有一句话说的好：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”也就是说，多读书，多积累，文章就自然能写好。因此，我也在平时的空闲中，多多读书，今年暑假，我读了一本有趣的书——《那些古怪又让人忧心的问题》。

《那些古怪又让人忧心的问题》这本书，是美国的兰道尔·门罗所写，作者门罗用幽默的口吻，回答了一个个看似古怪、可笑的，但又不无道理的问题。

在“用乐高积木搭桥、地球的最后之光”等等问题中，我琢磨了一个关于：“如果在地球上捆上绳子（绳子也就是地球剖面的周长），然后将绳子抬高1米[也就是绳子离地1米]，需增加几米绳子？”这个问题我思索着，突然灵光一闪！求绳长就与周长有关，那么圆的半径增加1米后，周长就多了1乘“π”米（“π”取3、14），也就是3、14米！天啊，原来只要这么点绳子，真是神奇！

在发现了这神奇的答案后，我也相信了作者所说的：“再荒唐的问题，都有一个科学的解答！”

读了这本书，我在“如果人类DNA瞬间消失会怎样”这个解答中，得知了人体DNA的重要性。如果失去了DNA，你就会像“人间蒸发”一般，医疗追踪会失去作用，而你的身体也会慢慢改变：肝肾等器官会慢慢衰竭，所以，失去DNA会使你“隐身”，也会使你与明天说再见！

读完这本有趣的书，我也看到了科学的另一面与探究对我们而言的重要性。我们也要向《那些古怪又让人忧心的问题》这本书的作者：兰道尔。门罗学习他的探究、发现精神，因为发现更多，学的也更多！

在生活中，在学习中，我们也应该多多提出问题，多多发现问题，而不是对问题视而不见，或压根儿没发现问题，我也要继续加油！

青少年是祖国的未来，可是一些青少年往往在成长的过程中自暴自弃，不但不能为振兴祖国出力，反而还成为国家的负担。

据我的考察，我建议提出以下几点。一、青少年有着各自的天赋，但有些家长反对孩子学习他爱好的学业，原因是家长认为这个东西学出来没有用，赚不了钱。可是你们错了，只要孩子认真，不厌倦学习，什么事业都会向世界展示他最辉煌的一面。不只是这样，我们是为了赚钱而学的吗？不，绝对不。我们造福于人，那生活不是更美了吗？上帝创造出你这个小小的生命，你就会有用，但是你的学业成不成功，还要看你自己的努力了。

二、 要从青少年的心理出发，注重法律，将什么是“非法”与“合法”教给他们，让他们能区分出来。而且遇到问题，不能一味地大肆批评，那样会给青少年带来心理上 的负担。

教育是一个重大的担子，我们必须不断更新改革，这样才能让青少年发挥己独特的本领，才会让我们的教育事业迈向更高的阶梯。

自改革开放之后，中国民众从小规模的地下方式开始自主进行人口流动。这股潮流越发猛烈，以至于政府在十几年之后不得不彻底取消了大部分对人口流动的严格限制。行政的控制无法阻挡经济利益的诱惑。因为多年控制的压抑，这一系列人口流动最终爆发成为了人类史上空前规模的迁移。中国的城市与乡村在建立社会主义制度之后完全隔绝了如此之久，以至于中国社会的城乡二元结构时至今日仍影响至深。城市是人类文明对自然环境改造的终极形式，是人类工商业活动的最集中场所。人口不断从乡村向城市迁移，而不同等级和发展水平的城市之间也存在着大量人口流动。大城市的梦想造就了数量庞大的流动人口。而这些流动人口的进入也使得城市变得更大更密更复杂。城市的活力在几十年的隔绝制度下已渐衰弱，而流动人口改变了这一切。城市被注入新的生机，重新成为经济活动的中心、文化碰撞融合的焦点，从而被丰富和多元化。中国的城市化水平在短时间内迅速提高，但更重要的是多数城市的生命被延续，并因此有助于打破几十年养成的城乡二元思维。

