人口无论是在数量还是在结构上的变迁，都会对国家安全产生深刻影响，而中国今天正处在新一轮人口变迁中。

进入新世纪以来，中国面临的人口再生产状况已经发生了根本变化。中国人口在上世纪50、60年代，由传统的高出生、高死亡、低增长，转变到高出生、低死亡、高增长后，仅仅30年左右的时间，就已过渡到20世纪90年代以来的低出生、低死亡、低增长。而且，出生率下降的趋势基本不可逆转。

可以预见，在中国的工业化和城市化进程仍在加速推进的情况下，无论人口政策如何调整，今后中国人的生育观念也将很难回头，人口总和出生率将继续保持在世代更替水平之下甚至进一步下落。日本、俄罗斯和韩国等国在现代化过程中的人口变迁经历，都已说明了这一点。这两点变化决定了未来中国人口结构变化的走势，比如老龄化时代到来，性别比的失衡，还有独生子女在主流城镇社会成为中坚人口，以及少数族群人口在中国人口中的比重上升，在西部地区聚居度增大等。

这些变化使中国国家安全面临新的问题和挑战。首先就是发展安全。由于老龄化程度加深，社会总抚养比增大，用于老龄人口养老、医疗等的费用增多，将使国民收入中用于消费的部分增加，而用于投资的部分将不得不减少，使支撑国家长远发展的财政能力受到制约。如果中国因此发生经济停滞，今天中国人热衷说着的“大国崛起”、“伟大复兴”等等，将不过是镜花水月，一厢情愿。

二是军事安全。近20余年来中国国家利益日益拓展，对军事安全的需求不断增多。但在国民收入三部分：消费、投资和防务中，由于用于消费的部分增多，投入到国防的国民收入，将来也可能不得不压缩或受到很大限制。一个老龄化的社会必然在心理上总体趋向保守和防御，公众对于良好社会保障的压力会使国家不可能将更多财富用于国防建设。这一问题目前在中国还不明显，但再过一二十年，情况就有可能发生显着变化。

在中国国家利益日益拓展的情况下，如果没有足够的财政能力支撑足够的军事能力，这不仅影响军事安全，也影响发展安全。同时，一个独生子女占劳动力主体、老龄化程度日深的社会，也将侵蚀一个国家防范和进行战争的能力。在独生子女家庭占中国家庭总量几乎一半的情况下，整个社会对战争的承受能力将完全不同于以往。

还有一点不能忽视，大量适婚男性将因男女比例失衡而无法组织正常家庭生活，这将不仅诱发贩卖人口现象的增多，而且可能加剧黑社会活动及其他危害社会安定因素。

四是文化安全。中国近些年来日益突出的信仰危机、价值观问题，很大程度上也与上世纪70年代以来人口结构的变化有关。中国传统儒家文明的继承是靠中国特定的生育文化来支撑的。然而，独生子女群体不仅在改变人口结构、社会结构，也在改变文明结构。有调查显示，独生子女在对家庭和社会的责任、集体意识、合作精神和牺牲奉献观念等方面，与以往多子女家庭出身的人群相比，有显着差异，在这一代人身上，中国传统价值观的色彩更为淡薄。

看到这道题后，我感到很奇怪，于是我跑去问爸爸：“爸爸，为什么一套西服的售价要高出进价的20%才能不亏损呢？不是应该只要高出进价就已经赚钱了吗？”爸爸笑着对我说：“你开一家店，不是要花水电费、人工费、店面的租金和税费吗？”我疑惑地说：“当然了。可是这和高出20%才能获利有关系吗？”。爸爸说：“这20%的利润都是为了支付水电费、人工费、租金和税费等费用啊！，”我恍然大悟：“原来是这样，我明白了，也就是说成本要包含这些费用，所以成本会高于进价，这样理解对吗？”爸爸说：“对呀！要把所有的费用合到一起才是成本。”

回到我的房间，我仔细的思考了一下这个问题，以前一直以为成本就是进价，原来成本要包含这么多的费用，怪不得我们买的东西贵呢？如果没有这些费用，成本下降了，我们买的东西就便宜了。但是没有钱赚，商家没有钱赚，他们就会破产了，要挨饿了。所以他们一定要加上这些费用，市场才能繁荣。

停止思想上的飞奔，我不得不回到如何计算这道题上。经过分析，我有了解题的思路。首先，我可以用西服的标价和50%的加价，先算出这套西服的进货价，然后再求出成本。接着再由成本除以售价再乘上100%，即可算出店主最多打八折，才能不亏损。

今天我又学到了一个与生活息息相关的知识，我感觉开心极了！

I think its very important and necessary for kids to do some housework at home.

Firstly it is because they just spend too much time doing homework without having any rest. Doing housework not only help them rest but also do some body exercise. Secondly, kids should learn how hard-working their parents are and thus learn to be grateful.

For me, I can do lots of housework. For example, I can do the dishe, I can cook, I can sweep the floor, and I can also water the flowers. Whats more, I can set the table and so on.

our family enjoyed a wonderful new years evening family dinner because it is seldom to get so many relatives to get together.my uncle,aunt and cousin,my best friend,came and had dinner with us.it took almost whole afternoon to prepare the dishes.of course,that is a chance to show my mom and my aunts cooking skill.we also try to do something to help them,but,what we got was "going to play".it is happy for me to hear that rather than "go to do your homework".the evening dinner is so good,everyone enjoyed and aet overload to their stomach.so wonderful dinner,so wonderful new year.

周日下午，天气晴朗，万里无云，我和几个好朋友相约去观察蚂蚁。

在河边的草丛中，我们找到了一个蚂蚁窝。当我们拿着放大镜聚精会神地观察蚂蚁们合力搬运一只昆虫的时候，张子倩大喊道：“小草着火了！”“着火了，怎么回事？”“是谁点的火？”“怎么会着火呢？”大家七嘴八舌地议论起来。

“是不是这个地方的草和别的地方的不一样，我们换个地方试试。”王雨竹提议道。于是，我们又找了一个地方，还和刚才一样，用放大镜对着小草照了起来，不一会，小草冒起了烟，慢慢地烧了起来。

“是什么原因让小草着火呢，为什么用放大镜照小草会着火？”强烈的好奇心驱使着我们，使我们再也没有心思去观察什么蚂蚁搬东西了。张子倩和王雨竹去新华书店，我和雷璇急忙向我家赶，我们都想急切地找到答案。

回到家，打开电脑，输入“放大镜照小草为什么会着火？”点击搜索，答案一下子就出来了。原来，放大镜是凸透镜，凸透镜具有会聚作用，把太阳光聚在一点，当我们用放大镜照小草时，由于凸透镜的聚焦作用，会把太阳光的能量会聚到一个焦点上，随着能量的不断积累，当达到小草的着火点时，小草就会燃烧起来。

哈，其实解决问题真的不难啊。不知道张子倩她们找到答案没有，看来只好明天告诉她们了。
