Community activities include masked dance， Kanggangsuwollae， an ancient

men dress as a tortoise and tour the village dancing and performing for food and

The mid-autumn festival has all interesting history。 long ago in one of the dynasties of china there was a king who was very cruel to the people and did not manage the country well。 the people were so angry that some brave ones suggested killing the king。 so they wrote notes telling about the meeting place and time and put them into cakes。 on the 15th day of the 8th luna027art。/r month every person was told to buy the cakes。 when they ate them they discovered the notes。 so they gathered together to make a sudden attack on the king。 from then on the chinese people celebrate on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month and eat "moon cakes" in memory of that important event。

When the mid-autumn festival is near， shop windows are beautifully decorated。 many "moon cakes" are displayed for people to buy。 people send presents such aswine， fruits and "moon cakes" to their friends and relatives。 in the evening of the day， they have a feast。 after the feast， they go out to the garden to look at the moon。 the children run and laugh on the streets。

It is believed that the moon is at her brightest on this night。 many poems have been written about it， and poets are never tired of reading and writing such poems。 in chinese literature， the moon of the mid autumn festival has been pared to a looking-glass， a jade rabbit， and so on。 it seems that chinese literature takes far more interest in the moon than in the sun。

中秋节有着悠久的历史。很久以前，在中国的一个朝代，有一位国王对人民非常残忍，并没有很好地管理这个国家。人们非常生气，有些勇敢的人建议杀死这个国家。所以他们写了一些记录，讲述了聚会的地点和时间，并把它们放进了蛋糕。在8月15日的第15天，每个人都被告知要买蛋糕。当他们吃的时候，他们发现了这些便条。所以他们聚集在一起突然袭击国王，从那时起，中国人民在农历八月十五日庆祝，并为纪念这一重要事件而吃“月饼”。

当中秋节快到了，商店的橱窗装饰精美，展示了许多“月饼”供人煤买。人们将礼物，如葡萄酒，水果和“月饼”送给他们的朋友和亲戚。那天，他们有一场盛宴。宴会结束后，他们会到花园去看月亮。孩子们在街上嬉笑。

据说.中秋吃月饼最早可以上溯到周代.源自我们民族祭月拜月的一种仪式.可以说是自然拜物教的一种表现.嫦娥奔月.吴刚折桂.玉兔捣药.[嫦娥应悔偷灵药.碧海青天夜夜心.多么美好的诗句.已经成为我们民族古老而美妙的神话之一.演绎着农业时代人们把月亮作为一种神对待的那不同一般的崇拜.这个传统一直延续到解放初期.那时还有卖兔爷儿的.是把兔子奉为与嫦娥一样神的.只是现在兔爷儿早被米老鼠和樱桃小丸子取代了.

传说到了唐代.月饼还不叫月饼.因馅中有核桃芝麻的舶来品而叫做胡饼.是杨贵妃中秋吃胡饼看到月亮时.心血来潮说就把胡饼叫做月饼吧.于是把月饼的冠名权归杨贵妃了.当然这只是民间的演绎.其实.我国最早出现月饼的文字记载.是出于苏东坡的诗句:[小饼如嚼月.中有酥和饴.也就是说从宋代时起.月饼才渐渐大行其市.并且让月饼多了团圆的另一层含义.圆圆的月饼正好取了团圆的圆的象征意思.万里此情同皎洁.一年今日最分明.清代有竹枝词写道:[红白翻毛制造精.中秋送礼遍都城.民国北平的俗曲唱道:[荷花未全卸.又到中秋节.家家户户把月饼切.香蜡纸马兔儿爷.猜拳行令同赏月.可以想见.在岁月的更迭变迁之中.月饼已经普及得相当广泛了.

于是水到渠成.传到我们这一代.中秋便理所当然要吃月饼.仅仅成为了一种惯性而机械地存在.而忘记了月饼中曾经寄托着我们民族对自然之神的向往了吗?我们如今只是把月饼当成了一种吃品和礼品.如此实用主义来对待.而悲惨地没有了我们祖先纯真美好的想像力和对大自然的质朴而敬畏的亲和力了吗?

我们中国的节日从来都是和吃联系在一起的.比如春节要吃饺子.端午要吃粽子.这是和我们国家几千年是农业社会有关.节日与农业的节气紧密地联系在一起.所有节日里吃食.都是对大地的亲近.春节.端午和中秋.是中国传统的三大节.吃月饼自然就变得如此重要起来.月饼的馅可以百花齐放.但甜是最主要的.原因很简单.在原始的农业社会.蔗糖和蜂蜜的出现之前.甜曾经是人们一种向往和欲望.是被古代哲人认为是和光明连在一起的两件最高贵的事情.是和美连在一起的最好的一个词汇.所以.到现在我们还在说[甜美的生活.把最好的日子用甜来表达.是最高贵的一种体现.因此.月饼的甜味是必然的.是主要的.是体现了一个饱尝辛酸苦辣的民族长期以来对生活特别是团团圆圆.甜甜蜜蜜生活由衷的向往和礼赞.

