The autumn wind blows my face. I stand under the night sky. My mood is indescribable: some surging in calm, a little sad in joy, and thousands of thoughts linger in my heart.

妈妈做完饭坐在沙发上，漫不经心地说：“把月饼拿来让我瞧瞧。”做贼心虚的我把月饼塞给妈妈，飞也似的窜到自己房间，只听见心儿“砰、砰”直跳，像要跳出我的胸堂，我忐忑不安地等待命运的审判。

“是谁把月饼都啃了一口？”传来妈妈声嘶力竭的咆哮声。静默中，妈妈推门而入，在妈妈坚毅的目光中，我诺诺地说出了我的“犯罪过程”。妈妈气急败坏地说：“臭小子，不惩罚你这个‘馋嘴猴’，你是不长记性的，去，到门外站十分钟！”我极不情愿地站在了门外，感觉像个丧家之犬。朋友们，可别学我哦！

Mid Autumn Festival is a traditional festival of China。 It used to be as

important as Spring Festival 。It is usually celebrated in September or October。

This festival is to celebrate the harvest and to enjoy the beautiful moon

light。

To some extent， it is like Thanks Giving day in western countries。 On this

day， people usually get together with their families and have a nice meal。 After

that， people always eat delicious moon cakes， and watch the moon。 The moon is

always very round on that day， and makes people think of their relatives and

friends。 It is a day of pleasure and happiness。 Hope you have a wonderful Mid

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the

eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables

and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings

were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes,

pomegranates(石榴), melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods

for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角), a

type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that

cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food

discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods, it could not be

omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.

一到中秋节，便要吃月饼了。月饼各式各样，有蛋黄的、有流心的、有豆沙的、有果蓉的，有五仁的……但我最喜欢的是冰皮月饼，小巧玲拢、精致入微、晶莹剔透、朗朗上口。

我曾自己动手做过三次冰皮月饼，今天讲的是第一次。那是因为一个活动，我、鑫鑫、弟弟、妈妈和四舅姥娘一起去到地点。由于都是第一次做，所以便和一位正在都学的阿姨学了起来。

第一步：压皮。皮都由工作人员搓成小圆球，只需要用小板压成饼状就可以了。

第二步：包馅。把皮放在手上，把同样被工作人员搓成小球的馅放上皮的正中间。因为是1：1，都是50克，所以包起来容易破皮，需要很小心。然后把皮包好，搓成圆球，如果馅有露出来，就把周边的皮捏一捏，再重新搓成圆球，当然，一定要带上一次性手套。

第三步：塑形。首先给大家介绍一个工具：有点像红酒起瓶器，但是是用手压，不是拧。里面是花瓣形，有大概八瓣吧，记不太清了。里面放着一个图案，是可以选择的。有“中秋快乐”的、有花形的、有“love”的，好像一共有五、六个吧。我好像每个都试了一下，认为花形的还好，因为这个皮有点黏，其它几种花型有很多细致的地方，形不太好塑。这一步是这么做的：把搓好的圆球放入摸具，然后把模具反放来，放到垫子上，用手压一下上面的板，要感觉到下面的面团已经压出形了，就可以放手了。然后拿起模具，在空中慢慢地压一下上面的板，让月饼出来。

第四步，装盒。八个一盒，一共做了两盒。

虽然自己做的月饼不是那么晶莹刷透，精致入微，但起码做到了小巧玲珑和朗朗上口。不过自己做的嘛，确实还不错。

一天语文课上，苏老师对我们说：“我们下节课吃月饼，感受一下中秋节，好吗?”话音刚落，我们下面的这帮馋虫便翻腾起来：“哇!吃月饼啊!”“真是幸福!”“苏老师太好了!”……

