Obviously, great changes have taken place in the way that college students spend their vacations.

Considering these changes, we can find there are possibly three main reasons. Firstly, with the fast development of economy, many people have become rich, which makes it possible for more students to go traveling. Most parents tend to support their children to travel financially. Secondly, the reason lies in the fact that the boom of tourism has made traveling attractive and, also, modem transportation has made it easier for students to go out to travel. 当天下午2：00我准时来到公司，和办公室的同事打过招呼后，见大家都在忙自己的事情，我就找了两本书关于家居专修基本常识的书看，因为上午和经理商量过，由于我的能力和时间有限，一些复杂和长期的工作我也不能做，于是就安排我每天早上做一下办公室(包括卫生间)的清洁工作，以及简单的客户接待工作，其它时间就自己看书学习或看别的同事如何制作电脑效果图。而要作到接待客户时能应付一般的提问就必须先增加自己这方面的知识，于是决定先看看书熟悉一下。我拿着书翻翻看看，不知不觉已经快5：00了，这时一直在外面忙的经理回来了，见我书快看完了就说到：“快看完了啊，速度挺快的嘛，看的怎么样了?看完了我要检查的，你要能复述出来才行。”“啊?”我心里不禁一惊：怎么办呀，我翻的太马虎了，复述恐怕......经理没理会我的惊讶去忙自己的事情了。这时我才知道，经理这么说一方面是要考验我的学习吸收能力，一方面是要求我不管做什么事情都一定要认真仔细，看书同样如此，决不能走马观花，要对自己负责。尤其是一些看上去不起眼的小事，更是不能马虎的，正所谓：细节决定成败。而让我深切体会这一道理的是第二天的清扫工作。

一直都认为打扫卫生是个再简单不过的工作，家里的清洁工作我也只是偶尔做做，觉得没什么大不了的。可这次的清洁工作，让我改变了对清洁的看法。把办公室的卫生做完之后，我开始了卫生间的清洁工作，把地板上的水渍扫干净以后，擦了墙壁与镜子，看看没什么要弄的了，准备出去看书了，忽然想起了“细节决定成败”：既然我是出来锻炼的，就要得到老板的认同才行，而像我这样的清洁工作谁能做，怎样才能让我的工作更出色?就是更细致的清洁!从新审视了整个卫生间，我发现自己之前的工作的确是不够彻底的：墙上的瓷砖上还有星星点点的小水渍和污垢，洗漱台下面也有不少灰尘，而问题最严重的还是便池上的污垢。看到“任务”还如此“艰巨”，我就脱去外套准备来大干一场，说句实话，在自己家里我还没这么勤快过呢，但为了工作我决定“牺牲”了，还好没有什么异味，但心里还是有点不舒服，面对一些顽固的污渍，我也顾不上衣服会溅到污水，拿着刷子就使劲的刷，不觉间时间就已经过去了两个小时，看着被自己打扫的整洁一新的卫生间，忘记了酸痛的胳膊和鞋子上的水渍。虽然这件是并没有被经理注意到，但我自己却有了收获，那就是对“细节决定成败”更深层的理解：人与人之间在智力和体力上的差异并不是想象中的那么大，很多小事，一个人能做，另外一个人也能做，只是做出来的效果不一样，往往是一些细节上的工夫，决定着事情完成的质量。

“原来洗碗并不难嘛！”我正得意之时，碗从我手心里一滑。我急忙接住碗，唉，差点就“gameover了”。有了刚才的教训，我小心翼翼地拿碗、放碗。才过一会儿，我的腰就开始酸了。唉，看来洗碗也并不容易啊！等所有的碗都洗干净时，我已经很累了，看到自己的“战绩”，想起即将鼓起的钱包，我开心得说不出话来。

Last summer vacation，my family and I went to Qingdao by train。There wasalways sunshine and fresh air，which made us so comfortable。We went to theseaside，the sea was as blue as the sky，and bathing in the sunshine on the beach，was really an enjoyable thing。

I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with mylittle sister。

There we bought many interesting souvenirs，I was planing to sendthem to my friends。We ate many tings there，such as fish，prawn，and so on。They arevery delicious。Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel，and the price was not soexpensive。

I like Qingdao very much，and if I got a chance，I hope to come hereagain，it is such a beautiful and interesting place。

