今年是中央红军长征胜利80周年。作为20世纪人类历史上举世无双的壮举，长征早已是不朽的英雄史诗，它所铸造的长征精神也已成为中国人民的精神丰碑，鼓舞着一代又一代中华儿女克服困难、锐意进取，夺取一个又一个新胜利。“实现中华民族伟大复兴，就是中华民族近代以来最伟大的梦想。”习近平总书记关于“中国梦”的这一论断，为我们当前的奋斗指出了明确的方向，而十八大报告中“大力弘扬民族精神和时代精神，深入开展爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义教育，丰富人民精神世界，增强人民精神力量”的提出，又使得作为革命精神和民族精神继承和升华的长征精神进入了公众的视野中心。作为当代大学生，在了解了长征精神的内涵与意义后，我深感将其融入大学生价值观教育、引导大学生树立正确价值观、为实现“中国梦”做好精神武装的重要性及必要性。

一、 长征精神的内涵

王明“左”的错误使得三大主力红军被迫实行战略大转移，在两年时间内，红军四渡赤水、巧渡金沙江、飞夺泸定桥、过雪山草地，突破敌人的围追堵截，历经二万五千里行程，创造了无数的人类奇迹。综观长征的全过程，我将长征精神概括为以下四方面。

(一) 坚定信仰、忠诚革命的理想主义精神

坚定革命的理想信念是红军长征胜利不竭的力量源泉。聂荣元帅回忆，当问及每一个战士何以成为红军时，他们都会回答“为了打土豪、分田地”,“为了苏维埃中国”，“为了实现共产主义”。尽管红军面临着严酷的自然环境，要逃脱敌人的围追堵截，还要应对党内危害革命的“左”右倾机会主义，中国革命处于低潮，革命前途十分渺茫，他们仍然坚信：“只要跟党走，一定能胜利”。对于马克思主义及共产主义的信念支撑着中国共产党人一次次化险为夷。坚定信仰、忠诚革命成为长征精神的核心，其余均是在这一基础上的延伸和拓展。

(二) 艰苦奋斗、不怕牺牲的英雄主义精神

以红一方面军为例，通过一组数据就能看出红军长征的艰苦：总计368天，235天用于白天行军，18天用于夜间行军，其余100天几乎平均每天就有一次遭遇战。全长25000余里，翻越18座山岭，其中五座雪山，渡过24条河流，途径11省62城，突破敌人4道封锁、10个地方军阀军队包围。红军战士饥寒交迫、武器低劣，凭借着卓绝的奋斗精神才最终成功完成战略大转移。

(三) 紧密团结、严守纪律的集体主义精神

长征是“团结就是力量”这句话的真实写照。红军长征途中为了集体利益牺牲个人利益的事例比比皆是。1935年4月，红四方面军获悉中央红军准备渡江北上的消息后主动发起嘉陵江战役，迫使敌人慌忙调兵布防，大大减轻中央红军的压力。红一、红四方面军会师后，曾发生过张国焘分裂党和红军的时间，党中央战胜分裂主义，维护了红军的团结统一，为胜利会师奠定了基础。

(四) 审时度势、因地制宜的实事求是精神

长征前，“左”倾路线者照搬苏联经验，不考虑中国实际，最终导致第五次反“围剿”的严重失利，但在1935年召开的遵义会议上彻底破除了“左”的错误，第一次在没有共产国际干预的情况下解决了党内的重大问题。从那以后，在毛泽东的指挥下，红军因地制宜、审时度势，创造了一个个军事神话，遵义会议也因此成为我军独立自主的伟大尝试和开端。

二、 长征精神对实现“中国梦”的意义

长征精神是中华民族传统精神的传承，是中华民族的民族精神的升华，从新民主主义革命时期到社会主义革命建设时期，再到改革开放时期，直至现今全党全民族团结协作实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”阶段，长征精神都具有其永不褪色的独特魅力。

(一) 理想主义精神是实现“中国梦”的精神动力

红军战士之所以能战胜难以估量的艰难险阻，正是由于其坚信共产主义必将实现，并秉承为共产主义奉献终身的崇高理想和坚定信念。当前中国经济社会快速发展，却出现了不小的“信仰危机”。外来文化的涌入冲击着我们的行为方式和思维认知，市场经济的发展甚至滋生了拜金主义、享乐主义、极端个人主义等错误思潮。长征精神启示我们理想信念是个人前行之路上永恒不灭的火炬，带领我们走向黎明，更是一个民族实现伟大复兴的不竭力量源泉。

