And in August 20**,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. xx号下午xx中学邀请了北京华夏感恩教育演讲团为我们的家长和学生上了生动的一课，让所有在场的人感动不已，泪流满面。到底是什么让大家如此的感动呢？

无论是从学生和家长的座次，从报告的内容设计，从演讲的音乐背景，从老师的演讲技巧，可以看出老师为准备今天的演讲是做了多么充分的准备啊！

先是从坐的形式上来说，一改过去学生在前，家长在后的固定格局，而是让家长和学生坐在一起，其目的是让学生和家长近距离的接触，从而达到互动的目的，能更容易的打动学生，从而起到更好的教育作用。

再就是演讲的内容设计，从感恩父母感谢父母到感恩老师感谢老师，不但教育了孩子们，同时还教育我们的家长，尤其是针对那些平时没有跟老师见过面的家长，对他们来说更是上了一堂尊师教育课。

xx老师讲了言传身教的重要性，做了一个小小的游戏，看似小儿科的，但是的确是包含着一个深刻的道理，我们作为家长的言行举止直接影响了我们的孩子。的确如此，我们常说：父母是孩子的第一任老师，优秀孩子多是优质教育的结果，问题孩子多是问题家庭的产物。孩子的问题大多不是孩子自身造成的，而是父母问题的折射，父母常常是孩子问题的最大制造者，同时也是孩子改正错误与缺点的最大障碍者。作为家长，我们要与孩子一起学习，一起成长。

感恩老师，让每班的班主任站到自己的队伍前面，罗杰老师精彩的演讲，让学生无不落泪，孩子们也把老师当做了亲人，罗老师让每个学生都向前面给班主任老师一个拥抱或是鞠上深深的一躬。看着班主任老师和孩子们一张张泪流满面的脸，我心里感觉也挺难受，他们所做的的工作也就是我们所做的呀！踏着晨曦来到学校第一件事就是看看自己班的学生到齐没有，没来的学生还要联系家长，问明原因，踏着夜幕才能归家，作为我们教师为了学生无怨无悔，我们真的是把他们当成自己的孩子看待啊！此刻每位老师的心里是感动吧！

感恩父母，让孩子拉住爸妈或亲人的手，让孩子看看自己亲人头上增添的白发，脸上增添的一道道皱纹，都是为了你们日夜操劳，我看着我闺女泪流满面的脸抱着我说：”妈妈我爱你“我也止不住泪流了，我们一生最大的财富就是自己的孩子呀！感动，孩子真的是长大了，也懂事了!此刻家长的心里感到欣慰吧！

整个会场之所以达到如此的高潮，产生如此的效果，随着故事情节时而悲伤，时而欢快，时而平静，时而激昂，牵动着在场的每一个人。

总之，本次演讲报告，无论是对学生、家长还是老师，都是一次心灵的启迪。它让学生学会了感恩，让我们家长学会了如何教育孩子，望子成龙，望女成凤是我们每个做家长的心愿，以后我们的孩子成年以后无论他们是贫穷还是富有，不管他们从事什么职业，只要他们是一个懂得感恩并知恩图报的人，才是天底下最富有的人。

感恩是一份美好感情，是一种健康心态，是一种良知，是一种动力。人有了感恩之情，生命就会得到滋润，并时时闪烁着纯净的光芒。永怀感恩之心，常表感激之情，原凉那些伤害过自己的人。人生就会充实而快乐。
