那一年初夏，我和同学正漫步在人行道边，正沉浸在街头玉兰花的醉香和手中冰激凌的甜味中，却被一场突出其来的车祸击碎了我青春年少时期所有的梦想。来不及反应，推开同学的霎那间，我也被车撞飞了很远，双腿粉碎性骨折，头部受重创。医生的诊断是终身残疾，站起来的几率非常小。因为右腿的粉碎性差2公分就到膝盖。

当我醒来的时候，已经是27天之后了。第一眼看到的除了围在我床边的至亲外，那一天散步的三个同学都在，还有其他很多很多的人们。在医院住院的日子里，他们风雨无阻，天天来陪伴我，带来了很多文摘和好书，还有很多音乐，零食。爱的陪伴，365天如一日，从未间断过。

每天清晨，当我醒来的时候，都能看到那一双双关切的眼神。因为爱，滋养了我的心灵，给了我勇气去面对撕心裂肺的疼痛，每次做牵引拉筋时都痛到无法呼吸，哭完之后，总会有人给我讲笑话，转移我的注意力。

特别是被我推开的那个同学，默默无闻地照顾了我很久，无微不至的关心和体贴，让我感受了深深的发自内心的感激。或许不推开她，我也一样受到创伤。可是她却承担了心灵的压力，要来抚慰和关心我。这一份情感令我十分的感动。更加坚定了我做的是对的，在青春年少时期种下了一颗甘心情愿为他人付出的种子。还有另外两个同学，每天早晨都在上课之前先来我的病房，看完我再走，下午上完课再来，一直陪我到晚上休息时间。

在生命中最困难的时刻，因为有爱的陪伴，所以我战胜了不可能，在医生的全力治疗和亲人的精心护理下，经历了坐轮椅、拄双拐、单拐，终于在1年半后重新站了起来，一切的一切都是爱的滋养。所有的爱汇聚成河，仿佛甘露，洒遍我生命的每一个角落，滋养了我的身心和灵魂。正是这一份甘甜至醇的爱的露水，洒满了我生命的长河，从此让我充满了无限的力量，同时这一份满满的爱也一直在浸润着我生活的每一个角落，也让我学会了如何去爱，并带着这份爱给予每一个走近我生命中的人。

泪水铸就辉煌

曾经，你们拼搏过。泪水无数次挥洒在奥林匹克赛场。但是，细心的你会发现每次都有不同的味道，每次都有不同的意义与价值，这就是你成功的铺路石。——题记

也许世界竞技体育就是如此，有成功就有失败。这些失败的人其实在某种意义上也是一种成功。只要站在奥林匹克赛场上的人就是英雄。因为时代将记录你们英雄般的比赛过程;赛场将铭记你们的泪水，不论味道如何，只要拼搏过就是好样的。时代给予你们最高的褒奖：英雄

还记得易思玲夺取奥运首金的荣耀时刻么?那时我想她那泪水应该是甜的吧!孙杨夺得两金后眼泪夺眶而出的泪水也应该是像蜜糖一样甘甜无比吧，掩盖了泪水本身的味道的味道;老将吴敏霞夺冠后的泪水更是让人久久难以忘怀;甘甜的泪水洒遍了伦敦奥运赛场。

在赛场上有收获的人，必定有遗憾的人。王一梅这些排球老将这是最后一次奥运之旅，但没有完美的结局，两分之差止步四强。这对女排姑娘们，尤其是王一梅这些老将是一个相当大的遗憾。他们的泪水一定像咖啡一样苦涩一样。女篮姑娘们也同样的命运，作为女篮老将陈楠也将告别赛场，也同样以四强战绩遗憾告别赛场;遗憾的泪水会是怎样的呢?我想应该是一定像咖啡和提拉米苏交杂般的苦涩吧。

与遗憾比起来委屈的滋味更不好受吧，泪水的滋味更苦更涩吧!中国乒乓球队女乒头号种子丁宁就遭受了意大利裁判不可思议的判罚。不断的判罚，连续的四分判罚，在乒乓球决赛史上创造了纪录。第一次参赛的年仅22岁的小将，面对如此不可想象的判罚，丁宁在决赛场上留下了委屈的泪水，让人看了为她感到可惜，这又是什么味道呢?肯定不好受。

