比赛开始了，每个班的第一个同学都奋力向前，不甘示弱。从前面看他们就向大海上的浪潮一样齐头并进、不分胜负。可没过一会，我们班稍微有点落后，同学们的加油声更大了，我们一起努力又赶了上来。只见，张艺铭用力地跳，每一次都跳得又快又远，我们的脸上露出了满意地笑容。快到我了，我特别激动，心砰砰地跳。可我默默地告诉自己要沉着，我紧紧地盯着迎面来跳跳球，我跺着脚、摆着手，嘴里还不停地喊着：“快点，快点！”终于该我了，我飞快地抓住跳跳球的“大耳朵”，急忙坐上去，屁股往下一压，双腿向后一蹬，在往前一跳，感觉自己跳得好远啊！就像在飞一样。就这样向前跳啊，跳啊。可是好景不长，我刚跳到中间，不知怎么的，我从球上滑了下来。可是我不灰心，立马站起来又继续往前跳，到终点了，我紧张的心情一下子平静了下来。

比赛结束了，我们回到了教室。我想今天的课外活动真有趣，以后还想参加这样的活动！

前几天，我们去参加拓展活动。我们坐车来到智明教育基地，那里很好玩的。

先进入眼帘的是一片大操场，那里有很多车，过了一会儿，车没了，所有班级的人都站在那。教官开始介绍了，他们的称号有的是“灰太狼”，有的是“狂风”，还有的是“流星”等。

开始分队了，一个班分三个队，我被分到了最后一个队，教官让我们写队旗，男生们想了一个“狼牙特战队”，这是队名，口号是“狼牙、狼牙、勇闯天涯；狼牙、狼牙、勇闯天下。”

开始游戏了，我们玩无规电车，每个人用气球连接，看谁先到终点，谁就胜利。我们玩一会儿类似的游戏，就去吃饭了。吃完饭，我们去游乐园玩，游乐园可好玩了，有踩的，有趴的。时间到了，我依依不舍地离开了游乐园。

然后我们去认识植物，你别小看植物，它可厉害了。该去做标本了，我们捡些树叶，上楼了。我以为很难，其实很简单。该回学校了，教官们教我们一首歌，我又依依不舍地离开基地。