清燕京岁时记中曾有些绝对地说:[中秋月饼.以前门致美斋者为京都第一.他处不足食也.我小时候家就住在前门楼子附近.自然中秋节是要吃致美斋的月饼.但那时致美斋也好.其他店铺也好.卖的月饼大多是自来红.自来白.翻毛.提浆四样传统月饼.馅中的青丝红丝蜜饯果脯芝麻桃仁丰富许多.但糖必须是冰糖的甜味是不能够少不能够变的.

如今的人们已经越来越怕甜了.把甜和高血脂高血糖肥胖症联系在一起.甜变成了一种可怕的事情了.如今的月饼自然要迎合人们的新口味.不敢甜.却敢又是海鲜馅又是鲍鱼鱼翅燕窝馅.甚至还有人参馅.花脸般百变时尚起来.把本来象征合家团圆与生活甜蜜的那一点质朴的意义.非要练就老君炉里那保命养身的八卦金丹不可.但是.月饼成了一个筐.什么馅都敢往里面装.自然便敢于把大众化的月饼做成贵族式的顶尖产品.几千元乃至上万元一个硕大无朋或价值连城的月饼.都不是新闻.去年居然曾经花样翻新做成纯钛金的月饼.和时装秀一起[秀一把.时代变迁了.民族传统中民俗的东西就一定也要变没有了吗?或者非要变得商业色彩那样浓重不可和奢侈豪华不可吗?今年政府出台强制性指令.不许豪华包装月饼.致使月饼的价格不得不屈尊下来.这当然是好事.只是要将月饼真正回归本来的位置上.也不是一时之事.为了赚钱.月饼仍然在花样翻新.我们自己和自己逗着玩.每当想起在我们的月饼历史中曾经出现过这样的大月饼和金月饼时.总忍不住想起溥仪当年赏给总管内务大臣绍英的一个月饼.长二尺.重二十斤.就已经被当时的人们叹为观止.如今看来只是小巫见大巫了.

今天我们班级举行做月饼的活动。我上完科学课回到教室一看，真让我大吃一惊啊!你看月饼的皮和馅整整齐齐的站在盒子里，又大又圆像一个个小胖娃娃。

在师傅的巧手下，一个个图案各异的月饼诞生了，看上去让人不禁“口水直流三千尺”。终于轮到我们动手做了，我手忙脚乱地开始了，“哎呦!”这里破了个洞我赶忙补上，谁知那里又开了个口子，我只好使出我的绝招——滚球大法，总算做了个圆又不圆、方又不方的东西，真让人哭笑不得。有了第一次的经验我越做越好，越做越顺手了，这儿捏捏，那儿捏捏，一个个光鲜圆润的胖娃娃终于从我的手里变出来了。

接下来是按压环节，按照师傅教的方法，我把月饼团放进模子里，一按二压三提，哈哈，一个个花纹各异的月饼诞生啦!它们的花纹千奇百怪，有的是憨态可掬的企鹅，有的是含苞待放的花朵，有的是红彤彤的苹果。我迫不及待地拿起来咬了一口，闭上眼睛慢慢品味，软软的、甜甜的、糯糯的，像黑色的小精灵在我的舌尖翩翩起舞，让人回味无穷。

望着那圆圆的月饼，我的脑海里浮现出八月十五晚上那轮皎洁明亮的圆月，想起了“举头望明月，低头思故乡”的诗句。中秋佳节是阖家团圆的日子，当我们和父母家人相聚在一起赏月品尝月饼的时候，有些人却坚守岗位不能和家人团聚。在祖国的边塞，解放军叔叔正扛着钢枪在边境线上巡逻;抢救室里忙碌的医生正在紧张的抢救病人;在车水马龙的道路上总能看到交警叔叔那挺拔的背影……

在这阖家团圆的日子里我真想为他们送上我亲手做的香甜可口的月饼，让它带去我衷心的祝福：“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”。

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the eighth moon around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits vegetables and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples pears peaches grapes pomegranates(石榴) melons oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods for the festival included moon cakes cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角) a type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that cooked taro be included because at the time of creation taro was the first food discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods it could not be omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The round moon cakes measuring about three inches in diameter and one and a half inches in thickness resembled Western fruitcakes in taste and consistency. These cakes were made with melon seeds(西瓜子) lotus seeds(莲籽) almonds(杏仁) minced meats.
