在我人生的旅途中，第一次尝试的事情多得几乎数不清。但是，每每想起第一次煎年糕，心里总是美滋滋的，比喝了蜜还甜。

这是两年前的事情了。那天，我怀着迫不及待的心情盼着妈妈快点告诉我怎样煎年糕。当妈妈把煎年糕的过程告诉我之后，我像射出的子弹一样奔进厨房。我先把年糕切成一小片一小片的，再把鸡蛋磕破倒在盆子里，连同年糕一起搅拌均匀。然后倒进一小些花生油到锅里，等锅热了，再把年糕从鸡蛋浆里取出，小心翼翼地放进锅里。妈妈说过，煎年糕一定要把握好火候。此时，我心里突然紧张起来。

看着年糕在锅里滋滋地响，锅上热气腾腾，我的心怦怦直跳。大约过了三十秒，我把年糕翻过面煎。哎，砸了！包公诞生了。我不服气，重来。我不断总结失败的教训，把三十秒缩短，把火力调小。尽管鼓足了劲，但还是没有像母亲煎得那样漂亮。

正当我心灰意冷的时候，爸爸妈妈不知什么时候出现在我的背后。妈妈温和地说：“哇，你好棒哦！

第一次就做到如此好。”爸爸也赞美地说：“这年糕一定很香！”虽然爸妈的表扬有点水分，但是我听了心里美滋滋的。

国庆节的一天早晨，我们高高兴兴地准备行李去开化玩。到那儿之后，爸爸带我们来到一条清可见底的小溪，我惊奇地问：“爸爸，我们来这儿要干嘛?”爸爸笑着说：“当然是来玩啊!”

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic

minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside

in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

The Dragon Boat Festival is a lunar (阴历)holiday, occurring (存正)on the fifth

day of the fifth lunar month (农历史五月第五天). Dragon Boat Festival is my favourite

festival.During the holiday of Dragon Boat Festival,I got together with my

family to have a big meal.We ofen ate the zongzi.It tasted very nice.And we saw

the Dragon Boat Races.I felt excited because the race was bustling with noise

and excitement.At Dragon Boat Festival,we also drank realgar wine.Some people

Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing

teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the

finish end first.

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs

The celebrations is a time for protection (防护) from evil (邪恶) and disease

(疾病) for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as

hanging healthy herbs on the front door, drinking nutritious concoctions (营养品),

and displaying (展示) portraits (画像) of evils nemesis(邪恶报应), Chung Kuei. If one

manages to (成功做...) stand (直立)an egg on its end at exactly 12:00 noon, the

following year will be a lucky one.

Today, people eat bamboo-wrapped steamed glutinous(粘的) rice dumplings

called zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fish) and race dragon

When I was very small, I lived in my hometown. My grandparents raised two

dogs, and I liked them very much. I watched them grow up from the little animals

to the big dogs. Every time when I leaved home for school, they would follow me

for some distance. When I walked a little far away, they would turn home. When I

went home after school, they would wait for me in the door and swayed their

tails. I knew they were welcoming me home. They were like my family members and

那时我七岁，弟弟才五岁。那天，弟弟来到我家，碰巧爸妈出去了。为了让我们听话，他们买了一些水果，放在餐桌上。我看到了那些水果，灵机一动，就对弟弟说：“咱们来做点西餐吧。”弟弟吃惊的说：“你会做吗?”我自信的说：“放心，有本天才呢!

我先把西瓜切开，把瓜瓤挖了出来，放进盘中，分成两份。只见鲜红的瓜瓤，就象巨大的红宝石，里面还有饱满的黑珍珠―瓜子。然后把一部分菠萝切成块，一部分打成汁。于是有进行到了下一道工序：切橙子片。可是，不知道是不是我家的菜刀吃错药了，平时对我妈百依百顺，可它今天丝毫不听我的话，切的片不是厚就是保可虽说困难，不过还是切出来了。就不和它计较了。然后我用橘子瓣搭成了一座小桥。又用糖豆做成了“陆地”。后来弟弟拿来小西红柿要做荷花，可他做了半天就做了三朵(这臭小子边做边吃大部分都被他吃了!)最后把它们装饰好，放进冰箱里。在看看弟弟，已经是“口水流下三千尺，两眼瞪得发了直。”过了10分钟我刚把“西餐”拿出来的时候正要细细品尝我们的成果时，弟弟已经左右开攻，以迅雷不及掩耳之势K掉了半盘!正当我还没反应过来时，他又来了个“横扫千军”把剩下的收拾掉了。吃饱喝足后这小子竟脚底抹油―溜了。可是我的肚子还在敲鼓表示严重抗议。

In the past hundred years, there have heen frequent natural disasters, such

as floods, droughts, mud-rock flows, seismic sea waves, earthquakes, windstorms

and the stretching of new deserts. The disasters have killed millions upon

millions of people, destroyed countless homes, and wiped out numerous pieces of

fertile land.

Now more and more people become aware that those disasters have much to do

with what we have done to the earth. We have cut down too many trees in the

forests,we have badly polluted the environment, we have shocked our own

home-planet time and against with tremendously powerful explosions of nuclear

bombs. As a result, climates have become abnormal, rainwater rushes down

hillsides angrily, and the underground energy goes up to revenge itself on

us.

