教法，另外还要备学生的学法(学生的操练)。备课时，首先要钻研教材，熟悉教材的内容;把握知识、技能目标，找出教学的重点和难点，要整体地、清晰明了地把握教材，才能在课上得心应手，备课时一定要结合自己学生的特点，学生学习和接受能力是不尽相同的，备课时要注意全面性，包括内容上的全面和对不同层次学生照顾上的全面。我们对学生的反馈还要进行预设，尽可能多的为学生提供多种答案信

Leo Tolstoy once said, everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.

He is right. We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand thatChanges the world or benefits all of mankind .For example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean. Yet we still litter on the ground. We use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, I dare to say, we harm more!

In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first. As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world. But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cussing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.
