中秋是个美好的节日啊!

我吃过红豆味的月饼，吃过绿豆味的月饼，还吃过水果味的月饼，也吃过奶油味的月饼……但就是没吃过冰皮月饼。可是今天，张老师要亲自教我们怎样做冰皮月饼。

我和同学们一样满怀无比期待和喜悦的心情，安静地坐在座位上，等呀等呀，张老师抱着一大盒做月饼的材料来了。

首先，张老师给我们依次介绍了做月饼的原料和工具。不看不知道，做月饼的原料还真多呢！有预拌粉、冰皮粉、果味粉、白油、馅料等等。介绍完毕，开始做月饼了。

我聚精会神地盯着张老师，跟着老师的步骤先把预拌粉搅拌好后调成面团，再把它揉搓成圆形，紧接着把它按平，冰冰凉凉的，像在摸雪糕似的。面皮开始变得柔软又有弹性了，我又跟着张老师的步伐开始放馅，先把馅搓成圆团，放进压平的冰皮面团里，然后把它包得严严实实的。哎呀，我用力过猛露馅了，我急得团团转。手忙脚乱中我灵机一动，把冰皮面团稍厚的地方往露馅的那边推了一点，真是有惊无险，我暗暗庆幸：哈哈，我太聪明了。

最后，张老师给我们每个人发了一个模具，张老师做了一遍示范给我们看，强调大家一定要将两个压膜片都放进去，可是粗心大意的我只放了一片，害得我的月饼最终还是成了露馅饼。

月饼做好了，张老师给我们拍照留念，同学们脸上都笑开了花，大家吃着自己亲手制作的月饼，欢声一片。

虽然这次做的月饼不太成功，我有点小小不开心，但我感受到了和大家一起做月饼的快乐，因为吃的这些月饼是自己做的。而且我认识了我从没见过的冰皮月饼，回家我还可以做给爸爸妈妈吃。

啊，作业那么多，肚子也在吵着要吃东西了。

突然，妈妈将一大袋月饼放在床上。

救星啊!我不顾一切地扑倒在床上，抱着月饼两眼直放光，口水“一流直下三千尺”，也不顾卫生问题，抓起一块就心急火燎地扒开它的外衣，一阵浓郁的香味扑鼻而来，大大地激发了我的食欲，下一秒，这块可爱的小月饼就进入了我的“血盆大口”。

作为广州西关饮食文化缩影之一的莲香楼在开铺115周年来临之际，国家邮政局特批准发行了莲香楼115周年个性化纪念邮票。据了解，这是全国第一家饮食行业百年老字号发行的邮票。

日前，莲香楼举行了邮票首发式，本次发行的个性化邮票设计精美，一套共有4枚。邮票的主票以“同心结”为主图，附票的设计和构思则以莲香楼115年的悠久历史和特色文化为主题。

据了解，此次个性化邮票发行1500版，每版4套，共6000套。邮票不单独公开发售，只会装入周年纪念的月饼礼盒，日前首发仪式另外加送一枚贴有邮票并盖上邮戳的首日封，共1150个。

据广州市邮政局市场部负责人介绍，推出莲香楼的个性化邮票，主要是因为莲香楼有悠久的历史，其在国内甚至海外华侨中都有一定的知名度。“经历了115年风雨，莲香楼依旧飘香，这十分难得。”广州的百年老店现在已所剩无几，市邮政局正是因为莲香楼的历史内涵和文化底蕴，才联合推出个性化邮票。

据莲香楼的张雪清书记介绍，邮票与月饼搭配并不多见，中秋是亲人朋友团聚的节日，但许多家庭可能没能团聚，朋友难以见面。月饼蕴涵着亲情友情，而邮票包含着将这份亲情友情邮递到远方的意义；另外，月饼是中华民族的特色食品，具有很浓的中国文化特色。此次用主票为“同心结”，附票为百年莲香楼文化的特色邮票搭配月饼，体现月饼的文化品位和中国色彩。张书记表示，今年莲香楼月饼的所有组合都会与“文化”两字分不开。中国烘焙食品糖制品工业协会秘书长周广军也说，莲香楼以这种邮票与月饼相结合的方式推出其产品，不仅在广东是首次，据知，在全国也是第一次。

Back home, our family around the table cut moon cakes, moon cakes have almond, ice skin, double yellow and so on, but my favorite double yellow, because it looks golden full, thin skin filling jing, taste palate is rich. 中秋之夜是个美好、祥和的夜晚。家家户户欢聚一堂，品尝月饼和瓜果，享受天伦之乐。“每逢佳节备思亲”，谁都希望在中秋佳节能够得以全家团聚，这是人之常情，但又总不能家家如愿。我爸爸是位电视新闻工作者，因为忙于工作，就有好几个中秋节都不能和我们一起度过。想到这里，我不禁想起苏轼的《水调歌头》：“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”

