磨蹭了半天，好不容易确定了材料，怎么开头又让我陷入了沉思。该怎么写好“头身脚”呢?嗯，有了!引用一句关于烦恼的名言!我打开手机百度，竟然这么多!我精选细筛了几句，找了一句最合适的写了上去。看看表，二十分钟已经悄悄流逝了。我心里又多了一股莫名的烦：唉，我怎么这么慢?

记得在暑假的一天，我刚要出门去上下棋课，老天爷就来了个突然袭击。顿时，乌云密布，电闪雷鸣，天空好似打翻了的墨瓶一样，黑压压的，豆大的雨点倾盆而下。妈妈用商量的口吻说：“今天的雨实在太大了，我们就不去上课了，我跟老师请个假，行吗?”“不行。”我坚定地说道。妈妈无可奈何，只能穿上雨披带着我去上课。刚一推开门，身上就全被打湿了。走在路上，雨点噼里啪啦地打在雨披帽子上，溅在脸颊上，好疼。我有点想打退堂鼓了，很想让妈妈返回家去。但是想着如果今天老师讲新的下棋技术，自己不就听不到了，还是坚持冒雨去上课。

来到下棋班，果然因为雨太大了，只有我一个人来上课。老师给我一个人讲了课，还亲自跟我对局了几盘。虽然我身上被淋湿了，但是我却学到了新的下棋技术，在赛场上起了大作用。

下棋不仅让我学会了做任何事都要坚持不懈，更让我在赛场上锻炼了胜不骄，败不馁的毅力。

记得第一次参加省赛时，我的心里胆战心惊，很没有底气。在强手如林的赛场上，面对在年龄、个儿都比我大的对手，我紧张极了。第一盘很快就被打败了。但我告诫自己不能就此认输，要镇定，要沉着冷静。第二盘每走一步棋，我都认真思考，认真记录，眼睛一直盯住棋盘，绝不给对方一点进攻的机会，僵持了五十几个回合后，终于我得到了一个进攻的机会。对方连丢两个子，失败告终。我赢了，那一刻，我高兴地差点都要跳起来。最终我以7盘一负一和五胜赢得冠军。

As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

teachers, because we wanted to show our gratitude to them. At first, we had no

idea what to buy, because we wanted to do something special. So at last an idea

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

on it. Everybody agreed with me, so we spent a day to take some funny pictures,

Apart from good health, we must be diligent at work. As long as we work

去年夏天去敬老院，约好时间是下午3点，但等到快4点人都没到齐，我加入的是河南义工联合会，是通过网络互相联系的志愿者组织，一切活动全凭志愿。

敬老院环境不错，名字叫爱馨敬老院，条件设施也挺齐全，有医疗保健室，老年活动室，但进入老人们的住宿区时味道不好闻，大多数老人都坐在轮椅上，只是腿脚不灵便。

这个敬老院是营利性质的，护理的价钱是不同的，除非是高级护理，否则不可能有专门人员一直陪着老人聊天，所以大多时间还是这些老人呆在一起，特别希望我们这样的志愿者来陪他们聊天，推他们出去走走。

我先扶着一位老奶奶下了轮椅在屋里走走，等到5点多后，太阳落山了，我推另一个老奶奶出去转转，我对她特别有好感，因为她很象我姥姥，脾气特别和善，不象其他老人满腹牢骚，总是为他人着想，一副与世无争的样子，她对我说：“你们年轻人这么忙，还能来这里陪我们，真是太感谢了!”我说我还是学生，她有点惊讶：“难得啊，可别影响了学习。”我对她说在我们家乡，把老人送到敬老院是很不光彩的，好象孩子不孝顺。老奶奶说：“孩子们太忙了，实在是不方便。”原来老奶奶祖籍北京，在铁路上工作，因工作调配到郑州，孩子们有时在北京，有时在郑州，或其他地方。

也许是这位老奶奶的缘故，我并不觉得这些老人很亲切，相反，有的还很凶。这次真正陪老人的志愿者并不多，有几个一直在外面打屁，发出阵阵笑声，一位和我一样坚持陪老人的志愿者跟我说：“咱们和他们不是一路人。”

