一说元代末年，江苏泰州的反元起义领袖张士诚(或说是朱元璋的谋士刘伯温)利用中秋民众互赠圆饼之际，在饼中夹带“八月十五夜杀鞑子”的字条，大家见了饼中字条，一传十，十传百，如约于这天夜里一起手刃无恶不作的“鞑子”(元兵)，过后家家吃饼庆祝起义胜利，并正式称中秋节的圆饼为月饼。在后来很长历史时期，甚至在上世纪末，许多月饼上还贴有一方小纸片!只可惜，近年所产月饼已不见小纸片踪影，月饼所含代代相传的“文化密码”荡然无存。

另有一说为，明洪武初年，大将徐达攻下元朝残余势力盘踞的元大都北京，捷报传到首都南京，正在下棋的明太祖朱元璋欣喜若狂，即传谕中秋节普天同庆，并将当初反元大起义时传递信息的月饼赏赐臣民。月饼从此成为中秋节“法定”的食品，非食不可了。

At this time, some old people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about the rabbit on the moon . The children really believe that there is a rabbit on the moon. They hope to go to the moon and have a look one day.

我们二年级时，学校举办了中秋节系列活动——做月饼。知道这个消息时，我们都特别高兴！我们听从学校的安排，准备了做冰皮月饼的材料。

因为学校周围没有卖这种材料的地方，所以我们让家长在淘宝上网购。买好材料后，我们盼星星盼月亮，终于盼来了做月饼的日子！

那天下午，我们先打开包装袋取出材料，然后仔细阅读说明书，并认真观察老师的示范，之后就自己动手做起来。我们用五彩的皮包上自己喜欢的馅儿；再放入月饼模具中，用手掌轻轻一压，一个完美无瑕的冰皮月饼就出现了！

然而，并不是所有同学的制作过程都一帆风顺，你瞧，他们不是把月饼粘在了操作板上；就是把月饼陷在了模具里；要不就是把月饼馅料粘在了手上，真是一片狼藉呀！再来看我，虽然是没有出什么大事故，但还是双手笨拙，不太顺利。这时候，同学们一个个地完成了制作，欣赏着自己的完美作品。我心里真是着急而又无奈。

这时，一个清脆悦耳的声音传入我的耳朵里。“需要我帮你吗？”我转头一看，原来是我的同桌呀！“你做完了？”我问。她点了点头，我只好说：“谢谢，太麻烦你了！”“没关系！”她笑了笑，帮起忙来。最终，我的月饼被成功“解救”，堪称完美！

过了不久，大家各自做好了心仪的月饼，细细观察这一个个月饼，好像是欣赏着一件件精美的艺术品。此时我们心里真是又高兴又激动！

看着自己做的月饼，我们真是再也忍不住了。一口，两口……一个个月饼就这样进入了我们的五脏庙。现在想想，还真是回味无穷，难以忘怀呢！

中秋节到了，家家户户是开开心心的庆祝节日，我们家也一样。

下午在外婆家吃了晚饭后，爸爸妈妈带着我回到了我们自己的家，因为家家户户都会备上可口的月饼和各种水果赏月，俗称“拜月亮”。

我爸爸去买月饼，我们都在等着赏月了，妈妈洗了好多好吃的水果，爸爸打回来几个电话问妈妈要买什么口味的月饼，因为月饼的口味太多太多了，有水果味的月饼、有豆沙味的、还有莲蓉……有珠江牌的、有富华酒店的、京华酒店的……怪不得爸爸买月饼都要发哪么多的时间了。

现在的月饼很好吃，不像过去的月饼哪么单一，人们的生活富裕了，月饼的品种也丰富了。

我们家赏月的月饼是双黄莲蓉月饼，摆满桌子的水果和小吃，我们家过了一个美好的中秋节。

顾名思义，农历八月十五便是中秋佳节，是一个千载难逢的好日子。每家都团团圆圆的，不管身在何处，都会不远万里回家过中秋节。八月十五的月亮也格外的圆，人们常说：十五的月亮十六圆。我看十五的月亮也很圆吗!

