On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion. Each family

will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food

is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

The moon is the brightest this night. People eat the delicious food while

they are enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old

people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about

月饼最早出现在什么时候呢?

据史料记载，早在殷、周时期，江浙一带就有一种纪念太师闻仲的边薄心厚的“太师饼”，是我国月饼的“始祖”。汉代张骞出使西域时，引进芝麻、胡核，为月饼的制作增添了辅料，这时便出现了以胡桃仁为馅的圆形饼，名曰“胡饼”。看来月饼在我国已经有了很悠久的历史。

老师详细地介绍了制作的全过程，然后我们开始制作——把猕猴桃知道如数的糯米粉里，搓成面团——我的手开始不停的动，不停的揉面团，可我遗漏了底下的那一层面粉，我使劲想要把面粉和下面的被遗漏的面粉合起来，搓成一个大面团，终于，功夫不负有心人，就在大家都添完了闲聊——15克红豆沙时，我想出了一个办法补救——把整个面饼翻了身，然后中间往下压，鸡排出了其他组拍不出的空气，又把面粉和其他和成一块儿，可谓一石二鸟，一举两得啊！

接着拿40克的面粉，也不知是不是我手气好一下子称出一个40克，作为礼品给大家看，大家左观赏，右观看，终于效仿出好几个。

最后没我的弱项来了——把面团揉成圆压平后加入红豆沙包成一个小“包子”，放进磨具并按压出月饼。幸好，老妈在，看着焦头烂额的我，她终于出了手，一下子就像包包子似的做出一个，这可让我目瞪口呆，看来，包包子和做月饼还有一点儿关系，得好好学学，方便以后做月饼。

八月十五的晚上，又大又圆的月亮升起来了，像一个大玉盘挂在空中，银子似的月光照进客厅，显得那么美丽，那么温馨。

我激动得说：“中秋节吃月饼啦”，妈妈听了笑着说：“慢，妈妈要考考你”。“小菜一碟，妈妈，你出题吧!”妈妈笑着说：“你能把一

个大月饼用四刀切成九块吗?”“妈妈，让我试试!”我边说边跑进了小房间。

我麻利地拿出一张白纸、圆规和三角板，还有一枝铅笔。我在纸上先用圆规画了一个大大的圆，然后横画了三道，竖画了一道，形成了一个“丰”字形，我想：“这可真简单，一下子就形成了九块。”我数了数，可只有八块。我是一个永不服输的人，于是我又画了一个圆，在上面横画一道，竖画一道，斜着画两道，形成了“米”字形，我想：“这下应该行了吧?”可我数了数还是八块。我皱了皱眉头，说：“我一定要找到正确的方法!”我又横画两道，竖画两道，数了数，大叫一声：“耶!是九块!”

我高兴地跑了出来，说：“妈妈，我知道了!切成‘井字就可以了!”“你真了不起!来，大家吃月饼吧!”于是我按照‘井字形切完了。妈妈又说：“用除法分给大家吧!”我想：“三个人，九块月饼，九除以三等于三，一人三块。”我把月饼分为三份，一份给爸爸，一份给妈妈，一份给自己。妈妈说：“你真聪明!”

一家人吃着月饼，我心里甜滋滋的。这个中秋节晚上，真是个不眠之夜!真是个很有趣的中秋节!

“明月几时有，把酒问青天……”

赏月是中秋节必不可少的事，吃罢晚饭，我们在楼下静静地赏月。桌子上摆着许多祭月的东西，有菱角、藕、葡萄、苹果等，真是应有尽有。当然唱主角的还是月饼。望着桌上或方或圆，令人垂涎欲滴的月饼。我突发奇想，好奇地问爸爸：“爸爸，你们小时候的月饼是什么样的?是不是很好吃?”

“傻儿子，爸爸小时候的月饼哪里有现在这么好吃啊?爸爸小时候的月饼呀，外面是一层硬硬的面皮，没有一点油花，一碰它，面皮屑就会纷纷掉落下来。里面的馅就是一些红红绿绿的什锦丝。”爸爸笑着说。

“啊?太不可思议了!这样的月饼能吃吗?”我诧异地瞪大了眼睛。“怎么不能吃?那可是我们盼了一年才能盼到的美味呢!”说着，爸爸眯起了眼睛，嘴角还不自觉地抿了一下，显得很陶醉的样子.

“那爷爷他们小时候的月饼又是什么样的?”我打破砂锅问到底。“月饼?爷爷小时候啊，根本就没有月饼!他们那时连饭都没得吃，能吃上糠做的面饼就不错了。吃月饼?他们那时连做梦都还没梦过呢!”爸爸边说边默默地擦了擦眼角。

我沉默了。我想起了我那从未谋面的爷爷。我拿起一块月饼，对着天上的那轮明月，在心里默默地说：“爷爷，您听见吗?您的孙儿正在叫您呢!您看，我们现在的月饼品种可多了，有豆沙馅的、有莲蓉馅的、有五仁馅的……还有好多好多是您从未听过，也从未见 过的呢!爷爷，您尝尝吧!现在的月饼可甜啦!您知道吗?爷爷，我们现在能吃到这么好这么甜的月饼，是因为我们的祖国强大了，我们的人民富裕了，我们的生活已发生了翻天覆地的变化。爷爷，您在天上看见了吗?”

“儿子，干吗呢?吃月饼喽!”妈妈的一声呼唤打断了我的遐思。闻闻手中的月饼，看看天上的月亮，我幸福地吃起这又香又甜的月饼来。我们现在的日子不是比这月饼还要香还要甜吗?