这是我再元旦假期中遇到的一件事。

因明天是元旦，学校放假，所以今天下午一放学，李超和李逢林就把我拉进了小区，原来，李逢林想到李超家去玩，便把我也叫上了。刚到李逢林家门口时，我很紧张，后来进去后就不紧张了。刚开始，我和李逢林下了一盘象棋，有一次他开始想用马的方式吃掉了我的将，可是，他并没有发现我的炮和车正在吃他的将，所以他输了。后来，我们在李超家吃完香喷喷的饭后就拿他的足球下去踢。开始的时候他们都踢不过我，但后来他们懂得了互相配合，就踢的越来越好了，但是我也越踢越有劲，最后还是他们输了。

这次放假我们玩的太高兴了！

上个暑假，我和我的家人坐火车去了青岛。那里总是阳光明媚,空气也很清新，令人心情舒畅。我们去了海边，海水和天空一样的蓝，在沙滩上沐浴着阳光，是件很享受的事儿。我和妹妹还捡了好多五颜六色的贝壳。我们在这里买了好多有趣的纪念品，我打算送给我的朋友们。我们在这里吃到了很多东西，比如鱼，虾..真的很美味。

我们住在一个干净整洁的旅馆里，而且价格不是很昂贵。

我很喜欢这里，如果有机会我还希望可以再次去青岛，这个美丽有趣的地方。

The Spring Festival

The Spring Festival，Chinese New Year，is the most important festival for all of us。 All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal。At the same time，everyone celebrates to each other。At about 12 oclock，some parents and children light crackers。The whole sky is lighted brightly。 We may watch the fireworks excitedly。How busy it is！

On the first early moring of one year，many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door。 Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cutlings。

The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days。 So during the fifteen days，we always visit our relatives from door to door。 At that time，children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents，uncles，aunts and so on。 The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival。 It names the Lantern Festival。

So the Chinese New Year comes to the end。

Will Christmas Replace the Spring Festival？

Christmas arouses increasing attention year by year in China。 Christmas cards become popular with students。 People hold Christmas parties and exchange Christmas girts。 A lot or TV and radio programs about Christmas are on。 Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing to youngsters。 Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival。

This worry is fairly unnecessary。 Why ？One reason lies that Christmas only affects Christians，college students and joint—ventureworkers。 Another reason is that Christmas is mostly celebrated in cities。 Few people in countryside show extreme interest in this exoticfestival。 By contrast，the Spring Festival is the most influential traditional festival in every family。

I think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the West，a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China。 For us Chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals。 For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to welcome the beginning of a new year。 And we will treasure the Spring Festival forever。

My plan of next year

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of a new year，I cant help thinking about my plan of next year。

Just as the old saying：“Well began is the half of the success。”So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，Im quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others。

But ，what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible。 While，I will do my best to live up with what I have planned，and the result will prove it。

国庆节放假这几天，我跟爸爸、妈妈和妹妹到北京游玩。

“十一”那天，我们决定去天安门广场看升旗仪式。天刚蒙蒙亮，四面八方的人就像潮水一样向天安门广场涌来。

人越来越多，升旗的时间也在一分一秒地接近。我站在人群中，只恨自己长得矮，什么也看不到，只能抬着头望着旗杆，等待着庄严时刻的到来。

刚过6点钟，《歌唱祖国》的军乐响彻广场。这时，高大的爸爸成了我的解说员，他告诉我，威武的旗手肩扛国旗，在护旗兵的护卫下，从金水桥那边走过来了。不一会，庄严的国旗奏响了，渐渐地看到了，我看到了鲜艳的五星红旗冉冉升起。

升旗仪式结束了。我和爸爸妈妈妹妹走向国旗，为了纪念这幸福的时刻，爸爸还为我们照了张相。

一天,我去上围棋课。正在上课时，我碰见了我的师兄——王仪。太好了！上次我以24目大败于他，这次正好报仇雪恨。

这时，围棋老师——王老师对我说：“惠子文，想不想报仇？”“想!”我毫不犹豫地说。“千万别旧仇未报，又添新恨啊！”老师在给我施加压力。

开始下棋了，我执黑先行。开局，双方势均力敌，可能我要稍微好一点。中盘的时候，我开始好起来，比他多20多目。下到尾盘，王仪逐渐支撑不住，终于又被我吃掉一大块——这使我变成了压倒性的胜利。王仪发觉自己目数不够，终于投子认输。

这盘棋使我认识到王仪并不是不可战胜的，也使我报仇雪恨，还使我高兴万分，真是一举三得呀！