和委屈不同，告别的泪水也许充满更多留恋，也许，不论是夺冠的泪水，遗憾的泪水，委屈的泪水他们都体会过，最后的的环节他们要体会告别赛场的滋味。应该是酸甜苦辣混合滋味，虽然我不知什么味，但我知道一定不好受。陈一冰用完美的吊环动作告别了赛场;连战三届奥运会的王皓最后用一金一银的战绩含着泪告别了赛场。

泪水是广义，真正体会过泪水各种滋味的人是幸福的，毕竟在泪水中会获取成长的经验，他们没有白流眼泪，奥运赛场的泪水铸就明天的辉煌。

向未来扬帆起航

春风又吹绿了江南，春又匆匆跑去，夏接上了这无聊的班……一年四季不停的交替着，我紧紧抓住时光，不愿它从我的身边溜走，可时光总顺着我的指尖悄悄的逝去，我拼命地与时间进行赛跑。

望着那幅《奔马图》，想着家人的话语，同个地点，同个场景，不同的事时光的流逝。“你一定要考上好的大学，不能让我们失望。”……这七嘴八舌的声音让我无法喘息，曾几何时，我已让他们有如此强大的期望了，肩上好重，心中好压抑，好想爆发，好想怒吼着说：“我没有这么强大，不要把所以的期望都放在我的身上!”可我不能，不能!我只有隐忍……刹那间，我貌似有了动力……

那幅《奔马图》上的几匹马是如此的健壮，提起脚，头向天空仰去，就好似向天空许下了一个坚定的意志，是一种不向上帝认输的坚定信念，它们想冲破一切阻碍，勇猛的，坚定不移的向前冲，奔向自己心中的那个梦想，那个目标。

沉默的我渐渐的在心中滋生了坚定的意志“我一定不能让我的家人失望，他们为我付出了太多了，我应该为他们支撑起一片蓝天了。”

彩虹无比美丽，人人皆知，但有谁想过，在这美丽形成之前，是先经过狂风暴雨的洗礼以及火球的曝晒后绽放的;有谁想过迷人的腊梅却是在风雪交加的天气下成长的。在这一切美丽的事物形成之前，总经过了各种挫折与困难的洗涤。

一只幼小的雏鹰正在渐渐的长大，她渐渐的放弃了家人给予她的羽翼，不论翱翔的路有多么的痛苦，不论翱翔的路要挥洒出多少汗水，她一定要学会飞翔更高更广的蓝天。这只小雏鹰的翅膀正在渐渐硬朗起来，她要学会自己面对一切，她要解决任何一个阻碍她前进的障碍。惋惜过去，却又不敢面对未来的我曾被深深卡在两堵让我望而却步的墙间，进退维谷，但现在我已准备好了，我抹去伤痛与泪水，站起来，迈开脚步向未来奔去。

我，想要成为一个家人心目中的佼佼者，要期盼着学业的成功与进步，我必须经历过各种的风霜。这个过程就像是一个探险游戏，在一个大森林里，只要害怕了，放弃了，走错一步后无法面对，我就会死亡于其中。

我期盼自己能成为家人的骄傲，我就必须努力，而且必须独立去克服种种困难，就像那幅《奔马图》一样，有着坚定不移的决心，好好把握时间，紧紧抓住时间，在这激流中载着我的梦想向未来杨帆起航!

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my opinion about the current policy on the official holidays, such as Spring Festival and Golden Week Holiday. As you might know, some believe it is a good idea to enjoy a week-long break. For one thing, it provides enough time for people to refresh their minds and thus to have better preparations for their future work. For another, it will lead to increased tourism and in turn stimulate the development of the local economy.

Truly, the past decade has witnessed many advantages of the official holidays, but we should never ignore its disadvantages. On the one hand, it may lead to heavy traffic in that a large number of tourists go on traveling during the same Period, thus, it might cause air pollution. On the other hand, some tourists, with no awareness of environmental protection, often drop litter at random so that the scenic spots are polluted and thus it demands a tremendous sum of money to eliminate the pollution.

Considering the current grim situation, it is necessary that the authorities concerned should take immediate measures to eliminate these disadvantages. Only through these efforts can we relieve the traffic pressure and at the same time raise people’s awareness of environmental protection.

