陶行知先生在论述教师和学生的职责和任务时，曾说过十六个字：“千教万教，教人求真;千学万学，学会做人”。如果说才能是一种资本，一种人力资本，那么品德也是一种资本，一种无形的人才资本，一种无价的人力资本。德才兼备，不管在什么时候都是一个人最为重要的资本。

人生有尽，学海无涯，同学们正处在风华正茂的年龄，今后的路还很长，还会不断有新的高峰去登攀，希望同学们能以开朗的心情，豁达的心胸，充沛的精力，投入到工作、学习和生活中，实实在在做人，踏踏实实做事。

眼看离校在即，回想你们刚来大学时的情景，不禁唏嘘：时光荏苒!离开了大学，你们将走入社会，遇见未知的自己。衷心希望，走入社会的你们，能把微信微博QQ中点赞的力量为化为对自己，对家人，对朋友，对国家，对生命中遇见的每一个人点赞!你会发现，国家因为你们而变得美好。

I was born in a neither rich and nor poor family, and my parents can give me what I want. But they are strict to me. If I waste food and water, my mother will criticize me. To support the family, my father works very hard and he sacrifices a lot time to make money. So I realize the money comes not easy and won’t waste anything.

我出生在一个普通家庭，既不富裕也不贫穷，我的父母总能为我提供我想要的东西。但是他们对我管得比较严格。如果我浪费食物和水，妈妈就会批评我。为了支撑这个家，爸爸非常努力的工作，他牺牲很多时间来赚钱。所以我知道钱是来得不容易的，不会随意浪费。

为了提高文字效能，应尽量删去所有多余的字、句。在这方面，《EI》提出了两个原则：

2.4.1) Limit the abstract to new information(只谈新的信息)。

2.4.2) 尽量用短句(use short sentences)。

2.4.3) 描述作者的工作一般用过去时态(工作是在过去做的)，但在陈述由这些工作所得出的结论时，应该用现在时态。

2.4.4) 一般都应使用动词的主动语态，如：写成 A exceeds B 比写成 B is exceeded by A 更好。写完摘要后接下来就是英语毕业论文的导言段。
