Water is a kind of liquid. It has no taste or smell. It is transparent, too. Water is useful and is important to us. Why? For example, we use water to water the plants. 1. 尊重生命，尊重动物，不吝啬自己的爱心；

2. 无论自己的宠物年老、体弱、生病还是残疾，都不放弃、不抛弃它们；

3. 保证动物不受饥渴、伤害和疾病威胁；

4. 保证动物有一定的自由，让它们生活无所恐惧，能自由表达天性；

5. 有能力和条件的人，对流浪动物进行有责任感的收养、领养、寄养；

The protection of the border is not a new problem for us, and our government has long proposed clear targets for governance. Compared to before, todays population has doubled and even trebled, which puts seriouspressure on housing supply. As a result, new buildings must be substituted for old ones that have more efficient utility, even for some old buildings that have been damaged seriously.

Plus, these old houses are believed as very important resources to attract international visitors. However, the proportionof traditional houses has to be under control, and otherwise the housing of citizens is badly affected.