嘻嘻，我当然也不会错过这月下吃饼的好日子啦!于是我从房间里拿出了我最爱吃的酥皮月饼。然后，我又搬出了凳子，轻轻地剥开我最爱吃的酥皮月饼。心里美滋滋的，真想一口咬下去。突然妈妈一叫我，我便把月饼放在了凳子上，待我归来之后：咦!月饼呢?我明明把它放在了凳子上，到底跑到哪里去了?一看，怎么地上有月饼末，我便一路跟着月饼末走，终于找到凶手了。尽然是你们：小帕和拔丝dog。

夜幕降临了，我们拿着早上买的月饼，去婆婆家赏月。在车里，妈妈突然大叫起来：“好大的‘太阳’啊！”哦，原来是一轮明月已经高高地挂在夜空了，就像一个大玉盘。来的婆婆家，我们坐在院子的长椅上，一边欣赏月亮一边准备切月饼。月饼真香啊，妈妈拿着刀站在桌子前，爸爸说：“快切呀、快切呀。”公公、婆婆也乐呵呵地等着吃月饼，我更是“口水流下三千尺。”看着我们的馋样，妈妈笑眯眯的切好了月饼。

我拿起一块月饼就往嘴里送，真香啊！我一边吃月饼一边赏明月。看着此时的月亮，我想：“远方的亲戚，他们是不是像诗里写那样举头望明月，低头思故乡呢？在月宫上的嫦娥，看着人间团圆的景象，是不是也在想念人间的生活呢？爸爸看着深思的我突然把我抱起来，只听见”咔嚓“一声，妈妈帮我拍了一张照片。哦！原来我这样刚好可以”碰“到月亮，就像我捧着月亮一样，真有趣！

这真是一个美好的中秋节，令所有人都难忘，回忆的中秋节。

听过《中秋博饼》这首闽南童谣吗?我可是读得滚瓜烂熟：“中秋月饼一面镜，照甲大厅光映映。街头巷尾博月饼，厝内喊甲大小声。”今天是20__年的中秋佳节，天上皓月高悬，撒下银白的光辉。花好月圆的良辰美景可不能辜负，家乡过节的方式花样百出，最爱围在一起博饼，既热闹又促进感情。今年中秋，我兴奋地参加爸爸单位组织的博饼活动。

十五晚上，一两百人聚在大堂里，每十个人围坐成一桌。桌上摆着一个红瓷大碗，里头的六个骰子和我们来个大眼瞪小眼，好像在说：“有胆就来摇我呀。”

随着主持人大声宣布“博饼活动开始，可要玩得尽兴”的话音刚落，甩骰子的“噼哩啪啦”声此起彼伏。别组都在热闹博饼，我们组的队员却面面相觑，都在想：到底要谁先来呢?我灵机一动，想出一个办法：“不如来抽签吧。从1写到10，抽到哪个数字就第几个博饼。”这种公平的游戏方法得到到大家的认可。确定好序号，大家马上调整座位。很快，第一把骰子摇下去了。大家迫不及待地凑上前看个仔细。只见碗里有一个“四”，静静地躲在碗底，这应该是“一秀”，可以把两个“美心”月饼收入囊中。

奖品虽小，却把大家的兴致勾起来。很快就轮到排在第七位的我了。我取来骰子，放在合拢的双手中，轻轻地抖几个，慢慢松开，骰子“大珠小珠落玉盘”似的滚到碗里。我好奇地一瞧，“对堂”出现在眼前，我高兴得一蹦三尺高，激动地问：“奖品是什么?”马上有人大声地说：“是ipod平板电脑。”不会吧，这不是我梦寐以求的吗?

惊喜连连，我不但抱得数码奖品归，还成为本组的状元，可以参加“状元王中王”的角逐。可惜好运没有一直跟随，我在决赛中落败，与大奖——苹果手机擦肩而过。

《中秋搏饼》的最后几句是：“孙仔细汉中一香，阿姐博无让大兄。博着对堂阿妈赢，阿公博着状元饼。”热闹的博饼活动是泉州中秋的保留节目，为家家户户带来无限乐趣。
