Morality and Education

成为一个初中生，我们大家都感到很自豪，但面对今后的学习，我们不知所措，我和同学们一样感同身受。我们在一起度过了许许多多的题海，面对了无数的问答，但考试成绩依然如旧的差，我们很无奈。有些学生会感到抱怨，嫉妒别人有那么好的成绩，就想方设法在各种场合让学习好的人下不了台，达到目的后会欣然的笑着。另一种学生则是对学习好的人无所谓，心里想：“好就好呗，有什么大不了的，反正我又超不过他，过一天算一天吧。”第三种学生则是被情感所困。何为情感?我下个定义，就是说男女双方由某一个阶段层发展到另一个阶段层次的过程。许多学生由于经验不足，造成心理伤害，主要就是不考虑对方心里所想而造成的。就比如说有的男同学在青春期阶段不一间对异性同学产生了好感，就不知该如何处理，思想就发生了错乱，在我长期的观察中一些男同学会送女孩子东西，可女孩不喜欢他，本来不送东西倒没什么，可东西送出去后，异性同学拒绝后，男同学则感到非常尴尬，下次再也不敢和这位女同学交往，就连走路相遇都要绕路，这些事情早已屡见不鲜，总之就是冲动与心里未成熟的结果，这样会造成心里创伤与学习一落千丈，再加上生活中的消极因素，殆害无穷。第四种学生则是陷入情感太深，无法自拔。比如一些学生对异性产生了好感，异性也同样对其产生相应的好感，此后便在情感上发展，由于是初一学生，年纪较小，不会想到男女双方的正常交往，此外有些男同学正是青春期阶段，会出现遗精，便对性产生了好奇，由于对性知识不够了解而对所发生的事感到惊慌。还有的男同学会发生接吻的事情，这是为什么呢?在我长期观察中分析这是由于男孩随着年龄的增长，各个生理器官日益成熟，对异性产生触觉上的敏感，于是就发生了接吻。在此逐步分析，初一学生接吻带来的后果有两种。一则是造成学习成绩下降，二是三年后中考后分到了各自的学校，不能对异性与自己的关系作出判断，在新的学习中两者伤害很大，长期以往，后果不堪设想。第五种学生则是对学习毫无兴趣，整天无所事事，过一天算一天，特别是家里有点钱的同学则更是为然，心里不成熟的想：“将来考不上什么好学校，反正我家有的是钱，我可创业!”有些有钱人家的同学，就算天塌下来他都不怕，到最后就后悔莫及。第六种就是沉迷于各种新鲜事物中，如游戏，爱情小说，QQ聊天……第七种则是被动的，做什么事都要父母和老师来催。

以上是我对初一同学们的心理分析，由于自己也是初一学生，经验可能还不足，希望同学们敬请谅解，批评指出不足，让我们一起共同度过初中岁月。

本次月考试卷只有笔试部分共十个题型包括单项选择，补全单词连词成句，阅读理解，口语运用，句型转换，书面表达等。既考查了学生的基础知识和基本技能，又考查了学生的交际运用能力，但从学生成绩来看并不能达到大部分学生成绩优秀，结合学生的实际情况，反思自己的教学行为，我想应该从以下几个方面努力：

1.针对单选题及句型转换题中出现的错误，我感觉自己对学生的英语基础知识把关不够严。在以后教学中要狠抓基础知识，多提问多听写，充分利用早读让学生在有限的早读时间内掌握所学知识。

2.阅读理解是学生英语综合能力的一种体现，是学生的弱项。加强英语阅读方法的指导以及阅读训练尤其提倡学生进行课外阅读让英语阅读成为一种习惯对学生的英语阅读能力的提高将会有很大的帮助。

3.英语是一门语言，语言是用来交流的工具，因此英语的交际性显得很重要，在以后的教学中可以进行课前五分钟自由对话，在运用任务型教学法，游戏教学法等多提供给学生一些交际英语的机会。

4.这次英语考试成绩基本可以，但有两极分化的趋向，在英语教学中面对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径，还可以成立“一帮一”小组帮助后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

总之，每次考试都是对自己教学工作阶段性的“评价”。要及时通过考试反思自己的教学中存在的问题，在总结与反思中不断进步，不断成长这样才能在三尺讲台上表现的更精彩些!

反思二：初一英语月考反思

第一次七年级英语月考试卷充分体现了新课改的精神，切实有效地考察了所学知识内容。下面对试卷试题进行具体分析：

一、试卷题型情况

1、注重对基础知识、基本技能的考察，题型新颖、覆盖面大，涉及到了所学的全部内容，促进学生有效学习。

2、注重从实际中选取素材，考察了学生的分析和处理问题能力。

3、试卷对学生探究能力是一个重点考察，增强了学生的探究分析能力。

二、试卷结构分析

试卷充分体现了新课标课改精神，注重了对学生基础知识和综合能力的考察，因此对学生的细心程度要求很高。

1、听力部分：试题难度不大，因此学生在该部分的得分率较高，但是学生的两极分化严重，高分很高，甚至满分，而低分则太低。

2、完形填空和阅读理解：难度适中，但是得分率一般，主要原因是学生理解文章不透彻，阅读能力差造成的。

3、词语运用：此题是各大题中得分最低的一个题，主要原因是学生对词的用法掌握不好，一些固定词组记不清。

4、书面表达：该题对于学生来说是比较容易的一题，它是对学生整体知识的一个考察，但两极分化最为严重。

三、学生分析

存在问题：

1、优等生对基础知识掌握较好，但是还有一部分学生对语言的运用能力较差，对比较碎的知识点没有能够很好地掌握。

2、中等生的基础知识掌握不够牢固，并且做题比较粗心。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。练习中很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野，多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息，加强语言运用能力的培养，少讲解，多给学生实际运用语言的机会，在用中学英语。