The earth is our only home-planet. It is urgent for us to stop damaging it,

and to do our best to protect it and make it a lovely place suitable to live in,

for we have nowhere to go and survive except where we are now.

October 1st is the national day of our country, which is a public holiday for the whole country. It’s an important day that marks the beginning of PRC. On that day, there are plenty of celebrations holding throughout the country, from the central government to the general people. And public places, including big squares, parks are decorated in festive theme. In recent years, the national holiday means the golden week as well, which is a short holiday that all people expect to. With the improvement of living standards, people have more money and desire to travel and the golden week is a good chance for them. My grandparents believed you were either honest or you werent. There was

no in between. They had a simple motto hanging on their living-room wall: "Life

is like a field of newly fallen snow; where I choose to walk every step will

show. "They didnt have to talk about it--they demonstratedthe motto by the way

they lived. They understood instinctively that integrity means having a personal

standard of morality and ethics that does not sell out to expediency and that is

not relative to the situation at hand. Integrity is an inner standard for

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

To be or nor to be, that is a question. To succeed or to fail? How to

succeed and how to achieve? These problems confuse many teenagers in

nowadays.

We all have dreams, and we all work hard to realize them. But there will

always be some problems and setbacks to stop the pace of advance. When they

appear, what should we do? To stop or to go on? Mrs. Curie told us the answer.

We all know that Mrs. Curie discovered radium, but how many people really know

how hard she worked? At that time, there were many people disapprove of Mrs.

Curie. Although she got over hundreds of difficulties, she still believed in

herself and never gave up. Finally, she succeeded to discover radium. She proved

Last summer I went to Vietnam with my parents. We stayed at a small village outside Saigon. The air and water was very clean and there were many kids playing in the mud along with water buffalos. Though it’s a very poor country, the kids seem to be happy. They live with their farmer parents in little houses built with dirt and straw and help out a lot in the rice field during the day. They don’t have TVs or Internet, but they enjoy a lot playing outside. It was a very memorable trip that I will never forget.

在一个星期六的下午，爸爸没带钱包和钥匙就出去开工了。而妈妈和弟弟要出去给弟弟看病，家里就只剩我一个人。妈妈在临走之前告诉我：“记住，千万不要乱碰水、电和煤气等有危险的东西，知道了吗？”我不耐烦的说：“知道了，知道了，你已经说了很多遍了。”他们走之后，我开心地说：“噢耶！这下就只剩我一个人了。”这时，我看了一下表，才18：58呢！

我立马打开电视，可电视现在播放的是恐怖片，我想：要是我看了，晚上睡觉时做噩梦怎么办那呢？我还是不看电视了。

突然！有人敲门！今天老爸开夜车班，起码要9：00才能下班呢，所以，不可能是爸爸敲门。妈妈和弟弟才刚出家门，没有可能是妈妈和弟弟敲门。是不是坏人呢？我立马跑进厨房，右手拿铲子，左手拿大汤勺，头上盖住锅，胸前绑上电磁炉！好似我有一点傻傻哒。我想：我首先拿大汤勺敲晕他，然后用铲子拍他的后脑勺，我已经足够把他弄晕了，他晕了之后，我再叫邻居们帮忙，再打电话给警察叔叔们，叫他们来制服这个大坏蛋。哎，你是不是觉得我很厉害呀？不用说，肯定厉害！哈哈……我这招真高明呀，真是一石三鸟呀。

我慢慢的打开门，“你在干啥呢？真是的。”这话好耳熟呀，原来是老爸呀！

哎，至今想起来还觉得提心吊胆，还想哈哈大笑呢！

每当我看到糖果时，就会情不自禁地想起刚上一年级时做的那件可笑的傻事。

那是一个五年前的一个暑假，我在奶奶家住。一天，我看到奶奶和爷爷在后山坡上往地里埋什么东西，我跑过去一看，他们正在把玉米粒放进土里，我不解地问：“奶奶，你们在干么呀?玉米放进土里就不能吃啦!”奶奶笑眯眯地对我说：“我们在种玉米，把玉米粒理进土里就可以再长出来好几个玉来，种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆!"我若有所思地点点头，心想：种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆，种糖得糖!嘻嘻!我把糖埋进土里是不是就可以长出来许多糖了呢?我边想边拿来几颗糖，又提着一个小水壶来到了一块土地前，我心里美滋滋的：“哈哈!我马上就有一个糖果树啦!"我迫不及待地照着奶奶的样子把糖果的纸皮剥了，然后把糖果小心翼翼地埋进土里。我把所有拿来的糖都埋好以后，又开始给糖果们浇水，奶奶看到了我这个样子，便走过来问道：“雯雯，你在干什么呀?”我神气地说道：“就不告诉你，等以后就知道了!”说完我便跑开了。

我自从埋进糖果后，每天都来给它浇水，有时候施点肥，过了几天后，我看到奶奶种的玉米苗长出来了，我兴奋地跑向我种糖果的地里，一看，糖果连个芽儿都没长出来，我想：也许糖果比较难长吧。我仍然每天浇水，又过了十几天，奶奶的玉米已经快到我身体的一半了，我的糖果仍然头都没冒出来，我一着急，我哭了起来，跑过走找奶奶了，我给奶奶讲事情的原因，奶奶哈哈大笑起说：“傻孩子，糖果长不出来的!”我这才明白。

每当想起这件事，我总会笑得直不起腰，让我永久难忘。
