早就听说张家界的自然景色美得实在，有着泰山之雄，华山之险，桂林之秀丽，可以说是集百美于一身。去年暑假我有幸同妈妈、阿姨、妹妹一起到这中外闻名的旅游胜地游览。真是闻名不如见面，果然名不虚传。推开车门，只见松林盖顶着云雾，朝晖缭绕着山峰，不得不使人怀疑身处“日照香炉生紫烟”的境地中。

张家界以峰称奇，素有“奇峰三千”之称。整个风景区，连绵重迭着数以千记的石峰，显示出这一带地形的丰富多彩。从海拔1334米的最高峰“兔儿望月”，到海拔300米的“水绕四门”，三千多座石峰，拔地而起，鳞次节比，蔚为壮观。那些高高低低、大小不一的奇峰，有的孤峰突起，有的群峰对峙，有的上大下小，令人匪夷所思。张家界之峰奇就在于模拟宇宙万物，有的像喝得醉醺醺的罗汉，有的像手捧鲜花的仙女，有的像威武的勇士，有的像擎天的巨柱……登高凭眺，群峰尽收眼底，是峰的海洋，漫步于峰林其中，景随步异，无所不有，你会由衷得为大自然之神奇造化而感慨万千。

张家界的山令人拍案叫绝，水则令人心旷神怡。山与水的相互脚映，描绘出一幅幽雅的图画。而在众多的溪水中，金鞭溪更富魅力。四十多里的金鞭溪是一条天然的溪流，是因金鞭岩得名。听导游说，这溪水的源头在山上，冬暖夏凉，到了冬天也不会结冰，依旧向东流去。我走上前去，看见在晶莹、清澈的溪水中一簇簇“鲜花”盛开着。那“鲜花”像愉快的小天使，在悠闲地游着。溪底那各色的卵石在阳光的照耀下如宝石般闪闪发亮。看到这，我按捺不住内心的激动，和妹妹一齐卷起裤筒，到溪里趟着潺潺的溪水嬉戏，捉鱼儿、小蟹子，还打起了水仗来。在当时，微风伴着花草的清香，不时抚摸着我的脸，它不仅给了我扑鼻的香味，还给我带来了凉爽的感觉。

游览结束了。我们不得不回家了。我坐在返家的汽车上，看着那鬼斧神工的座座山峰，心中不由地升起一股眷恋之情。

如果我告诉你有人是那么渴望生病，而且是轰轰烈烈地生一场大病，你是否会相信呢?

这是我从一位朋友那儿听来的故事，也许那是杜撰的，也许太夸张了，可我相信了这个故事，更重要的是为此而感动。

一个女孩生活在一个残破的家庭中。父母早年离异，她跟了父亲。父亲续弦，她便跟着父亲和继母开始了新的生活。继母并不是那种刻薄的女人，也没有恶待她，只是冷漠--一种彻彻底底的冷漠。用女孩的话来说：我倒真希望她能骂骂我，哪怕凶一点也可以。继母带来的年幼的儿子自然承受母亲加倍的呵护，而且得到了父亲全部的爱心和欢声笑语。从此，女孩变得沉默寡言。内向而收敛的个性又使她的交友范围日益缩小，莫名的自卑和抑郁纠缠着她。

一个孤独的女孩就这样在冷漠的环境中挣扎着。这一切仿佛像浓重的雾将她裹住，任她如何逃遁也无法摆脱。

意外的一次生病，却让她渴望了很久的温暖又回到了她身边。那次她病了，父亲为此感到心疼，请了假在家陪伴她;继母也一改往日的冷漠，特地为她买药、做菜;顽皮的弟弟也变得乖巧了许多。女孩在这样的一次病中，体味到了她终日渴望的关注，她成了焦点，中心和主轴。

We have recently held a class meeting to discuss the pressure upon everyone of us Senior Three students. At the meeting everyone expressed their own opinions on how to get relieved from pressure.

Pressure comes from all around: from the heavy load of learning, from the fierce competition, from teachers, and from parents. Pressure may affect our studies if there’s too much of it. However, if taken positively, a certain amount of pressure may help push us ahead.

Whenever I find there’s too much pressure, I choose to work out or listen to some light music, which seems to be quite effective. There are many approaches to getting oneself relieved when pressure accumulates. I strongly recommend that when you feel much too stressed, you stop whatever you are doing, get out into the open, take a deep breath, and start thinking of something positive.