那天晚上，我在看电视，忽然想起今天是中秋节，便叫上妈妈拿上望远镜，一起来到小区门口赏月。我们等了半天，天空一片空白，连星星的影子也没有，天上空空的，只有深色，没有其它颜色，我们有些失望了。但是，一会儿，我看见了天上有一朦胧的光芒，也有了一些些星星。我想：星星都出来了，那么月亮一定也会出来。我望着天上，慢慢地有了一丝光芒，弯弯的，一会儿又变成了小船;最后变成了一个大圆盘子。“啊，月亮出来了!”圆圆的月亮在天空上，把它那皎洁的光芒洒向大地，把大地照得亮晶晶的。月亮的银白色光芒照在树上，树像披上了一件白纱衣，照在花上，花像一面镜子，把光线反射到我的脸上。看着月亮，月亮上面似乎有什么东西?噢，那可能就是传说中的士嫦娥和玉兔吧，正望着亮晶晶的大地。不一会儿，月亮不见了“是什么东西?”慢慢地那东西飘走了，借着月光看，那是云。原来，晚上也有云呀。这时，我发现，地上的蚂蚁不动了，好像也在看月亮。月亮多么迷人啊!妈妈告诉我：“因为人们为了日子能过得圆满，所以，人们要望着月亮许愿。”于是我也许了一个愿：希望每天日子能过得圆满。

月饼是团圆的象征。苏东坡有诗写道：“小饼如嚼月，中有酥和饴”，清朝杨光辅写道：“月饼饱装桃肉馅，雪糕甜砌蔗糖霜”。可见当时的月饼已经是具有一定意义的”饼”和”月”了。

中秋节是快乐的，是团圆的象征，是充满喜悦的象征，让我们共同欢过这个有”意义”的”中秋节!”

“做月饼咯！”奶奶的一声呼唤，把我们都引到了餐桌旁。“快去洗手，准备开动吧！”“要做什么？”“冰皮月饼。”“哦耶！”我不禁欢呼起来。

等我们洗好手，桌上已经摆满了各种工具和食材。擀面杖、糯米粉、量杯、100度的开水等。我们在奶奶的指导下，在盆里倒上面粉，奶奶用手掂了掂，“阿可啊，再多放一点面粉，太少了不够咱们吃的。”我拿起面口袋，又往盆里倒了些米粉。手一抖竟然倒多了，奶奶忙说：“不行，不行……”我只好又倒回去点儿。

这时，在盆里浇上刚烧好的开水，让它将米粉溶解。趁热用筷子搅拌均匀，再用手不断地去揉搓，直到变成一个光滑柔软的大面团，然后放在一边醒发。趁着这空档，我们来制作馅料。我最爱吃红豆馅儿的，于是我把一大块红豆沙先搓成长条，再揪成一小段一小段的，放在手心里团成一个个小圆球。此刻，面粉也成型了，把它从盆里倒出来，放在面板上再次揉搓，挤压发酵过程中产生的小气泡。

咦，这里有三个碗，里面分别盛有不同颜色的粉末。我猜紫色肯定是紫薯粉，黄色就是芒果粉了，还有一种是绿色的，难道是抹茶粉？奶奶说，这些颜色可以让冰皮月饼看起来更加诱人。我把面团也搓成小球，外面粘上不同的颜色的面粉，再把他们用擀面杖擀成一张张面饼饼状，然后将红豆馅儿包进去。最后放在按压器里，按出月饼的形状。

之所以叫“冰皮月饼”，是因为月饼上锅，用大火蒸熟后，还要晾凉，放冰箱里冷藏一两个小时。再取出来吃的时候，冰冰凉凉，味道独特。

在满满的成就感里，品尝着口感弹牙软糯，内馅香甜绵密的冰皮月饼，一阵清凉沁入心脾，这真是吃货的一大乐事。

中秋节到了呵，我最关心的还是那香甜可口的月饼了，嘿嘿，我是不是一个“小馋猫”呢!

晚上，我坐在沙发上等待着月饼的归来，既紧张又兴奋。不禁往窗外望了一眼。哇!我不由自主地惊叹起来。是那圆圆的月亮，它散发出白色的光芒，呀!今天是月亮最圆的一天。我趴在窗口出神地看着皎洁的月亮，像一面镜子，像玉盘，没想到月亮这么漂亮呀!