“叮铃、叮咚……”一阵音乐声响起，大家赶快坐好，迎接月饼的“到来”。苏老师进来了，对我们说：“月饼一般可分为两种，一种是广式月饼，还有一种是苏式月饼。平常我们家中吃的大多数是广式月饼，今天我们就来尝一尝苏式月饼，好吗?”“好!”大家一起欢呼鼓掌。老师叫我发月饼，我偷偷用鼻子闻了闻，哇!一股浓浓的香味扑鼻而来。我把月饼一块块发下去，再看看同学，都已经垂涎欲滴了。我低着头闻了闻，嗯，跟刚才我偷偷闻的味儿不一样，这次细细一闻，有肉香。又尝了一口，好吃，油油的，却不腻，真可谓闻着香，吃着也香。我边吃，这肉汁边从嘴角淌下来。吃了几口，没了，可肚子里的馋虫还是在叫“馋死我啦!我要继续吃月饼!”我擦了擦脸上的肉汁就抬起头，哈哈!同学们的吃相真是千姿百态。瞧!赵峥禹吃了还剩一点点，突然不吃了，说要把剩下的美味带回去给妈妈尝尝;王俊杰拿着月饼在哪里端详了半天，一口都没动过;最要命的是王宁静手还好好的拿着月饼，可她这舌头从嘴里溜出来，舔着落在餐巾纸上的月饼屑，笑死我了……

品完了月饼，心里突然涌出一种幸福感，是月饼的美味，还是苏老师的爱与祝福?应该两样都是吧!

今年的中秋，是和以往与众不同的，是一个最令我难忘的中秋!

今天是中秋节，可不是一般的节日啊，它可是全家团圆的日子。

我回到家，肚子又饿了，从家里我拿出了一个月饼，这个月饼就是我们常吃的月饼，这个月饼的味道是水果味的，也很好吃。

今年的中秋节我吃了三种月饼都很好吃。可惜的是今年中秋节没有看到圆圆的月亮。

古代诗人在中秋之夜，仰望着天空，时不时感叹几句。古人想象力非常丰富，他们给予了月亮许多美丽的传说，从月中蟾蜍到玉兔捣药，从吴刚伐桂到嫦娥奔月，这些一个又一个的故事，让月亮、让广寒宫更加生机勃勃。花好月圆，其中有一个“月”字，它不仅代表着月亮，还代表着大家最喜欢吃的月饼。月饼古人要做成莲花状，而且还必须得吃时令水果，比如西瓜、苹果、李子……而且西瓜还得切成莲花状。说明，古人对月亮也是寄托着一种团团圆圆，对月亮的倾诉……

中秋节还代表着中国日新月异的发展。我们不从别的说起，就从中秋节餐桌上少不了的酒说起吧!中国有句古话“无酒不成筵席”。以前小时候，我清楚地记得，老爸在除了重大节日上，买的都是二锅头白酒，现在各种各样的国宴酒也纷纷端上了老百姓的餐桌上。中国三十年欣欣向荣的发展，让老百姓的家庭在各种佳节上，也能过得非常的舒适。

不仅是中国人在自己的中秋佳节上吃上月饼，连外国友人也纷纷效仿中国的月饼。现在的月饼价格不等，有十多元高至几百元不等。原来，老外也喜欢吃月饼。头上广寒宫中的嫦娥可能在桂林中翩翩起舞，地上的人们正在桂花盛开的中秋里，吃着月饼。但是，在这花好月圆的中秋之夜，亲人应是同欢聚。

一年一度的中秋节踏着轻盈的脚步来到我们身边。中秋节是我最喜欢的节日。中秋节的来历农历八月十五日，是我国传统的中秋节，也是我国仅次于春节的第二大传统节日。也称仲秋节、团圆节、八月节等，是我国汉族和大部分少数民族的传统节日，也流行于朝鲜、日本和越南等邻国。

因为秋季的七、八、九三个月(指农历)，八月居中，而八月的三十天中，又是十五居中，所以称之为中秋节。又因此夜浩月当空，民间多于此夜合家团聚，故又称团圆节。
