我曾自己动手做过三次冰皮月饼，今天讲的是第一次。那是因为一个活动，我、鑫鑫、弟弟、妈妈和四舅姥娘一起去到地点。由于都是第一次做，所以便和一位正在都学的阿姨学了起来。

第一步：压皮。皮都由工作人员搓成小圆球，只需要用小板压成饼状就可以了。

第二步：包馅。把皮放在手上，把同样被工作人员搓成小球的馅放上皮的正中间。因为是1：1，都是50克，所以包起来容易破皮，需要很小心。然后把皮包好，搓成圆球，如果馅有露出来，就把周边的皮捏一捏，再重新搓成圆球，当然，一定要带上一次性手套。

第三步：塑形。首先给大家介绍一个工具：有点像红酒起瓶器，但是是用手压，不是拧。里面是花瓣形，有大概八瓣吧，记不太清了。里面放着一个图案，是可以选择的。有“中秋快乐”的、有花形的、有“love”的，好像一共有五、六个吧。我好像每个都试了一下，认为花形的还好，因为这个皮有点黏，其它几种花型有很多细致的地方，形不太好塑。这一步是这么做的：把搓好的圆球放入摸具，然后把模具反放来，放到垫子上，用手压一下上面的板，要感觉到下面的面团已经压出形了，就可以放手了。然后拿起模具，在空中慢慢地压一下上面的板，让月饼出来。

第四步，装盒。八个一盒，一共做了两盒。

虽然自己做的月饼不是那么晶莹刷透，精致入微，但起码做到了小巧玲珑和朗朗上口。不过自己做的嘛，确实还不错。

我用小秤把月饼皮秤15克一个，共8个饼皮备用。将豆沙包入面皮中，月饼膜撒入薄薄的一层面粉，左右敲打一次就可以将成行的月饼打出来了，最后，单独取出蛋黄，打散，用刷子刷上一层蛋黄汁。

然后放进烤箱，用375度烤20分钟就可以了!20分钟后，一个金灿灿的月饼就展现在我的面前。我抢着去欣赏我的杰作，可是——期望越大，失望越高，我算是应了这个道理：烤出来的月饼虽然样子很好，但是发生了“泄油”事件——边角渗出蜜桃油，看起来松松垮垮的，尽管这样，我还是“接受”了这个怪怪的小月饼。

我又开始重新做月饼，不一会一个豆沙馅的月饼做成了，又再做了一个莲蓉蛋黄馅的月饼，我也是小心翼翼地把莲蓉和蛋黄馅包进饼皮里。半透明的橙色蜜桃馅儿被我压的平平的，又有那么点儿突起，很像凸凹的小山坡，我轻轻地将馅捅进壳里，再把这些做好的月饼放在模具里使劲一压，哇!好漂亮呀，有爱心、花朵、小熊、小猫……各式各样的小月饼放在我的面前，我迫不急待地要啃一口，妈妈忙说：“还没烤熟呢!”说着就到烤箱里烤了20分钟，新鲜可口的月饼出炉了。

看着自己亲手做出的月饼，我心里美滋滋的：“哇，品尝着自己新手做的月饼可真是一件开心的事啊!”

人生中有好多的第一次，这也是我的第一次：第一次做月饼。在八月十五的皎月下，我咬着自己的“劳动成果”心里甜蜜蜜的!

今天，我们终于又迎来了一年一度的中秋节，在我们中国，吃月饼是中国的一种传统，它象征着团圆。所以，每年中秋节，人们都要买月饼、吃月饼。街上各式各样的月饼也是琳琅满目。中秋节是团圆、幸福的好日子！

今年的中秋节，我们要回奶奶家过。到了奶奶家，我先给奶奶送上我妈妈亲手做的月饼，看见奶奶脸上那幸福的笑容，我感到无比的快乐！我们一家人便都坐在小亭子里，奶奶早就为我们准备好了水果和月饼，奶奶把水果放在了水果拼盘里，把月饼放在了一个小花盘里。我们边吃边聊天。好不自在，悠闲自得。我到小亭子里一听，全部都是大人的话题。还是我亲爱的奶奶善解人意，她和蔼可亲地说：“丁丁，我们一边吃月饼一边打牌吧！”我一听到打牌，本来快要去找别人玩的心一下子飞到了九霄云外。我高兴极啦，欣然同意了。

一开始，我们玩的是积黑五，意思就是五可以压五，如果人多的话便是三张联，如果是四个人的话那就是四张联，幸亏我们人多，便是三张联。一开始好几局，我都赢了，我正在喜头上，没有专心打牌，便被妈妈打的是落花流水，满地找牙，好几块钱就这样白白地离开了我。妈妈看我输得很可怜，便说：“这几块钱我不要了，你自己存着吧！”我好像还没有打够的样子，说：“下面还有好几局的吗，我可以再赢过来啊，到时候再给我也不晚！”妈妈见了，说我很有仗义感。停了一会儿，我往天上看了一眼。哇！今天的月亮好圆啊！不但圆，还非常得黄。这是我便想起了一句话“中秋的月亮圆又圆啊圆又圆，月亮不但圆，而且还很黄，黄啊黄啊黄呀黄呀黄呀！这句话在我脑海里留下了深刻的印象，这是我小时候，妈妈教我唱的。现在我还没有忘。家人们见了，也唱起了那首歌。这时，我便什么都知道了，原来，这首歌是奶奶教给爸爸的，爸爸又交给了妈妈，妈妈又教了我…………总之，这首歌是我们祖祖辈辈，一直流传下来的。

小时侯家里，总是买一盒莲蓉的。我们也偏爱“莲蓉“，而不爱“伍人“。记得家里经济刚好那年中秋，爸爸趁出差之余，特意搜集了广州那些有名气的“菩陶居。莲香楼。广州酒家。。。。。。“的月饼回来让我们一饱口福。从那以后我也不再对月饼有多大的喜爱了。也改了那句月饼名言，现在是“偏爱‘水果‘，不爱‘莲蓉‘和‘伍人‘。“了。
