Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a

growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up

along with these choices. Once I hope I can study in a college in future,

however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future

holds for me.

When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all

starts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a

fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind,

Mid-autumn is a traditional festival in China. It’s also called Autumn festive, August festival, daughters festival, or Reunion festival and so on. It’s often on August 15th in lunar calendar every year, but in some places, it’s on the 16th August, such as Ningbo, Lanzhou and Zhou Shan.

Mid-autumn day is thought to be the best festival with human touch or interest and poetic sentiment and mood of a painting. It’s a reunion festival, on the day, people always miss close relatives and friends. My Mother is a kind of gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes

good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and

two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We

all love her and she loves us also.

My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor

to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very

early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without

She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she

白袍之将

无声的硝烟悄然腾起，渐渐弥散，“新冠”肆意地侵蚀着人们的每一寸身体，带着令人窒息的压迫。一个个鲜活的生命在死亡线上挣扎、煎熬。霎时间天地昏暗，乌云笼罩，大街小巷，人迹寥寥。

洁白的医院走廊，传来清脆而响亮的急促的脚步声。密封的白色防护服外，用胶带缠得严丝合缝。防护镜和口罩把脸扣得似乎要沁出血来，四周是被紧绷得发白的肌肤，但眼角却挂着让人心疼的笑。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

Ive been to a lot of beautiful places, but in my mind, the most important

The Forbidden City is a place where the ancient emperor of China can live.

The imperial palace has: temple of heaven, echo wall, emperors study and so on

many beautiful places. There are colorful flowers in the temple of heaven, very

beautiful. The flowers and grasses and the famous flowers and plants are all

The conception of money is different for the old and the young. The old

generation believes that money should be saved in case of the urgent situation,

这时，我的心里向有一头小鹿在乱窜。心里紧张极了。可刘主任笑眯眯地对我说：“一定要拿到第一名!”“各就各位……”裁判喊道，我的手心里冒汗了。“预备”裁判一说完，枪声就响了。我先用中上的速度跑完了第一个弯道，到了旗子那里，立马转到内道，暂时位居第一，我才深深松了口气。我按照在学校训练的节奏跑，可是速度却要快些，很轻松的跑完了第一圈，可是，第二圈便没有力气了，速度逐渐慢了下来。可是在一瞬间，我听到了一种声音“加油，加油!”啊，这是我的好朋友的声音，我心中顿时有一股力量支持着我，使我用原速度跑完了半圈。最后半圈时，我真的不行了，心想，反正我现在是第一，跑慢一点，没事的，于是我用慢速度跑完半个弯道。这时，一个看似高中的大哥哥像是对我说，又像是自言自语道：“这个女孩不错呀，800米跑这么快呀!”我听了，开始加速，到最后100米时，我听见了训练队队友嘶声力竭的加油声;听见了刘主任那熟悉的叫我快点的声音;听见了那素不相识的裁判的声音也在叫我快……我以最快的速度跑向终点，扑在爷爷的怀里，实在站也站不起来了。

过了一会，我听见广播里报出了800米第一名的名字，我开心极了，因为，第一名就是——我呀!并且报出了我的成绩是：2分43秒。我的脑袋一片空白，过了许久才反应过来，并觉得这世间的所有事物都是那么美好!这么久时间的训练没有白费!

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of

city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed

absorbedly focusing on his cell phone without noticing the surroundings. This

sort of phenomenon is not uncommon and rare in some metropolis, especially among

the youngsters.

What the picture illustrates is the prevailing situation that has long

existed in todays China. That is the mobile phone obsession. With the advent of

information age, people are becoming

increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell

phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed

in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be

denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people,

and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

Personally, in view of the overuse of mobile phones, I hold that we

individuals should raise the necessary awareness that good relationships are

reinforced by sincere and face-to-face communication.

Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

machine and need to slow down life pace, or they will break down sooner or

later.

We cant slow down the working hour, but we can control our private time. A

lot of young people mix with working time and private time, so they cant enjoy

their life and feel depressed all the time. The smart person will find the

balance. They will put aside the working stuff when the clock tells them that it

is time to be off work and find the way to release their pressure, such as

KTV.

Spending the time with friends and families is always a good way to enjoy

our time. No matter what kind of difficulties we face, when we recall of these

happy moments, we will have motivation to move on. We cant choose everything we

want, but we can adjust ourselves to the environment and keep the good mood.

Once life pace slows down, we control our life.