Chang Yuxian is my best friend.I think hes a handsome boy.He came to our school half a year ago.Hes very shy in class, but not a stupid boy.常予先是我最好的朋友。我觉得他是个帅气的男孩。他来到我们学校已经有半年了。他在课堂上很害羞，但他决不是个愚蠢的孩子。

Every time when the teachers ask us some questions, he doesnt often put up his hand.He lowers his head in order not to meet the teachers eyes,because hes afraid and shy.But he knows every answers.每次当老师提问的时候，他经常不举手。他把头低下为了不跟老师目光相遇，因为他害怕、害羞。但是他知道每一个问题的答案。

In China, the subjects that students learnt are necessary. They can learn special classes when they enter university. Sometimes I think it will be perfect to have the special class in middle school. On the one hand, students can learn more things besides the necessary subjects. They can develop more practical skills. On the other hand, students can cultivate their interest by learning something different. Though it is a little hard to open special classes, because education pays attention to scores, I believe that someday more special classes will be open, as the class reform calls on people to pay attention to the development of student mind.

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And it’s important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children can’t go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we can’t help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

As we all know, trees are very useful. They are of great benefit to man as

follows: First, trees provide us with wood and other products; Second, their

roots can allow the rain to sink in and keep the soil, so they help to prevent

droughts and floods. Trees can clean air and beautiful life.

Unfortunately, nowadays in many parts of the world lots of people fail to

realize the importance of trees. They have cut trees down in large numbers

without a plan,which makes the soil washed away. They dont know where there no

trees, the rain washed away the surface of the soil and this causes floods.

We ought to plant trees each year and carefully look after new trees in

Ill never forget the rainy day which I knew my best friend, Qiaorong

On a rainy day, I failed in the Chinese. When I was crying quietly in the

rain, Qiaorong came and told me, “Don’t be sad, no cross no crown. Believe that

where there is a will, there is a way. Cheer up! I believe youll succeed sooner

or later." With these words, she patted me on the shoulder and took me into the

classroom. Later, the rain stopped, and I saw beautiful rainbow appear and the

sun was shining. Everything became wonderful and l gave her a big smile.

Since then we have been the best friends. We share happiness and sorrow

with each other. We work hard together and have made great progress.

Friendship is something we cant describe well in any language, but

friendship does play an important role in our daily life and a good friend has a

great influence on us.

The Mid-Autumn is a very important Chinese festival. It falls on the 15th

day of August. A few days before the festival, everyone in the family will help

to make the house clean and beautiful. Lanterns will be hung in front of the

house.

On the evening there will be a big family dinner. People who work far away

from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner, people will

light the lanterns which are usually red and round. Children will play with

their own toy lanterns happily.

At night the moon is usually round and bright. People can enjoy the moon

while eating moon-cakes which are the special food for this festival. They can

look back on the past and look forward to the future together. It is said that

there was a dragon in the sky. The dragon wanted to swallow up the moon. To

期末考试过后，我们又迎来了一个美好的寒假。在这精彩的三十天里，为了过得更有意义,我的寒假我做主!下面，就说说我的寒假计划吧。

首先，每天阅读一小时的课外书是必不可少的。我跟慧儿组成了一个“读书小组”，相互借阅书籍。并准备一个“好词好句摘抄本”，把好词好句都摘抄在上面，到时比一比，看谁做得更好。必读的书籍有：《小飞侠彼得.潘》、《哈里波特和魔法石》、《草原上的小木屋》、《昆虫记》、《海底两万里》、《银顶针的夏天》。有时间的话，再读一读沈石溪的动物小说。并在寒假快结束时，举行一个小型读书汇报会，总结自己的读书感受。

写博文练笔也很关键，所以我决定，整个寒假至少发博文十篇。我准备写一写我温馨的家庭，写一写读书笔记，还要写一写身边发生的有意义的事情。坚持每天在校信通上交流学习半小时，再评论十到二十篇博文。大家快乐交流，开心学习。

其次，做寒假作业是假期的关键。根据老师布置的作业，每天坚持做一些。语文我准备结合读书和写博文，每天再练写一百个生字，切实做到爱读书、爱写作和爱练字。数学每天需要做四页练习题，巩固自己学过的知识。英语做到多听多写多练，每天写十五个单词，听二十分钟英语课文，向爸爸妈妈讲述英语小故事。

