我上去之后，清了清嗓子，开始朗读。望着黑压压的一片，刚开始我很害怕，怕我一不小心读错了。于是，我读的很小声。但是过了一会儿，副校长走过来，小声地对我说：“不要害怕，读大声一点儿，我相信你能行！”听了校长的鼓励，我慢慢的开始越读越大声，越读越激动……

读完后，我和黄芯琳一起说：“谢谢大家，我们的演讲完了！”“啪、啪、啪……”台下再次响起了雷鸣般的掌声。

回到教室后，全班同学都说：“你们读得真棒！”连老师也忍不住说：“你们真棒，真是我们班的骄傲！”我们俩听了，说：“这可是老师的功劳啊！如果没有老师天天培育我们的话，我们哪有今天的成就呀！”

教室里顿时炸开了锅……

赞美你，我眼中的纪检监察

秋天是一个收获的季节。而2007年的秋天，我收获了平凡人生最为值得珍视的成果：通过自己的努力，通过过五关斩六将的考验，我有幸地成为党的纪检监察战线上一名光荣的战士，开辟了平凡人生新的战场。

早就耳闻我们的纪检监察机关是一个特别能战斗的集体，而当我走进我的新的工作岗位后的短短日子，我又很快真实地目睹了我的领导、我的同事以及各位老师们的普通而又特珠的一面：以激情浇铸事业，以热情对待工作，以智慧与腐败分子作大智大勇的较量；他们为了正义不畏强权，他们为了正气坚守清廉，为了职守牢记纪律，为了工作无私奉献，以实际行动当好人民群众利益的维护者，以实际行动营造了一片风清气正的星空！

可以毫不夸张地说，我们的纪检监察干部是一群秉公执纪、无私奉献的特殊战士。在纪检监察干部的心目中，党纪与国法，公职与纪律，占据着至高无上的地位。他们所办的每一起案件，浸透着心血和汗水，包含着对法律和正义的执着，充满着对待工作的忠诚和智慧，同时也包容着对家人的歉疚和无奈。

因为工作的特殊性，接受办案任务时，有的同志只能匆忙间辞别父母妻儿，一去就是杳无音信，数周甚至数月顾不了家庭。照料老人孩子以及家事的重任，全担在了妻子单薄的肩膀上；有的同志孩子年岁尚小，等到父亲完成任务回到家时，孩子眼神中，已生出了生疏和躲闪，再刚毅的男子汉这个时候也会感到阵阵心酸；

因为工作的特殊性，在查办违纪违法的案件时，有的同志孩子正值高考的关键时期，为了连续作战全面突破案件，只能把对孩子的殷切期望默默地压在心底，义无返顾地坚守岗位，与腐败分子作着针锋相对的较量。

类似的场景太多太多，相同的故事一串一串，为了忠实履行好纪检监察的神圣职责，无论家庭和个人存在多少困难，纪检监察干部们始终坚持着这样一个无悔的选择――秉公执纪、恪守职责，工作为重，无私奉献！

可以引以为自豪地说，我们的纪检监察干部是一群作风过硬，坚持人民利益至上的战斗集体。纪检监察机关是一支训练有素、敢打硬仗的部队，只要人民需要，他们随时可以登上“战场”，迎接急难险重任务的考验。

今年7月初以来，淮河流域发生了自1954年以来的特大洪水，水位暴涨，险情不断，内涝严重，村庄受浸，险工险段岌岌可危，灾区群众承受着巨大的财产损失和精神压力。纪检监察机关迅速行动，一方面抽调骨干力量组成4支督查组，分别深入各县区防汛值班点、险工险段，认真巡查防汛措施制度执行情况，细致查看巡堤查险记录，仔细询问险情处置情况；一方面由主要领导亲率小分队进驻汛情灾情险情严重的五河县，坐镇指挥抗洪抢险救灾工作。泥泞难行的乡间小道上，蛇蝎出没；久经浪涛涤荡的堤岸边，蚊虫肆虐。临危受命的纪检监察干部，脸黑了，人瘦了，依然精神抖擞，全然不顾身边可能突发的危险，及时出现在灾区需要的地方，坚持在

夜查防汛纪律，指挥险工险段防护，安置慰问受灾群众。多少个艰辛的不眠之夜，换来了洪水的退却，多少次科学的调度和有力的指导，最终赢得了抗洪救灾的全面胜利。我们的纪检监察干部还心系灾区群众冷暖，慷慨解囊五万余元，帮助受灾群众渡过难关，重建家园。

可以骄傲地说，纪检监察机关是一个崇尚学习，追求知识的人才高地。短短的时间，不经意间，我发现我工作的集体有一个特别的现象：锐意进取，勤奋学习，是每一个人共同的追求和敬业精神的写照。

