该写作业了，妈妈开了备用灯一开始备用灯还挺好的，灯的颜色是白蓝色的，可后来灯变暗了那是因为快没电了，妈妈点上了蜡烛，我观察着妈妈把蜡滴在盒子上在把蜡烛立在了上面，那是防止蜡烛倒下来，因为没有转方向蜡烛一边是高的一边是低的，妈妈就转了个方向。蜡烛的火苗上面是桔黄色的，下面挨近蜡烛油的地方是蓝色的。用了一会，我们又点了第二根蜡烛，因为两根蜡烛靠的太近，所以高的一根被矮的那根烧化了一半，又过了一会两个蜡烛都搭了一座桥，好神奇呀!

接下来，我们就要正式开始做月饼了。先把一块“米糕”压扁，再拿一块馅像包包子一样把馅包进去。最后，把包好的“月饼”放在模具里，一只手轻轻地按压，一只手慢慢地把模具提上来，这样，一个月饼就做好了。

我和妈妈按照这个方法，又做了好几个月饼，还做了抹茶口味的呢！虽然我们做的月饼不像别人做的这么好看，不过，在月光下吃着自己做的月饼，这是多么幸福的事情。

没一会儿功夫，面发酵好了，开始做月饼啦！首先，我从面团上揪下一小块，搓成球形，然后从中间慢慢往外捏，捏成窝头状，再用勺子把馅儿放进窝里，再包起来。包成团后，放进带有花纹的模具里，在用力往下压，慢慢倒扣出来。嘿，一个漂亮的月饼就做好了！我拿起月饼跟妈妈、奶奶做的放在一起，一种说不清道不明的滋味顿时涌上心头，我还要做好多好多的月饼……最后，我们我们的成果放进烤箱里，慢慢等它们烤熟。过了许久，一个个香喷喷的月饼出炉了，不待凉我就慌忙咬了一口，虽烫口但回味无穷，这是我第一次吃自己做的月饼啊……

在这个合家团圆的日子里，我们一起吃着手工月饼，幸福无比！

中秋节的那天，我们舞蹈队早早的就坐上了学校为我们准备的校车上，从天刚刚蒙蒙亮再到清晨的第一缕阳光缓缓的出现在这个世界，看着窗外的一切，再想着往常的中秋节肯定都是在家里和亲朋好友热闹的度过，如今只能在车上和一个陌生的地方度过这个团圆的日子，想着家中的爸爸妈妈我心里开始有点后悔。

演出结束后，我们来到饭店里面填饱了肚子，在大家都吃饱了以后，我们的舞蹈老师却说起了话来，她从身后的包里拿出了藏了很久的月饼，向我们说道：“孩子们，中秋节快乐，今天辛苦了。”

中秋节是在8月15号我们的中国农历。作为中国传统节日之一,它在我国一直享受大受欢迎。通常,无论有多远,我们有多忙,我们将努力回家庆祝。那天晚上月亮看起来最亮整个农历。我们最喜欢的是我们一起享受满月的日子。天空中美丽的月亮了,我们坐在一起吃月饼和水果,分享我们的故事。除了这些传统活动,我们有更广泛的选择,比如旅行和访问我们的亲戚或朋友。

中秋佳节，家家团圆。每逢中秋，家家户户都要吃月饼、赏月，而我们家的月饼别有一番模样，因为那是我们家的自制月饼。

哦，到中秋喽!我一蹦三尺高，飞快地收拾起东西，准备去外婆家过中秋。咔车一刹，到外婆家了，只见外婆已经洗好南瓜在等我了，我认真地洗了个手，拿起切好的南瓜嘶嘶南瓜在刨子上飞快划过，做这个大家可要当心，不要划伤手哦!时间如飞箭，不一会儿，南瓜就被我粉身碎骨了。我往南瓜丝上洒了些盐，放在了一边。这时，哥哥正好买了发酵粉回来了，外婆拿出一包，撕开，放入温水中，搅拌了几下，开始往里加面粉，加到一定量后，就开始揉面了。这时妈妈也没闲着，瞧，她正在切肉丁呢，记得也要切些肥肉在里面，这样，调出来的馅才能香飘十里。当切完肉丁时，面也和好了，这样大家分工是不是更省时呢!当外婆把揉好的面盖上盖子放在一旁发酵时，妈妈则把肉丁倒在锅里翻炒起来，炒熟后，香气四溢，让人垂涎三尺。在等待发酵的过程中，我们拿出包月饼的工具，还把馅儿也拌好了。

面发酵好啦!快来帮忙喽!厨房里传来外婆清脆的声音，只见发酵好的面白白大大、光光滑滑的，犹如一块洁白无瑕的美玉。外婆和妈妈一起把它搬到了客厅。接下来，最重要的时刻来临了，要开始包月饼啦!

首先，我从面团上扯下一小块，撮成球，然后从中间开始慢慢往外捏，直到把它捏成了一个像小碗的形状，再用勺子把馅放入小碗中，最后沿着一个地方往里不停地捏，捏着捏着，馅儿就会被吃掉，小碗就变成了一个胖娃娃，只是在这个胖娃娃的头上还有一个小辫子，你要把它摘去，撒些面粉在上面，然后压成一个扁扁的饼，这样月饼的模样就出来了。最关键的一步就是煎了，首先在锅里倒入大约大半纸杯的油，等油热了，然后开小火就可以煎了，放饼的时候一定要一个一个挨着锅边慢慢放，以防被油烫着。大概5分钟的样子就要让它们翻个身，只见它们一个个金灿灿的，真像一个个圆圆的月亮。不过20分钟左右，月饼就熟了，咬一口，回味无穷，真是太好吃了。

今年，我学会了自己制作月饼，在以后的每年里也都可以吃到自己做的月饼了，想必那一定比吃了蜜还要甜!
