I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

今天，是我实习这么多天来性质最不一样、意义最为重要的一天。因为今天我完成了人生职业生涯里第一堂课的教学，心中感慨颇多。

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

The winter vacation is coming. I’m going to do what I want to do.

First, I’m going to have a good rest and relax. I will read some good books. Reading books is useful because it can help me get more knowledge. It can open up my eyes to the world. Next, I’m going to spend more time talking with my parents. I will also try my best to help them do some housework. I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. 讨论：小组讨论水和重要性。

今天早上的英语课上老师不一样了，在这个时候就会有人需要注意了，因为在这个时候的人大多数就是玩手机和睡觉的，因为我们需要回答问题！

老师在今天早上突然之间不知怎么回事就让我们回答问题，让我们在这个时候就有一些难以接受，而且我们也不好意思说一句不会，因此在这个时候就需要努力对待了！我和大家原本是一样的，也属于在这个时候玩手机的人，可是没有想到的是老师让人回答问题的时候会站在面前，根本就不得不认真负责，而且她总是在这里来回转悠着，因此过来的时候就不得不注意了，而不知怎么回事，今天早上回答问题的人大多数就在我们旁边，因此在这个时候就需要小心谨慎，而且她让我们一起翻译，而由于我们根本没有仔细阅读，根本就不会翻译，因此我们几个人在这个时候就用手机百度了一下，不过这节课的翻译一下子就出现了，而我们在这个时候就需要努力看看就可以了。

老师多次在我们这里问答，在这个时候就需要认真对待了，而且由于老师在我们旁边，根本就没有人在这个时候还不认真负责，因为一下子就会轮到我们了，当该我的时候属于突然发生的情况，不过由于我这个人在这个时候看了一下，在这个时候还是有一些印象的，而且我的舍友在这个时候还是打辅助的人，我还得到了这个人的帮助！

In the future there will be computers in our homes. Computers will help us

to know a lot over the world. We will be able to talk by e-mail. Scientists will

make many robots. Robots can help us to do some cleaning, do some cooking or do
