信息贩子 “水中取火”说，图上发的信息都能查，先查一单试试，如像个户(身份信息)名下车，各种档都是二三十块钱，不超过百元的，我都可以先查，超过百元的就要先款。

The concept of responsibility is a necessary fiction. Although socities must hold their individuals accountable for their own actions, people‘s behavior is largely determined by forces not of their own making.

In the title statement, the speaker holds the contention that the concept of ‘individual responsibility‘ is no existence but a fiction. 今天上午，真的是十分有幸。能参加这样一场意义深刻的德育沙龙：文化生态下的德育实践——文化生态下的班级凝聚力。围绕这样一个主题，来自通州市和如东县掘港小学的各位德育工作者，他们有的是一线班主任教师，有的是教研室先进工作者，展开激烈的探讨。我们这一边旁听的实习生也是受益匪浅。

从他们对文化、对文化生态、对凝聚力理解的各抒己见里，我们也收获了不少感悟。最深刻的一点便是：我们现在懂的专业知识真是太少了。专业知识不只是英语水平，更是小学教育。对教育，我们就算有些看法，也只是皮毛罢了。看来在以后的学习中，要多阅读、多涉猎，拓展自己的知识面。

再者，听了一些一线工作者的对自己班主任工作的总结和汇报。我真的是很受感动。他们对自己的工作是倾注了多么大的心血和激情。在聆听一位班主任对自己班级班旗的阐释和班级小故事的讲述的时候，平日里不怎么流泪的我也是热泪盈眶。

真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。

今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？