(二) 艰苦奋斗精神是实现“中国梦”的行动保证

成功没有捷径，唯有奋斗。我们正处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段，人口多、底子薄、发展不平衡仍然是我国的基本国情，实现全面小康、实现“中国梦”的道路注定是不平坦的，面对复杂的国际国内环境，我们要有充分的思想准备，与一切骄奢淫逸、铺张浪费的腐败行为做斗争，严于律己，在自己所处的位置上兢兢业业，克勤克俭。

(三) 团结协作精神是实现“中国梦”的重要条件

一个人的力量是弱小的，但如果凝聚十三亿中国同胞的力量，那么实现中华民族的伟大复兴将不再是天方夜谭。没有真诚无私的革命团结，没有集体利益高于一切的信念，就不会有红军战士严守纪律的良好口碑，更不会有最终胜利的可能。同样只有调动一切积极因素，把全体人民最广泛地团结起来，才能使中华民族走向更大的繁荣。

(四) 实事求是精神是实现“中国梦”的出发点

马克思的辩证唯物论指出，物质处于不断的运动变化中。作为致力于发展完善社会主义市场经济的一个大国而言，我们正在进行的事业是前无古人的，因而我们没有经验可循，要将实现“中国梦”的实践扎根于中国的土地，切不可因循守旧，也不可盲目照搬西方模式。对待历史经验及西方经验需要取其精华、去其糟粕，一切从实际出发。

三、 长征精神对大学生的启示

大学生是中国特色社会主义事业的接班人，也是实现“中国梦”的生力军。当代青年虽然很少像过去那样在战场或艰苦环境中经受刻苦的锻炼，但青年人尤其是我们大学生同样要对自己负责、对社会负责、对国家和民族负责。我们在学习专业知识的同时不能忘了从老一辈创造的精神财富中获得养料。

(一) 树立远大理想，坚定共产主义信仰

网络文化的兴起带来各种价值观对大学生观念的巨大冲击，有人说这是一个信仰迷失的时代，于是对于长征精神的召唤就显出其重要性与必要性。首先要用它来呼唤迷失的灵魂，重建精神家园，使那些失去理想信念的人找回心灵归宿。其次，更为重要的是我们要由此看到共产主义的巨大力量，坚定共产主义理想不动摇。

(二) 继承优良传统，培养吃苦耐劳精神

经济社会快速发展，生活条件的不断改善，也带来了新一代青年人中“享乐主义”不良思潮的出现。但是，当前东西部发展的不平衡、贫富差距的不断拉大，仍然在敲响警钟。作为民族的未来，我们应从现在就养成艰苦朴素的优良作风，这也是大学生村官、中西部支教大学生获得社会好评的原因所在。

(三) 学会团结合作，强化集体主义意识

随着市场经济大潮的冲击，部分大学生推崇西方的盲目竞争和极端的个人主义，一切从自我出发，不为集体和大局考虑，为追逐个人利益而不惜以牺牲集体利益为代价，进而导致利己主义;(四)立足实际，锻炼开拓创新能力;实事求是，一切从实际出发是长征精神的精髓，长征的;总之，作为高校的青年大学生，学习长征精神绝不过时;利益而不惜以牺牲集体利益为代价，进而导致利己主义盛行。我们这一代又大多为独生子女，没有与同龄人合作与分享的家庭条件。但是，通过大学丰富多彩的院系活动、社团活动，我们可以有意识地培养集体主义意识，为将来走上工作岗位后更好地给社会主义现代化事业添砖加瓦创造可能。

(四) 立足实际，锻炼开拓创新能力

实事求是，一切从实际出发是长征精神的精髓，长征的胜利是克服教条主义、战胜主观主义的结果。我们要把思想从不合时宜的观念、体制中解放出来，看到新世纪新阶段的国情党情已经发生变化，在处理一切问题的时候，我们要体现时代性，富有创造性，在与时俱进的大背景下思考与实践。

总之，作为高校的青年大学生，学习长征精神绝不过时。我们需要从我们民族的优良传统中汲取能量，把自己的活力投身于中华民族伟大复兴的征程中，让我们的青春焕发绚丽光彩，也为我们将来更好地服务社会、肩负起实现“中国梦”的重任打下牢固基础。