正当我看着月亮时，“叮咚”，我急忙去开门，是妈妈!她拿着一盒月饼，她一边关门一边说：“小馋猫，你的月饼来了。”我接过那盒月饼，虽然不大，是一个铁盒子，但却沉甸甸的，是“杏花楼”牌的。我一边打月饼盒子，一边指着窗外的月亮对妈妈说：“瞧!”妈妈点点头说：“嗯，今儿的月亮可真圆呢!”说话间，我打开了月饼的盖子，一个个金黄的月饼整齐地摆放在盒子里，像一个个小宝宝。虽然它们外面还有一层淡黄色的包装，但我却仍能闻到一股淡淡的香味儿。我拿起一个月饼，打开包装，一股浓浓的香味扑鼻而来。我看到月饼的花纹也同样美丽，真不忍心吃掉呀!我在月饼上微微咬了一小口，啊!美味呀!这月饼中甜带点儿咸味，真是人间人极品呀!不一会，我便“凶相毕露”出来了，大口大口地吃，嘴角边全是月饼渣，谁叫这月饼如此好吃呢!妈妈在边惊讶地看着我，我想：有什么好看的。况且我也只能想了，因为我嘴巴里塞满了月饼，嘿!

Mid-Autumn Festival (also known as the Moon Festival), the third major festival of the Chinese calendar, is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month, as the moon is supposed to be at its maximum brightness for the entire year.

The moon definitely spins countless legends throughout the ages. Of course, the most famous legend is the one surrounding the "lady living in the moon" that dates back to ancient times, to a day when ten suns appeared at once in the sky. Another legend depicts a possible role that the festival played in Chinese history. Overrun by the Mongols in the thirteenth century, the Chinese threw off their oppressors in 1368 AD. It is said that mooncakes - which the Mongols did not eat - were the perfect vehicle for hiding and passing along plans for the rebellion. Families were instructed not to eat the mooncakes until the day of the festival, which is when the rebellion took place.

The most lunatic mortal in Chinese history could have been the great poet Li Bai (701-762 AD), who once invited the moon to have a drink with him and his shadow to form a band of three. Li finally drowned in a lake in an effort to catch the moon when he was drunk one night.

The festive night can be one of the most charming and picturesque nights and the full moon is an auspicious symbol of abundance, harmony and luck. For thousands of years, the Chinese people have related the vicissitudes of life to changes of the moon as it waxes and wanes; joy and sorrow, parting and reunion. In Chinese culture, the family represents an important circle of relations that cannot be broken. Because the full moon is roound and symbolizes reunion, the festival is also known as the festival of reunion. All family members try to get together on this special day. It is a happy occasion where people feast on scrumptious mooncakes. Some Chinese families today still stay up late to observe the occasion eating mooncakes, sipping tea and gazing at the beautiful moon. It is regarded the perfect moment if someone catches the moons reflection in the center of his or her teacup. Those who can not return home watch the bright moonlight and feel deep longing for their loved ones.

农历8月15日，是一年一度的中秋节中秋节有月饼吃，又可以赏月。大家知道中秋节吃月饼是什么意思吗?他的意思是月儿圆，月饼圆，当然是家人也要团圆了!

我很喜欢吃月饼，因为月饼的形状和口味。不过，形状是一样的。它那莲花的形状特别好看，漂亮极了。

更让我高兴的是今年的中秋节与往年大不相同。往年的中秋节都是和爷爷、奶奶过的，今年妈妈回来了。早上，我们全家都起得很早，吃过早饭。我们全家总动员各自分工;我们姐妹俩写作业;叔叔、婶婶干活;爷爷去玩;妈妈、奶奶做饭。我们的忙了一上午，我走出来，问妈妈：“饭好了没有，我们俩饿了。”“快好了。”我和妹妹只好可怜巴巴的等。当开饭的时候，我俩一看，呀，都是我和妹妹喜欢吃的菜。我俩狼吞虎咽。全家人看了我们的吃相，乐开了花儿。我们就这样乐乐呵呵的吃了一顿“团圆饭”。

There is this story about the moon-cake. during the Yuan dynasty China was ruled by the Mongolian people. Leaders from the preceding Sung dynasty were unhappy at submitting to the foreign rule, and set how to coordinate the rebellion without being discovered. The leaders of the rebellion, knowing that the Moon Festival was drawing near, ordered the making of special cakes. Backed into each moon cake was a message with the outline of the attack. On the night of the Moon Festival, the rebels successfully attached and overthrew the government. Today, moon cakes are eaten to commemorate this legend and was called the Moon Cake.

For generations, moon cakes have been made with sweet fillings of nuts, mashed red beans, lotus-seed paste or Chinese dates(枣子), wrapped in a pastry. Sometimes a cooked egg yolk can be found in the middle of the rich tasting dessert. People compare moon cakes to the plum pudding and fruit cakes which are served in the English holiday seasons.

Nowadays, there are hundreds varieties of moon cakes on sale a month before the arrival of Moon Festival.
