让月饼留下文化的烙印

作为广州西关饮食文化缩影之一的莲香楼在开铺115周年来临之际，国家邮政局特批准发行了莲香楼115周年个性化纪念邮票。据了解，这是全国第一家饮食行业百年老字号发行的邮票。

日前，莲香楼举行了邮票首发式，本次发行的个性化邮票设计精美，一套共有4枚。邮票的主票以“同心结”为主图，附票的设计和构思则以莲香楼115年的悠久历史和特色文化为主题。

据了解，此次个性化邮票发行1500版，每版4套，共6000套。邮票不单独公开发售，只会装入周年纪念的月饼礼盒，日前首发仪式另外加送一枚贴有邮票并盖上邮戳的首日封，共1150个。

据广州市邮政局市场部负责人介绍，推出莲香楼的个性化邮票，主要是因为莲香楼有悠久的历史，其在国内甚至海外华侨中都有一定的知名度。“经历了115年风雨，莲香楼依旧飘香，这十分难得。”广州的百年老店现在已所剩无几，市邮政局正是因为莲香楼的历史内涵和文化底蕴，才联合推出个性化邮票。

据莲香楼的张雪清书记介绍，邮票与月饼搭配并不多见，中秋是亲人朋友团聚的节日，但许多家庭可能没能团聚，朋友难以见面。月饼蕴涵着亲情友情，而邮票包含着将这份亲情友情邮递到远方的意义；另外，月饼是中华民族的特色食品，具有很浓的中国文化特色。此次用主票为“同心结”，附票为百年莲香楼文化的特色邮票搭配月饼，体现月饼的文化品位和中国色彩。张书记表示，今年莲香楼月饼的所有组合都会与“文化”两字分不开。中国烘焙食品糖制品工业协会秘书长周广军也说，莲香楼以这种邮票与月饼相结合的方式推出其产品，不仅在广东是首次，据知，在全国也是第一次。

此次莲香楼将个性化邮票放入月饼礼盒受到月饼客商的欢迎，月饼礼盒还未推出时已经有各地客户大量订购，其中不乏来自西藏与新疆的客户。而新疆的客户因为宗教信仰需要，还特别要求莲香楼制作了清真月饼来与这次的个性化邮票搭配。

在中秋节的前两天，我们舞蹈队临时接到通知，说是要在中秋佳节的时候，去到省里去演出，听到这个消息，起初爸爸妈妈还有爷爷奶奶自然是不愿意的，但在我一再的坚持下，他们还是同意了下来。

中秋节的那天，我们舞蹈队早早的就坐上了学校为我们准备的校车上，从天刚刚蒙蒙亮再到清晨的第一缕阳光缓缓的出现在这个世界，看着窗外的一切，再想着往常的中秋节肯定都是在家里和亲朋好友热闹的度过，如今只能在车上和一个陌生的地方度过这个团圆的日子，想着家中的爸爸妈妈我心里开始有点后悔。

演出结束后，我们来到饭店里面填饱了肚子，在大家都吃饱了以后，我们的舞蹈老师却说起了话来，她从身后的包里拿出了藏了很久的月饼，向我们说道：“孩子们，中秋节快乐，今天辛苦了。”

昨天弹琴的时候我弹得好，于是妈妈给我了一个月饼。那是妈妈的办公室的阿姨给的，我还想吃一个可惜没有了。

现在该说点蜡烛的事了，弹完琴回来我们小区保安说停电了，妈妈让我赶快到外面吃饭，我说：“还是到家里吃饭吧，这样还能趁这个机会写点作业呢。”我们就回去了，我们从1层爬到了10层，妈妈很快准备了点饭。可是我们吃完饭天已经快黑了。

该写作业了，妈妈开了备用灯一开始备用灯还挺好的，灯的颜色是白蓝色的，可后来灯变暗了那是因为快没电了，妈妈点上了蜡烛，我观察着妈妈把蜡滴在盒子上在把蜡烛立在了上面，那是防止蜡烛倒下来，因为没有转方向蜡烛一边是高的一边是低的，妈妈就转了个方向。蜡烛的火苗上面是桔黄色的，下面挨近蜡烛油的地方是蓝色的。用了一会，我们又点了第二根蜡烛，因为两根蜡烛靠的太近，所以高的一根被矮的那根烧化了一半，又过了一会两个蜡烛都搭了一座桥，好神奇呀!

“叮铃、叮咚……”一阵音乐声响起，大家赶快坐好，迎接月饼的“到来”。苏老师进来了，对我们说：“月饼一般可分为两种，一种是广式月饼，还有一种是苏式月饼。平常我们家中吃的大多数是广式月饼，今天我们就来尝一尝苏式月饼，好吗?”“好!”大家一起欢呼鼓掌。老师叫我发月饼，我偷偷用鼻子闻了闻，哇!一股浓浓的香味扑鼻而来。我把月饼一块块发下去，再看看同学，都已经垂涎欲滴了。我低着头闻了闻，嗯，跟刚才我偷偷闻的味儿不一样，这次细细一闻，有肉香。又尝了一口，好吃，油油的，却不腻，真可谓闻着香，吃着也香。我边吃，这肉汁边从嘴角淌下来。吃了几口，没了，可肚子里的馋虫还是在叫“馋死我啦!我要继续吃月饼!”我擦了擦脸上的肉汁就抬起头，哈哈!同学们的吃相真是千姿百态。瞧!赵峥禹吃了还剩一点点，突然不吃了，说要把剩下的美味带回去给妈妈尝尝;王俊杰拿着月饼在哪里端详了半天，一口都没动过;最要命的是王宁静手还好好的拿着月饼，可她这舌头从嘴里溜出来，舔着落在餐巾纸上的月饼屑，笑死我了……

品完了月饼，心里突然涌出一种幸福感，是月饼的美味，还是苏老师的爱与祝福?应该两样都是吧!

今年的中秋，是和以往与众不同的，是一个最令我难忘的中秋!

The Mid-AutumnFestival has all interesting history. Long ago in one of the dynasties of China there was a king who was very cruel to the people and did not manage the country well. The people were so angry that some brave ones suggested killing the king. So they wrote notes telling about the meeting place and time and put them into cakes. On the 15th day of the 8th lunar month every person was told to buy the cakes. When they ate them they discovered the notes. So they gathered together to make a sudden attack on the king. From then on the Chinese people celebrate on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month and eat "moon cakes" in memory of that important event.

When the Mid-Autumn Festival is near, shop windows are beautifully decorated. Many "moon cakes" are displayed for people to buy. People send presents such as wine, fruits and "moon cakes" to their friends and relatives. In the evening of the day, they have a feast. After the feast, they go out to the garden to look at the moon. The children run and laugh on the streets.

It is believed that the moon is at her brightest on this night. Many poems have been written about it, and poets are never tired of reading and writing such poems. In Chinese literature, the moon of the Mid Autumn Festival has been compared to a looking-glass, a jade rabbit, and so on. It seems that Chinese literature takes far more interest in the moon than in the sun.

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion.Each family will have the members get together to have a big dinner.The most popular food is moon cakes.They are round and look like the moon.
