暑假的一天下午，热极了。突然后面出现一个人我回头一看原来是小舅，小舅说：“走我带你们去游泳”。一路上我和哥哥、弟弟有说有笑。我问小舅：“带我们去哪游泳？”小舅说老家。不一会儿就到了。小舅把车子停边就走到一块岩石旁脱了衣服就往水里跳。以前我还以为小舅不会游泳。没想到小舅在水里像鱼一样。

为期三天的在校军训结束了，我们经受住了烈日的考验，汗水的洗礼，成为了一个有毅力、永不言弃，一个坚强的人。

这三天，我们变了许多。从原来的娇生惯养，到了训练中的不怕苦不怕累；从原来的粗心，到现在的谨慎；从原来的轻言放弃，到现在的永不言弃。这过程真的很艰辛，但是，我们挺下来了，我们真的成功了。我感谢军训，它让我从一个懵懵懂懂的小女孩，变成了一名真正的中学生，一名能勇敢的去面对以后人生的少年。

记得军训第一天，我还没吃饭就兴奋地跑去学校。上午的训练刚开始，我整个人就开始晕了，像一头扎到了云里，身边的什么都是恍恍惚惚的。两个大字盘旋在我的脑海中—“请假”。可是我知道，现在这种关键时刻，就算只是五分钟，不听课就会跟不上进度，这就像打仗，如果你最特殊，那么最先中弹的肯定是你。记得有人跟我说过：“挺住和放弃，只在一念之间，就看你怎么去选择了。”是啊，军训本来就是一次意志与品质的磨炼，不经受风雨，怎能见彩虹？我攥着拳头狠下心来，打算咬咬牙坚持一下。后来有几次我被叫出来休息，我却很快就归了队。我知道，什么事，只要是你想，都是能坚持住的。成老师说我是“好样的”，但我想，军训的本来意思就是要锻炼我们，我只是忍了一下，最关键的就是能不能应用在以后的生活中。

people make use of the high technology to pursue more profit. Though the

government has noticed the problem that people do to the environment, they still

can’t prevent negative result that the polluted environment brings.

Many years ago, the most prominent problem of the polluted environment is

that the river and the water were changed their color, some fish even died for

the polluted river. Now the situation becomes ever worse, lately, in the big

city, like Beijing and Shanghai, people are annoyed by the bad weather. It is

于是，我把两只乌龟拿出来放在地上，拿着鱼缸跑到洗手间把冷水倒掉后，又跑到饮水机前装了热水，然后把乌龟放了进去。果然，乌龟游了起来，而且比平时游的速度快了很多，我很得意。可是，过了一会儿，乌龟游的速度又慢了下来，最后居然四脚朝天地躺在水面上了。“乌龟游累了，它们要睡觉了。”我这样想着，就离开了鱼缸去看电视了。

爸爸回来了，我告诉爸爸说：“乌龟们在睡觉。”爸爸没有去看乌龟，顺口说道：“它们在冬眠。”

第二天，妈妈到阳台上浇花，一看乌龟，就把我叫了过去，大声地说：“你昨天是怎么搞的?把乌龟给弄死了。”我说：“不是的，妈妈。我怕乌龟冷，昨天还把冷水换成了热水呢!爸爸说它们在冬眠。”妈妈哭笑不得。

The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant (有意义的)holiday celebrated

(庆祝)in China, and the one with the longest history (历史最悠久). The Dragon Boat

Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing

teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the

finish end first.

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs

(传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan

drowned (溺死) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month in 277 B.C. Chinese

citizens now throw bamboo leaves (竹叶) filled with cooked rice into the

water.

Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. This later

on turned into the custom of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings(棕子).

The celebrations is a time for protection (防护) from evil (邪恶) and disease

(疾病) for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as

hanging healthy herbs on the front door, drinking nutritious concoctions (营养品),

and displaying (展示) portraits (画像) of evils nemesis(邪恶报应), Chung Kuei. If one

manages to (成功做...) stand (直立)an egg on its end at exactly 12:00 noon, the

following year will be a lucky one.