随着社会的变革与发展，党风廉政建设和反腐败工作也面临着全新的考验，违法违纪行为花样翻新，不断滋生出更新更隐蔽的犯罪手段。魔高一尺，道高一丈，大家深深地知道，只有加强学习，不断用先进的理论武装头脑，不断用新的知识充实自己，才能在反腐倡廉神圣事业中有所作为，才能更好地履行好光荣使命，为党风廉政建设做出新的贡献。因此，不少科室洋溢着浓厚的学习氛围；许多同志抓住点滴时间学习新知识，市场经济、法律法规，金融证券、财税审计、甚至计算机编程常识，都成为大家广泛涉猎、学习了解的必备知识。大家说，只要对工作有力，只在有助于办好案件，我们都要拿来充实自己，武装自己，丰富自己。是的，凭着这种劲头，凭着这般热情，不少许多年轻的纪检监察干部，很快就就成长为办案能手和业务骨干。有人说，纪检监察机关是一个人才济济的地方，不少干部，思路敏捷，才华洋溢，不乏写作、摄影和书法绘画的高手。

自2013年9月孩子进入博才开始，至今已过去一年半的时光。一路走来，作为家长，我也陪同孩子经历了很多，其中有对学校教育理念的期待、有对孩子成长的期盼，但更多的是如何从父母的角度对孩子给予成长的帮助。正所谓：十年树木，百年树人。成才路上的种种艰辛，作为父母的我们深有体会。伴随并见证孩子的成长是父母辛苦却又最幸福的事情，我家来仪虽不足够优秀，但每天都在成长进步，作为家长，我倍感欣慰。培养经验谈不上，今天就交流几点体会，不当之处，还请批评指正。

一、加强与孩子的沟通。我们家有条针对家长的家规——和孩子作朋友，对于孩子的成长道路上出现的问题，我们始终保持多理解，多鼓励，少埋怨，少责骂的态度。人与人之间的距离是可怕的，哪怕父母与孩子之间也不例外。我认为：如果能找到适当的时间跟孩子好好沟通，互相了解，换位思考，多给孩子一些关爱，那么这种努力一定有收益。我们并不求孩子办大事，但求脚踏实地对待每一件小事。在我们看来，孩子的态度远比结果重要。她今天的学习态度，就是她今后的工作态度，甚至人生态度。虽然我们都很忙，但不管怎么忙，我们一定会多抽时间陪陪孩子，了解她的心理、她的朋友、她最近的学习生活，定时定期与老师沟通孩子的在校表现。这样，才能发现孩子在成长的路上所出现的问题，并及时给予帮助，好让孩子的青春路走得更为顺畅平安。

二、培养孩子学习的能力。为了训练能力、提高成绩，适当多做一些课后练习是必要的。在此，我要谈谈我们家对孩子提出的“五个一”：一是每天利用一些时间温习功课、完成作业；二是每天攻克一条学科知识难点；三是每周阅读一本好书，写好心得感悟，培养良好的阅读习惯；四是每天帮家长做一点家务活，培养孩子勤劳节俭的好品质；五是参加一些有意义的社会实践活动，培养孩子发

现问题、解决问题、有独到见解的能力。而正式这“五个一”家规的坚持施行，让来仪在德智体美劳各个方面都有了显著的提高。

三、正确对待成绩，及时调整学习战术。在我们家，每次来仪考完试，无论成绩怎样，我们都会先让她分析原因、找出差距，并自己制定出一个接下来的学习策略，而作为家长则起辅助引导的作用，而不是给孩子施加压力。家长不关注成绩是不可能的，但过度关注又绝对是不可取的。通过考试，最重要的是了解孩子的学习状况，帮助孩子了解存在的问题和不足，并及时弥补。只要以后的考试作业中不犯类似错误，我的目的就达到了。家长应从孩子的基础出发，多肯定、多鼓劲。我们一直坚信——好孩子是夸出来的。

四、重视孩子的品德教育、安全教育和青春期教育。一是不要迷恋网游，要有效利用网络资源进行学习；二是教育孩子端正审美观，言语要得体，举止要文明；三是关爱生命，提高防范意识，防止交通事故、火灾事故、盗抢事件的发生；四是做好青春期教育，教育孩子正确面对开放多元的媒体影响，强堵不如巧疏，有针对性传授科学知识；五是多与孩子交心，培养孩子的兴趣爱好，知道孩子正常交往，帮助她理智超越情感，培育高尚情操，让孩子在丰富多彩的活动中得到足够多的情感满足，坦然愉快地步入青春期，充分享受花季的绚丽多姿。

人生漫长，未来责任重大，中学阶段的孩子即将步入青春期，所以如何帮助孩子渡过这个转型期至关重要，学校固然是教育孩子的重要因素，但我们家长更是孩子转型期不可或缺的领路人。制定良好的家规家训，不仅可以帮助孩子规范行为习惯、提升学习成绩，更能从现在开始指引孩子以后的人生旅程。以上我所分享的，只是我在教育过程中的个人感悟，在博才实验中学，我们有经验丰富的教师团队，有睿智亲切的家长群体，更有可爱好学的孩子们。相信我们一起努力，帮助孩子制定属于孩子自己的家训家规，一定可以帮助孩子们渡过青春转型期，有一个更顺利更精彩的人生！

all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a

better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of

exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It

stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation

time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

候老师是我的英语老师，她28岁，我们都很喜欢她。我的英语一开始真的很不好，我怕上候老师的课，当她发现了，她并没有责备我，她告诉我唯一能学好英语的方法就是喜欢上英语，她叫我去看英语电影，这起作用了。候老师是我最喜欢的老师。

If ask me who my favorite teacher is, I will no doubt answer you that Miss Hou is my favorite teacher. She is an English teacher, she is kind to everyone, she is not like other teachers who are so strict to students. As Miss Hou is so popular among students, students learn English with high enthusiasm, that is what they return to her. Miss Hou is a good teacher.