致七九班的老师：

作为迟一个星期进入学校的我，踏入教室，听到与别的班完全不同的朗读声开始，我就知道，我的选择没有错。

我并不后悔选择了一所要付全费的学校，因为，我学到了很多，我明白了很多，经历了很多——

刚来的时候，小岳问我有没有去过什么语文补习班，我说并没有，小岳说跟着他学没有问题，我也就半信半疑学了一个学期，证实了这句话。后来小岳搭班了，这也并不是一件容易的事情，可以清楚地发现小岳头上的白发。小岳坚持了一个月早上很早起床，陪伴我们到晚上，几乎每天来查寝，安顿。

意望老师每天勤勤恳恳上班，试卷从不过夜，每次讲题目总会提早在软件上做好解题思路，上课效率很高，我学的也很投入。或许就是如此吧，我的数学成绩从惨不忍睹慢慢走向高处。意望老师也曾经告诉我，努努力，你的成绩可以上去的，我才没有放弃数学。

Patty对于我们也用了很多的时间和精力，她会很认真地把每一次的成绩统计好，给我们分析和别班的差距，也不忘鼓励我们好好上进。对于作业方面特别细致，听写没有过关的同学也会奉陪到底，直到完全掌握。英语比较难学，她陪我们一步一脚印慢慢走过来。

揭姐也为我们班付出了很多，解决了很多本不用她来操心的事情。冲刺分班考的时候，我也曾经问过揭姐如何做好选择题，她也很耐心地讲解，也给我提供了个很明确的方向，所以在分班考的期间我才不至于很迷茫。她也很照顾后进生的思维模式，讲题都会分开来慢慢讲，尽量让每一个人都明白。

平平作为一个看起来最轻松的社思老师，也没有在我们身上少花精力。每一次的听写都认认真真批改，很难想象她是如何在乱七八糟的听写本上准确找到我们听写的那一页。分班考的阶段，她也很贴心地留出空余的不打扰我们冲刺。

真的很感谢所有的老师，尽管以后并不是你们来教，但是我还是忘不了这段奋斗的时光。

其实对于能否考进竞赛班，我对自身一直抱着怀疑的心态，毕竟分班考前的所有测试，我并没有考出一个好成绩。对于我而言，能否进竞赛班的压力就更大了。但是，在我失去信心的时候，总会有人对我说，你可以的。这也是我坚持下来的原因。

今后，好好走自己的路，别轻言说放弃，这世界总有人在默默支持你，一切，都是最好的安排。

我又是英语课代表。老师每天都会出一黑板的题。让我过去提，同学们都斥责道“你就不能过去提吗?”我说“躲得过初一，躲不过十五”每次收作业，那可是个难啊!作业都收不齐。不是少这个就是少那个。如果只抱几本。那老师就又要批评我。哎!又是一个烦!

开运动会了，又要烦了。该报什么项目，哎!简直要烦死了，怎么长大了，就有那么多的烦恼啊!

读过《骆驼祥子》，我感触很多，也收获了很多。在这里，我懂得了许多道理，懂得了应该怎样做人……《骆驼祥子》是一本难得的经典书籍，书中讲述了一个非常普通、非常平凡的人力车夫令人感到辛酸的故事，同时塑造了一个个鲜活的人物形象：吃苦耐劳的祥子，粗暴残忍的杨太太，自私自利的虎妞，善良热情的曹先生，可怜的小福子……在这些平民老百姓的生活故事中，却揭示了一个不变的真理：做人要有自己的理想和目标，并且还要坚韧不拔、持之以恒地去追求，把握好自己的命运。

文中的祥子是一个老实又坚强的人，他有一个简单的梦想：希望有一辆属于自己的车。但是就是这样一个简单的梦想，却实现得那么艰难，梦想破灭得又是那么迅速。第一次，他辛苦了三年，省吃俭用终于买了一辆车，却因为战乱而被士兵抢走了，还好他又偷回了三只骆驼，便因此而得到了“骆驼祥子”的外号;第二次，他又好不容易的攒了钱，却又被狡诈的孙侦探给骗去了;第三次，他娶了虎妞，用虎妞的钱又买了一辆车，生活也日渐安定了，可虎妞却又因难产而死了，伤心的祥子只好买了车，来安葬虎妞。经历这么多的风风雨雨，原本坚强的祥子，却堕落成了一具行尸走肉，他吃喝嫖赌、偷__耍滑，四处骗钱，甚至出卖人命，他成了一个地地道道的“社会残渣”!

文中还有一个可怜的小福子。她十九岁就被自己狠心的父亲二强子卖给了一个军官，换了二百块钱。小福子在那里备受煎熬，地位与仆人差不了多少，就连房租还要自己卖掉床板来付钱，她吃尽了苦头……她感到了伤心，甚至绝望，想一死了之，终于在一天夜里，自杀在树林里。

通过这两个人物，我才知道：他们是被残酷的社会现实逼上了绝路，以至堕落、自杀……所以，读过这本书，我明白了：虽然努力奋斗，坚持不懈，并不一定能取得最终的胜利，实现自己的梦想，但是如果不去努力，最终是必定会失败的;只有努力，才能胜利!