Today, people eat bamboo-wrapped steamed glutinous(粘的) rice dumplings

called zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fish) and race dragon

boats in memory of Qus dramatic death.

In the past hundred years, there have heen frequent natural disasters, such

as floods, droughts, mud-rock flows, seismic sea waves, earthquakes, windstorms

and the stretching of new deserts. The disasters have killed millions upon

millions of people, destroyed countless homes, and wiped out numerous pieces of

fertile land.

Now more and more people become aware that those disasters have much to do

with what we have done to the earth. We have cut down too many trees in the

forests,we have badly polluted the environment, we have shocked our own

home-planet time and against with tremendously powerful explosions of nuclear

bombs. As a result, climates have become abnormal, rainwater rushes down

hillsides angrily, and the underground energy goes up to revenge itself on

us.

The earth is our only home-planet. It is urgent for us to stop damaging it,

and to do our best to protect it and make it a lovely place suitable to live in,

for we have nowhere to go and survive except where we are now.

Today is Monday. I got up at 6:30 a.m.. Then I washed my face and ate breakfast. Milk, bread, egg and porridge are my favorites. My mother always getsup early and cooks for me. This morning, I drank a cup of milk and ate bread and an egg.After breakfast, I went to school at 7:00.School started at 7:50 and I usually get there at 7:30. or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

每当我想起第一次买东西的情形，我的心就蹦蹦直跳，我知道那是童心在触动。

记得那是一个虽炎热但惬意的暑假。当时的我在读幼儿园，已经会一些基本的算术了。我和爸爸妈妈去百货大厦购物，我看中了我最喜欢的奥特曼公仔，便对妈妈说：“我要这个。”爸爸妈妈看了价格后，给了一张五十元，让我去付款。

我兴致勃勃地来到收银台，问售货员：“阿姨好！请问这个奥特曼多少钱？”售货员说：“二十五元一个。”爸爸在后面插口道：“给阿姨五十元，让阿姨找回二十五元。“我闭着眼睛想了一下，又用手指头算了一下后说：“用不着这样。”说完，抹去手上的汗，拿着五十元的两端用力一撕“唰！”，可怜的五十元就这样一分为二。

我把一半给了售货员，一半给回了爸爸。看着他们惊诧的眼神，我再用手指头算了一下，没错呀，五十元的一半就是二十五元啊！我得意地说道：“我细细算过，二十五元是五十元的一半。所以我把五十元的一半给阿姨，错了吗？”

听了我的话，看着我得意的样子，爸爸妈妈哭笑不得。爸爸赶紧走上前去跟售货员道了歉，收回了那所谓的“二十五元”，重新给了一张崭新的二十元和五元，就拉着我和妈妈走了。

我长大了，知道当初的我是多么的可笑，但每每回想起来，心里总泛起一丝丝甜蜜，为自己的纯真和可爱。

在我的记忆中，有一件难忘的事，这件事是在一次比赛中发生的。为什么这件事让我难忘呢?因为这件事让我明白了一个道理：骄傲使人退步，虚心使人进步，就在前两个星期，我要去比澳门参加邀请赛，我画着浓浓的妆，走到了赛场上，听到裁判说：“三二一”，比赛就开始了。

我们是第三场上场比赛，第一位选手上场比赛时，管理员说：“就这样念念，一眨眼就到你比赛了。”

到我上场比赛时，我来到场地中间，马上向观众鞠了个躬，就紧张开始演奏了，我弹着弹着，突然觉得没啥紧张的，于是心里就不紧张了，我就这样轻松通过了这场比赛，并且轻松获得了比赛第一名。

这件事让我觉得比赛很轻松，于是第二天我就到香港参加香港邀请赛。我一想头天比赛这么容易获得第一名，还需要谦虚吗?

