Other animals#39;nests are piled up with sand or made a hole in the land, while turtles make a hole in the sea floor. One month after the birth of the baby turtle, the mother of the turtle will no longer take care of her babies, but let them live on their own, let them learn to grow up.

This is my favorite animal, the turtle.

在这世界上，有许多濒临绝种的动物，而它们面临的重重危机，多半是由人类所造成，例如：我们乱丢垃圾使河川受到污染、工厂以及汽机车所排放的废气使空气不再干净，为了开发和建设不断破坏山林。有时我在想，如果没有人类的存在，地球会不会变得更好呢?为了要弥补我们所污染的环境，并且要重视及提倡“保护生态”的观念。

由于生物不停的变少，陆陆续续出现了保护野生动物的公益团体，而这些集团不断倡导要爱护动物、保护动物，因此，野生动物的生存权渐渐被重视，不过光靠这些热心人士的帮忙仍是杯水车薪，我们更应该从日常生活中落实，假如全世界的人每天都能随手关灯，至少可以救回一只可爱的北极熊;假如全世界的人都能 减少塑胶的使用量，就有许多生物的肚子里面没有垃圾的存在;假如我们能减少废气的排放量，就可以使空气更为干净，不只保护动物，同时也是保护我们自己。

我们对于保护生态的观念应该推广到每一个角落，深植于人们的心中，无时无刻要懂得尊重其它生命，所有生命都是可贵的，我们无法即时扭转人们想要滥杀动物的想法，因为，有时关系到人们的生存与工作，但是，我们可以靠身体力行来改变别人想法，来落实保护生态的意义。

有时，我们应该将心比心，设身处地为那些因人类而丧生的动物，他们临死前的哀嚎，正是他们的求救讯号，他们也是生物，同时也是一个个宝贵的生命，我们并不能因为自认为高等，而残害其它的生命。

世界上有成千上万的野生动物，它们都是我们人类的朋友，我们应该要保护它们，关爱它们，不要伤害它们。我相信我们对它们友好，它们也一样会对我们很友好的。

比如说燕子，燕子能帮我们把田里的害虫吃掉。如果我们人类杀害捕捉它们，它们会吃掉那些常常来搔扰我们的蚊子，让我们更好地生活吗 没有了燕子，我们的周围变得很多害虫，这些害虫对我们人类有很大的坏处呀!

比如说青蛙，青蛙也能帮我们吃田里的害虫，可以说是田里的警察。我们支捕杀他们，一旦没有了青蛙，田里的害虫越来越多，害虫不断地吃菜，难道我们会有美好的丰收吗?

比如说啄木鸟，啄木鸟是森林中的医生，它可以帮我们吃掉树里的害虫，让树恢复健康。我们杀害它们，树木的害虫会越来越多，树木会慢慢地减少。地球上没有树，会发洪水、地震。

比如说猫头鹰，猫头鹰捉田鼠，是对我们人类有好处的，人类却常常捕猎它们。没有猫头鹰，田鼠会增加。田鼠吃的庄稼和菜就更多了，我们人类一样没有好的收成。

所以，我们要保护以上的动物。同时，我们还要保护其他的野生动物!
