请假条是学生常用的应用文，在教学中，我首先认真钻研教材，制定出教学环节为 ：

一、为什么要写请假条?

二、怎么写?(格式)

三、实践练写

针对第一环节，我先让学生读练习中的第一、二段话，展开讨论，得出：有病或有事不能来校学习或参加某种活动，写好请假条给家长或同学代给老师

如何写呢?让学生读书中的例文，得出：居中写“请假条”三个字;下一行顶格写称呼冒号;另起一行空两格写正文(正文写了几句话，每句话交代什么?);下一行空两格写“此致”另起一行写“敬礼!”，(此处可让学生连起来记忆);最后注名自己的身份和姓名、日期

请假条

“请假条”相当于公文中的“请示”，但比请示简便、灵活，格式可以不固定，也可以固定。一般最常用的格式如下：

标题(居中)：请假条

上款(顶格写部门的名称或领导人的名字)：

正文(请假缘由、起止日期及天数)如：因......需要请假，请假时间自2006年x月x日至2006年x月x日共xx天，恳请领导批准。

下款(标在右下)...............请假人：x x x
