每逢过中秋节的时候，人们都会想起在月宫里的嫦娥。中秋节时，家家户户都准备了各种各样的月饼，有蛋黄味的，有牛肉味的，有原味的。。。。。。吃月饼、赏月，成了中秋节独有的特色。中秋节那天，我们全家人吃完晚饭后，拿着月饼，马不停蹄的朝奶奶家跑去赏月。当我们到奶奶家时，姐姐和妹妹都已经早就在等我们了。“我们一起赏月吧!”姐姐笑眯眯的说。“嗯”我应了一声。就这样，大人们说说笑笑，还把月亮的美景都拍摄了下来。我们一边吃着月饼，一边赏月，还一边做游戏，猜谜语。我们就这样开心的度过了中秋节。

我发现中秋节的月亮比平时的月亮要大得多，圆得多，美得多!中国的传统文化真多呀!

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a very important Chinese festival. It’s on the fifth of August. We can hang lanterns in the house. In the evening,we have a big dinner. Look,there is lots of food on the table. They are chicken,fish,crabs and so on. They’re very delicious. We can drink a glass of juice.

We stand beside the table and we say,“Cheers,cheers,happy Mid-Autumn Festival!” We make a wish to each other. At night,the moon is usually round and bright. It looks like a ball. We can enjoy the moon. Moon cakes are the special food for this festival. We can eat moon cakes,too. In the Mid-Autumn Festival,my parents and I are all very happy and excited.

中秋节是一个非常重要的中国节日。它是在八月五日。我们可以在家里挂灯笼。晚上，我们有一个很大的晚餐。看，桌子上有很多食物。他们是鸡肉，鱼，蟹等等。它们非常好吃。我们可以喝一杯果汁。

我们站在桌子旁边说：“干杯，欢呼，中秋节快乐!”我们每个人都希望在晚上，月亮通常是圆的，明亮的。它看起来像一个球。我们可以享受月亮。月饼是这个节日的特殊食物。我们也可以吃月饼。在中秋节，我的父母和我都很开心和兴奋。

说起吃的，中国人最讲究了。年糕，月饼，燕窝，汤圆，粽子这些都是我们爱吃的!其中我最爱吃的是月饼。

月饼吃起来，外面有的甜，有的咸，里面有一个蛋黄，好吃极了!外面甜甜的，也很好吃。月饼吃起来很美味，可是做起来可复杂了!首先，珠宝好材料，有花生油，糖浆，糖，盐，苏打，面粉，焦糖，水，豆沙，鸡蛋。步骤是将水，盐，糖，苏打，搅拌均匀备用。然后将糖浆加花生油，用打蛋器搅拌，并加入适量的焦糖。最后成粘稠状。再接着，面粉用网筛筛后倒入，将豆沙包入面皮中，月饼膜撒入薄薄的一层面粉，左右敲打一次就可以将成行的月饼打出来了，最后，单独取出蛋黄，打散，用刷子刷上一层蛋黄汁，然后放进烤箱，用375度烤20分钟就可以了!20分钟后，一个金灿灿的月饼就展现在我们面前。
