礼貌语：写完之后加上“此致”、“敬礼”以示礼貌，注意：“此致”要另起一行空两格，“敬礼”再起一行顶格写起，和“某老师”的称谓对齐即可。

署名和日期：最后两行是请假条的署名和日期，如果是学生的话，写上“某某班学生：某某某”更加具体一些；位置要再起一行右下角。日期最后一行最下角，与署名上下大致对齐即可。