最后，需要锻炼身体和放松心情。

冬天天气寒冷，不能老呆在屋子里，要多做室外运动。比如打羽毛球，跑步等，都是不错的锻炼项目。再利用假期和慧儿一起去滑滑雪，帮妈妈做做家务，这样也能锻炼身体哦!身体是革命的本钱啊，只有身体健健康康，才能更好地完成学习任务。

春节是我国的传统节日，热闹而隆重。想着除夕夜和爷爷奶奶团聚在一起，吃饺子，放鞭炮，全家人其乐融融，心里像吃了巧克力一样，又香又甜!又想着和哥哥姐姐一起疯，一起闹，大家乐翻了天，乐得我只想笑!真盼望这一天能快点到来!

在这个寒假里，我相信自己会过得既充实，又快乐。我的寒假我做主!

秋高气爽，秋风习习，-月中旬海港小学迎来了第7届田径运动会，主题为“传承奥运生活，积极展示自我”。

我有参与许多项目，但是令我记忆最深刻的，也是唯一一个拿奖牌的项目就是实心球。运动会的第二天上午，天气晴朗，晴空万里无云，让人心情愉悦。来到指定观看区域坐好，就听见广播播报：“请五年级男子女子实心球的同学，到绘本馆门前检录”。我立马起身一路小跑跑到检录处，心情也随着比赛的到来由自信满满变的紧张起来。检录完成后到达比赛区，先是进行五年级女子实心球比赛，前三投投完后选出来的选手进行决赛的拼杀。王慧昭作为决赛的头号种子，投了六米七八，赢得了一片哗然，是年级最好的成绩。当女子最后一投投完时，也没有人能够超越，所以王慧昭获得女子实心球的冠军。

男子比赛开始了，我心想：“女子都拿了冠军，我也要努力争第一”。轮到我了，我昂首阔步走出队伍，拿起球退了三步，将球放到脖子上卡住，重心下移，肘部抬高，一切准备就绪后快速滑步，原地换脚起跳迅速借助力量将球向前推出，球飞出了一道完美的弧线。仿佛要飞出了地球，感觉这一投我使出了洪荒之力，当我转身抬头时，看见实心球又飞回了地球，一定是被地心引力拉了回来。裁判老师一测八米六七。场外沸腾了，“哇，8米67最高纪录，大力士呀!”后面几投对我来说十分放松，好像拥有了超能力，每次都在八米以上。终于我不负众望的获得了这枚沉甸甸的金牌。

本次运动会我们班总积分为165分，排名全年级第一，在多个项目中都获得第一名，并刷新了多项记录。我能够拿到实心球金牌，我要感谢我的爸爸妈妈。是他们的陪伴与指导，是他们教会了我如何抓球、滑步、投掷。同时我也付出了汗水和泪水才换来了这枚金牌。我深刻的体会到没有人生来就是成功的，也没有人生来注定会是失败的，只要我们朝着目标努力，不断的从失败中站起来，坚持不懈，就一定会有收获。

Before I was 10, I lived in my hometown, it was a small and beautiful village, I love my hometown so much.

I remembered when it rained with the sunshine, there would be the rainbow in the sky. As the sky was so blue, the rainbow was very big, just like I was in front of the rainbow, it was so amazing. After I moved to the city, I never see the rainbow as beautiful as what I saw in my hometown. In the city, there are so many building that they cover people’s eyesight, what’s more, the environment is polluted so heavy that the sky is grey. I wish to see the beautiful rainbow again.

Welcome to Suzhou. Today I’m your tour guide. Suzhou is a beautiful place in Southeast China. It was built over 2500 years ago. So Suzhou is an old city with a long history. It’s famous for its gardens and Hanshan Temple. We are all proud of them. Many foreign tourists come to see them. In Suzhou, There are lots of old constructions like Tiger Hill, Beisi Pagoda and so on. After visiting them, you’ll be tired. But don’t be worried. There are also lots of snack shops in Suzhou. They are different from those in Western countries. They are much more delicious than some Western food. Suzhou is a modern city as well as an old city. This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the bike, eating a banana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street randomly.

No sooner had I done this than I realized that I had done something bad to our environment. And maybe someone would step on it and tumble over. I must pick it up.