而所有被称为流动人口带来的不良后果，在我看来都是对城市管理不作为而找出的借口。这样的借口所编织的谎言是几十年来权威主义管理的惯性。所谓流动人口所带来的问题是普世的，即无论在哪个被界定的人群中，人类现有的文明也保证在相同条件下都可能会发生相同的或好或坏的事情。而那些谎言是最擅长“以偏概全”的。甚至有时候还会牵扯出流动人口的素质问题。这简直是无耻的。这是教育资源分配不均的问题，是教育机会不平等的问题。难道这是流动人口自身造成的?流动人口给城市带来的居住、交通、医疗、教育等等压力，再一次提醒了城市管理者如何才能合理分配城市资源。在城市中辛勤工作、依法纳税、遵纪守法的公民完全有资格公平而合理地利用到城市社会资源，而不会因为什么户籍问题沦为二等公民。讨论所谓流动人口所带来的弊端显然是带有偏见的，而如此的利弊二元思维也是极其可悲的。要知道，这个世界本是没有城市的。

近些年，教育出现了不少新情况，其中之一是在一些城市中，出现了各种各样的“打工者子弟学校”，专门流动人口子女就学。对于此显现，各方面的意见很不一致。一方面，在各大城市中打工的流动人口表现明显的欢迎。其原因在于：他们认为，上不起城市的公立中小学。公立学校如果接受外来人口的子女上学，在正常的学杂费之外，一般要收较高的借读费和赞助费。另外，他们认为自己的子女在公立学校上学还会受到城市孩子的歧视。而“打工者子弟学校”一方面收费比较低，而且服务也很热情，孩子也不会受到城市小孩的歧视。

关于办学条件问题，很多人认为应当考虑具体情况，相当于公立学校，这些“打工者子弟学校”的教学条件肯定比较差。然而，根据这些学生的家庭的收入水平和支付能力，我们是否一定要去那么高标准教学条件呢?如果政府不能负担这些孩子教育的费用，我们能看着它们失学吗?我们是否要拥有者的教学条件作为学生入校的门槛呢?只要能改这些孩子一个受教育的机会，条件简陋的学校应当是可以生存的。实际上，流动人口将子女送到这类学校主要是经济上的考虑，这类学校收费较低相当于贫民学校，使这些家庭的经济条件。

在我们班就有一位流动人口儿童，他跟着父母一起来到到这里。。起初，他在班上不怎么说话，上课只是认真听讲也不发言……过了一段日子，有几位同学“邀请他去玩，于是他露出了在校园里的第一张笑脸，随后他经过和老师同学的沟通慢慢变得开朗起来，学习也十分优异，现在成了我们班的尖子生。

He expects that the human has good characters in the society. In the book, he also tells the readers the various aspects in the really world. He hopes that people have good manners and noble moral.

The Miserable World is a novel which reflects the miserable life and the misfortunate of the poor guys in France when it is the middle of nineteen century. The name of the book indicates the suffering from the great difficulities. The book put emphsis on the tradegy and the position of the low classes and this is the most exciting and important aspect, which makes the readers have deep thinking about the life.

In the details of the book, we know the men are upset because they were in the low class and were having a poor life, women’ behavior deviates from what is acceptable especially in sexual behavior because of starving and children are so weak that they can grow strong and keep healthy in the old days of the world. So the author, Victor Hugo, hoped that all the people could have a bright future and have a good life, and the the famous work came into being. We know that the autho, Victor Hugo, had a boarder sense. He thought because if the world continued to stay as it was, the world could come to an end. The great artist were very brave to fight against the old displines. This novel is of great value because it describes history and reality in the past. We, people in modern society, should learn something from it and try to make the world perfect and harmony.

During last summer vacation, I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle, a closed friend of my father, transferred from Shanxi to Yantai, a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea, the clean and soft sand on the beach, the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day, for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day, the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside, I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there, the sky was turning grey little by little, the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries, then suddenly, in the faraway horizon, golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later, a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. on the one hand, most people agree that the problem can be solved in one way or another. one is to conserve and save our energy. energy refers not only to coal, oil, or natural gases but also to goods, land and water, etc. most countries have realized the wastefulness in their using of energy. they are trying to conserve energy. for example, some countries have a daylight saving system to use less electricity for lighting. some cities have enforced water savers at public such as restrooms and bars. some have enforced serious penalties on overuse of electricity, water, and farming land. by these means, people hope the drain on energy resources could be slowed down.

however, conservation alone cannot solve the problem. another way, perhaps the best i think,, is to develop new energy resources. obviously, no matter how hard we try to save energy resources and how abundant they are, we will use them up sooner or later. i think there are many energy resources that we can develop and utilize. we don’t have to depend only on the current conventional energy resources. there are many other energy resources that we can develop such as nuclear power, waterpower and solar power. these resources, if developed, can completely replace the conventional energy and thus solve the problem of energy shortage.