当然不用谦虚了，于是我就在比赛的门外，又是蹦又是唱的，到比赛时，一眨眼我就比完了。

走出赛场后，我还非常自信地对老师说：“这次比赛太容易了，我一定能拿第一名。”

看到我这么自信，大家都祝贺我，结果成绩出来后，我马上跑过去看成绩，怎么才得第三名?

哎，我真后悔，可是后悔又有什么用?早知道我把在门外又蹦又跳的时间拿来练习一下，说不定成绩会好一些，遗憾的是世界上没有后悔药啊，我再后悔也没有意义了，吃一堑，长一智，以后一定要吸取教训。

这件事之所以让我难忘，是因为我明白了一个道理：谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人退步。

童年生活像一个五彩斑斓的梦，像一串五光十色的珍珠，使人留恋，使人回忆。

而我难忘的第一次是包饺子。 “砰砰砰，噼里啪啦······”噢，太好了，过年了。你听，在这大年夜，窗外传来一阵炮声，推开门一开，炮竹满天，人们个个喜笑颜开！屋外一派热闹景象。包饺子，包饺子啦!妈妈笑着说。好。我、爸爸也不约而同地跑来帮忙。

说干就干，妈妈端着一盘饺子皮放在桌上，拿着一块饺子皮放在手上，然后在饺子皮上放上一点儿馅，再把两边的皮爱在一起，三两下就把两边卷成花边。看着妈妈做的有滋有味，我也有些手痒痒了，便也开始做起来，谁知这么难，捏住这边，那一边得馅又出来，捏住那边这一边又给挤出来了。

唉，我用两只手一起捏，可出呼意料的是饺子的“肚皮”又破了，我只有把肚皮补好，我又学着妈妈的样子捏花边，可怎么也捏不成，别灰心，你会成功的，第一次都会失手，只要有信心，捏的时候不要太用力。妈妈微笑的对我说。听了妈妈的话，我又拿起一块饺子皮，重新包了起来，在妈妈的耐心指导下，我学会了包饺子。

看着自己亲手做的饺子，心里美滋滋的，我们就这样一个一个地包着。吃饺子啦，吃饺子啦，吃着自己亲手包的饺子，心里就好像吃了蜜一样的甜。我从这件事中明白了：做什么事都要有耐心，有恒心，有信心，未来的路是坎坷的，需要我们去走平，未来的世界是我们的，需要我们去创造！

I liked playing computer games,but my daddy was not happy because he thought it was not good for my study.Sometimes I felt I was not a free boy when my daddy was so strict with me,so I tried to talk to my daddy,and he said he was happy because I talked to him,and now he let me play games if I study well.From this,I understand a friendly talk can help people get along well.

今天是中秋节，是家家户户团圆的好日子。

上午我和奶奶早早的来到了老家永安。妈妈因为加班，所以没有回老家。爷爷和爸爸在遥远的新疆工作，也没能回来，我只能在心里祝他们工作顺利，心想事成了。我情不自禁的想起苏轼的那句：“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟……”

中午，我和奶奶、太太、太爷、姑奶奶一起吃午饭。你们应该会觉得我在这里是最小的那个，那你们就大错特错了，在我们餐桌底下还有一只三岁的小母狗“小白”。

最让我印象深刻的是晚上。晚上我和妈妈去扬州外婆家了。我在外婆家玩得可开心了。我外婆准备了一大桌好吃的，其中我特别喜欢的才是扬州老鹅、红烧小公鸡、韭菜炒百叶，这些菜好像是特意为我准备的，我吃的香喷喷的，心里甜蜜蜜的。

今年中秋节是我过的最快乐的中秋节，我最喜欢一家人团圆在一起共进晚餐的情景。

I love reading, which enriches my knowledge and helps me know more about

the world. I love the school atmosphere. Students study together here and make

progress gradually. My favorite place here is library. I can read many books

here. Once I have some questions, I can find a lot of information. We fight for

the goal and plan details in the library in group task. I have so many good

memories to study here, which makes me so happy. No matter which school I am in,

I will always find this quiet corner and study what I like. I love the feelings

there.