但是，当我们无意间发现，父母为了在残酷的职场竞争中获胜，为了给我们找一个好一点的学校……偷偷的给领导送礼、塞红包时;当我们无意间发现，有些老师因为家长的特别叮嘱而特别偏爱某位同学时;当我们无意间发现，身边的朋友、同学也会自私的“利用”你时。你也开始迷茫，开始不解。你开始怀疑，带着警惕的心接触人，你可能会吃许多许多的亏，跌许多许多的跤。可就在摸爬滚打中，你渐渐成熟，这时你内心封存着纯洁，带着面具在社会中立足。

你生活得很累，欺骗、虚伪、谎言，尔虞尔诈;金钱、地位、身份，不顾一切……也许唯一能够让你摘下面具的，只有爱人、父母和儿时的玩伴吧!

在社会中，你会面对太多的选择，当然免不了迷惑。我认为，我们所具有的判断力，太多是关注外在社会，去寻找一个处世的准则。我们盲目模仿、跟从，最后迷失了自己。我们所缺少的，是去反观内心，去看清自己的人生方向。

韩信终究在社会中选择了报效的君主，为才所用;陶潜终究看透了功名利禄，返归田园;苏轼晚年看破得失，笑对贬官;梵高最终看透生命，穿越生死局限，饮弹离世。这都是他们在社会学习中的感悟，一种归属。

我们不能完全否定社会的教育价值，我们要认清方向，在社会中发扬前两种教育，这才是你知识的递进，教育的延续，人格的升华。

“钓鱼犹可贵，生命价更高”人生的价值，在于突显生命的可贵，有时候，追求得太多，反而不知道人生的价值在哪里。

或许我从未想过，也从未懂过生命的价值在四川汶川发生地震时，那一幕幕感人的画面，让人潸然泪下，那是真情的眼泪，那是对生命热情的讴歌，那些真善美，无以不让人心动，抢救人员不顾安危，用尽全力抢救伤员，许多老师用自己的生命去换取了同学的安全，还有那些积极参与到抢救人员工作中的热心人员，这些真善美体现了中华民族亿万同胞血脉相连的真情，那些来自四面八方的物质救援和精神上慰问，在面对自然灾害的时候，生命的价值被突显，人生可贵，生命只有一次，我们应学会珍惜。

时光易逝，年华易老，难道我们要将我们这些青春放任么?不，我们应该追求人生，去寻找自己的价值，体现自己的价值，完善自己的人生，充实自己的生活，用智慧来指导我们美好的未来的。

正值花季的我们，如早上的朝阳，应该活力四射，努力去学习，知识来补充自己的头脑，突显自己的发光点，真诚待人，诚实做人也是生命价值中的一部分，看天空中的飞鸟掠过天空之痕，听泉水唱着快乐的乐曲向前流，我想它们找到了自己的价值，人人总羡慕红花，又有谁会在乎那一颗绿草呀!但在万花妖娆绽放，美的不可胜收之时，绿草的点缀越能突出花的娇艳，绿草不羡慕花，只是默默无闻的陪衬，但它依旧活得开心，因为，它找到了自己生命的价值，从未想过极端的事，只是一直坚持，所以，它不会有烦恼。

我曾见一则故事中写到，两个马戏团表演者，是对姐妹花，她们的表演大受欢迎，妹妹总是受被人赞美，而她却无人问津，有一次表演时，姐姐看着妹妹借助的自己的身体，表演着各种高难度动作，迎得观众一声声的赞叹，姐姐心中怒气横生，身体一动，妹妹被摔伤了，从此后不能再表演，最后，这对姐妹花被赶出马戏团，我想我对她们的结局深表同情，由于姐姐的忌妒蒙蔽了她的双眼，不能让她正视自己的价值，造成了她们的悲局，有时候，生活如把双刃剑，让你幸福让你悲惨，我想人生的价值观未被自己正确的认识和利用，就会失人性变得扭曲。

仔细地寻找，其实最平凡的事就能体现人生的价值所在，而那些眼界高的人，只会在生活中迷失自我。