I remember the first time I see Miss Hou, she walks in class, and then talks with students about small things. She doesn’t talk about English in the first class, everyone feels Miss Hou is so amiable, we like her so much. Miss Hou is good at teaching us, she explain the question very patiently, when we understand, she will be move to the next topic, Miss Hou is a good teacher.

我记得我第一次见到候老师，她走进教室，然后和学生讨论一些小事情。她在第一次课上并不讲英语，大家都觉得候老师很和蔼，我们很喜欢她。候老师很擅长教我们，她很耐心地解释问题，当我们明白了，她才会讲下一个题目，候老师是一名好老师。

A dog is a common animal. It is very human and the most faithful friend of mankind. My brothers family has a dog. Its hair is khaki, black nose, and a tail that is always tilting. It can guard the door, and with a little noise or a little stranger smell, the dog will bark.

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival  the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It  sometimes called the "Lunar New Year" by Englh speakers. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first month (Chinese: 正月; pinyin: zhēng yuè) in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th; th day  called Lantern Festival. Chinese New Years Eve  known as chú xī. It literally means "Year-pass Eve".

Chinese New Year  the longest and most important festivity in the Lunar Calendar. The origin of Chinese New Year  itself centuries old and gains significance because of several myths and traditions. Ancient Chinese New Year  a reflection on how the people behaved and what they believed in the most.

Celebrated in areas with large populations of ethnic Chinese, Chinese New Year  considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had influence on the new year celebrations of its geographic neighbors, as well as cultures with whom the Chinese have had extensive interaction. These include Koreans (Seollal), Tibetans and Bhutanese (Losar), Mongolians (Tsagaan Sar), Vietnamese (Tt), and formerly the Japanese before 1873 (Oshogatsu). Outside of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, Chinese New Year  also celebrated in countries with significant Han Chinese populations, such as Singapore, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. In countries such as Australia, Canada and the United States, although Chinese New Year  not an official holiday, many ethnic Chinese hold large celebrations and Australia Post, Canada Post, and the US Postal Service sues New Years themed stamps.

Within China, regional customs and traditions concerning the celebration of the Chinese new year vary widely. People will pour out their money to buy presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. It  also the tradition that every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in hopes to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of “happiness”, “wealth”, and “longevity”. On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper  a feast with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next morning, children will greet their parents by whing them a healthy and happy new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes. The Chinese New Year tradition  a great way to reconcile forgetting all grudges, and sincerely wh peace and happiness for everyone.

Although the Chinese calendar traditionally does not use continuously numbered years, outside China its years are often numbered from the reign of Huangdi. But at least three different years numbered 1 are now used by various scholars, making the year 2009 "Chinese Year" 4707, 4706, or 4646.

There is not a (no) thrifty man but bees a rich man sooner or later。 Why?

Because he will not spend such money as is unnecessary。 Little by little his

money will accumulate。 Ten to one， he is bound to make a fortune。I do not like

such men as spend their money in a wrong way。 They do not know extravagance is a

bad thing。 It can only make them happy for the time being。 In short， thrift

makes poor men rich and extravagance makes rich men poor。

I Like Sunny Days

I really like sunny days. My mood is very good on sunny days because the sun is shining and I can see the beautiful sky. On days when the weather is not good, I would have to stay outside, and it can become boring. However if it is sunny I can enjoy the outdoors. It is good weather for jogging, taking a walk, or riding a bike. It is even better if there is a breeze, because then it is cool so it is more pleasant to be outside. Popsicles and ice creams are very good snacks for warm, sunny days. The coldness helps me cool down and feel good. I like to play games with my friends outside. We like jumping rope, playing volleyball and badminton. If the sun is very bright, sometimes it is hard to see if the sunlight is reflected into my eyes. It would be useful to have sunglasses to block the sunlight. It feels good to sweat because of exercise, because I know I am becoming healthier.

As an engineering student majoring in environmental systems, I have strong awareness of the environment and want to work in the field of environmental protection. There are three feasible ways, in my opinion, which can raise public awareness of our surrounding environment. Firstly, the appropriate education in schools can be applied to build our concept on the importance of environment and it should be taken good care. Secondly, more and more green or environmental promotions should be carried out. For example, use public transportation more frequently instead of private vehicles; print double-sided instead of one-sided to save papers. Furthermore, researches on clean energy and sustainable development should be enhanced. The natural resources on earth is not infinite and we should seek for a better method to protect our circumstance in the long run.
