一、造成孩子心理不健康的原因

我国教育家谢觉哉曾经引用古人说过的话“与善人居，如入芝兰之室，久而

不闻其香”，“与不善人居，如入鲍鱼之肆，久而不闻其臭”，其原意虽然是为了说明择友之道，借用来说明家庭环境对人的影响，也是很能说明问题的。我们认识到，家庭气氛中有一些因素对儿童的心理健康是具有特别重要的影响。

(一)父母言行对孩子心理健康的影响

家庭是孩子最幸福的摇篮，父母是孩子心目中最亲密，最可信赖的人，父母的一言一行对孩子有着极大的影响。

有些家庭家长感情不合，使孩子得不到足够的关怀和照顾，使他在精神上感到孤独与无助。父母争吵时，言行粗鲁，不仅伤害孩子的自尊心，而且也会使他变得急躁，情绪不宁，性格孤僻，不合群。

有些家长情绪极易波动，会无原则地随意乱发脾气，这样会伤害到孩子的自尊心，会在孩子的心里蒙上阴影，会使孩子产生敌对、自卑感等不良心理效应，有些甚者会使孩子有样学样，影响孩子以后在人际交往中的待人处世。

有一些家长，会以自己的喜怒哀乐来决定对孩子的亲疏远近。高兴时就对孩子又亲又抱，事事满足;若是在不高兴的时候，就对孩子冷漠以待，不闻不问。这样容易使孩子显得神经质、冷淡、在与别的孩子交往时喜怒无常，变换不定。

(二)父母教育方式对孩子心理健康的影响

1、期望过高

“望子成龙，望女成凤”的观念在具有重视子女教育传统的中国社会里根深蒂固。孩子是父母生命的延续，在儿女身上寄托着父母甚至几代人未圆的希望与梦想。现在绝大多数小学生都是独生子女，父母的全部希望都压在了一个孩子的身上。因此，孩子从小就像一只身负重托的蜗牛，在人生成长的道路上艰难地爬行。

他们要求孩子从小就按自己的意志发展，根本不考虑孩子自身的兴趣、能力和其他个性特点。当孩子达不到自己期望的目标时，要么大失所望，撒手不管;要么就迁怒于孩子，大打出手。在我们的身边就有很多这样的例子：孩子除了在学校的学习之外，父母连孩子的双休日都给霸占了，送孩子学音乐、学舞蹈、学书法、体育……安排得满满的。这样的事情天天照样进行着：可怜的父母们，正在为塑造他们自己心目中的音乐家、舞蹈家、画家、书法家……而忙碌着，他们哪里知道在孩子心里深处早已播下了厌倦的种子!如此一厢情愿的家庭教育，怎能不给儿童幼小的心灵蒙上一层挥之不去的阴影?

家长的心态决定了孩子的成败，如果过分强调孩子的成绩，往往适得其反。家长对孩子说：“考试考不好就揍你。”这些话往往令孩子心里更加紧张，一紧张什么都忘了，还能考出好成绩吗?其实，成长是一个过程，家长应该在乎孩子的每个过程，而不是只盯着那个结果。用一颗平常心，培养一个平常人。

2、保护过度

对孩子的尊重不等于放纵，关爱更不等于溺爱。父母对孩子的过渡溺爱，使得孩子觉得自己是世界的中心，自己所获得的一切都是理所当然的，自己想要什么就应该得到。这种以自我为中心的生活观，使得孩子一步入社会受到一丁点打击就会萎靡不振，产生抑郁、人际关系敏感、适应不良等心理障碍。例：

妈妈对明明说：“儿子，你是妈妈唯一的宝贝，是妈妈的一切，妈妈愿意为你做最大的牺牲。”结果，明明4岁了，妈妈还是整天喂他吃饭，给他穿衣穿鞋。明明上幼儿园了，他却这也不会做，那也不愿学，而妈妈还是一如既往的替他做事，这样下去渐渐地会使明明感到自己不如别人，他将面临一个陌生的世界，而逃避应负的责任，使他缺乏责任心和自信心。

父母对孩子千依百顺，当发现他们存在这些问题时并没有及时进行有效的防预措施，仅仅只是从物质上不断地给以补偿。这样的月积日累，孩子心理障碍逐渐恶化，随之也就引起一系列的心理问题。

My home town is in the center of Xuzhou which was a quiet and beautiful place. In the past, there were many animals. They were lovely and nice. The air was fresh and there were many birds fly in the sky.
