She thought she lost Frank forever. I cannot imagine how painful for Frank to spend dozens years in the prision. He once had good dream about his life, but he had to waste most of his life in prision. In my opinion it was Frank’s father that distoryed his life. His father didn’ t give him freedom, and Frank can’t had strong resistance spirits, and because he didn’t control himself and broke the law.The energitic Frank will never come to us, and he became a man who didn’t wanna talk. As for Meggie, I think she was a good girl. She was beautiful and smart, but she it was wrong for her to love Ralph. Meggie was an excellent girl, she was able to find an outstanding boy to love her, but she put all her love on Ralph even she married Luke. She married Luke just because Luke looked like Ralph. People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before. They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have. However, many people dont know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard. In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.

First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good health. Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, because life depends on exercise. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts and lungs . In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.

If everyone is to do so, there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.

In every year the end of June, it is the beginning of my precious summer holiday. Last summer, I had a great holiday. Firstly, I spent only a week to finish all my summer homework. Then I have still almost two months to do anything I wanted. Actually, I really did what I wanted to do in last summer. I traveled to beijing with my best friend for 2 weeks. We were so happy and the trip was just perfect. In the rest of my holiday, I did not do anything even related to study. Everything is all about games. However, I will not have a chance to spend my summer holiday like the last one. There is much more homework that I have to use probably three quarters of my holiday to finish it. If there is not so much homework, I might have my ideal summer holiday in this year. My ideal holiday is that go to the beaches in México with my family. For about a whole month we can completely relax in the beautiful beach. In the morning, after the delicious México style breakfast, we can walk along the beach while enjoy the beautiful morning sunshine. In the afternoon, we can have the freshest seafood for lunch. After lunch, take a nap in the sunshade would be the best thing to do. At dusk, there is the most gorgeous sunset on the sea... I love the beach, I love summer holiday.