当今社会，“保护地球”、“珍惜资源”已成为了热门的.环保话题。而我们是祖国的花朵，整个世界的未来就掌控在我们的手中。由此可见，从小养成“环保”的习惯是多么重要。

也许是受到爷爷奶奶的熏陶，我在很小的时候就有了环保的意识。我喜欢喝牛奶，那些废弃的纸箱被我撕得七零八落丢得到处都是。每当这时候，爷爷奶奶就来训斥我不该把家里弄得又脏又乱。爷爷一说完我，就心疼地拾起地上的纸箱碎片，好似叠钱似的把它们一张一张理直，叠放好。我很奇怪，爷爷要干吗呀？不过我当时还小，处于无忧无虑的年纪，这个疑问在脑海中过了几分钟就忘了。

又过了几天，一串陌生的敲门声从门后传来，爷爷开了门，只见一个陌生的男子进来。爷爷见他来了，便高兴地拿出那叠纸箱碎片和其他废旧的纸张，把它们卖给了陌生男子，我从那时便明白了要环保。

现在，我长大了，能为环保做更多的事，可以用牛奶盒做存钱罐，用废矿泉水瓶做花盆、沙拉瓶等等，我那些写完的本子和废纸，也会交给爷爷，请他帮我卖掉。

环保很简单，只需要你多多留心。来吧！和我一起朝“环保小卫士”的称号前进吧！

I said: "Im not forget, I just from watching TV." Mother said: "some important watching TV, or picking up litter some important?" I said: "rubbish." Mother said: "you hurry up to pick up."

And then, I picked up a small pile of junk, throw in the trash, I apologized to his mother not only, I also to shun feng mountain park, sweep the floor every aunt to recognize the fault. Because, if everyone throw a piece of garbage on the ground, and then will add burden to clean the aunt. If you see a piece of garbage on the ground, then you are curved waist, and activities, do a man to protect the environment, is to clean the aunt to reduce burden...

, although it has been over the past year, I learned about it, if the world all throw a piece of garbage on the ground, the whole earth will become a waste, so each of us should protect the environment, protect the earth, the world will be more beautiful!

人人都要保护环境，这是大自然的规律，如果不保护环境，世界就会被污染。

保护环境是从一点一滴的小事做起，而我却没有做好。有一次过新年，我们去顺峰山公园游玩，骑完自行车，我们个个都饿了，我们买了一小包零食来吃，而我，吃完零食，我因为高兴过头了，所以随手就把我吃过的7包零食的包装扔在地上，然后我进去便利店里面看电视，尽管今天的电视剧很好看，过了半个小时，我把以前妈妈跟我说的话忘得一干二净，我所有的心思都沉迷在这个电视剧里面。在过了三十分钟，我才想起来，可是，这时候，妈妈生气的走过来说：“你这个臭丫头，难道我以前跟你说的要保护环境，你都忘了吗?”我说：“我不是忘了，我只是顾着看电视。”妈妈说：“看电视重要一些，还是捡垃圾重要一些?”我说：“捡垃圾。”妈妈说：“那你快点捡呀。”

然后，我捡起一小堆垃圾，扔进垃圾桶，我不但向妈妈认错了，我也向顺峰山公园的每一个扫地阿姨认了错。因为，如果每个人都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么就会给清洁阿姨增加负担。如果你看见一块垃圾在地面，那你就弯弯腰，动动手，做一个保护环境的人，那么就会给清洁阿姨减少负担……

虽然这件事已经过去一年了，但是，这件事让我学会了，如果世界上都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么整个地球就会变成一片废区，所以我们每个人都要保护环境，保护地球，世界才会更美好!

现在的小区生活使许多人不爱护环境，比如家离垃圾桶不远，而生活垃圾就喜欢往下扔，不愿意拎下来放进垃圾桶里，乱扔垃圾使空气散发出阵阵臭味，还有汽车排出的`尾气又黑又脏，人类吸了容易生病，还有工厂里排放出的工业用水会污染我们的饮用水，人们喝了这水就会生病。。。。。。

我长大要发明一种药水，一滴就可以自动分解我们的生活垃圾，使它不再发臭而是会散发出阵阵香味。二滴放在汽车尾部使汽车排放出来的气一下变成无色无味的空气。三滴可以把工产排放出来的污水变得清澈见底，鱼儿在河里欢快的游来游去。

这些只是我的想象，具体的做法应该首先，在我们的小区周围竖立牌子上面写着“请不要乱扔垃圾，爱护环境”这样会使人们注意，就不会乱扔垃圾。然后在公路的两旁多种一些树木使汽车排出的尾气被树树木吸收，最好要用太阳能汽车又环保又省油。最后，每个工厂要做一个排污吸收管和污水净化池，就会使工产附近的树木生机勃勃，空气清新舒畅。

大家应该从我做起，从身边的小事做起爱护自己可爱的家园。毕竟，我们只有一个地球。
