真郁闷，今天居然停电了，这么热的天儿。两三个小时就把今天的作业写完了，家里闷的跟蒸笼似的，躺了会儿实在是睡不着。想给同学打个电话侃侃打发下时间，结果很杯具的发现手机忘了充电，两块电池都一点电都没有。天气太热，家家户户都开空调，耗电量太大，供应不上来才会停电。平常都不觉得，现在才知道电有多么重要，以后一定要节约用电。走到阳台上，角落里的那盆月季竟然开花了，鲜艳的花瓣层层依簇，叶子不是很茂盛，它是我从路边捡回来的，栽到花盆里以后就几乎没管过，平时都是妈妈忙中抽闲给它浇水，我感到惭愧。看见楼下老人们都在树荫下下棋，聊天，我也下楼去了。社区凉亭里有几个小孩子在顽皮的嬉闹，他们玩着童真的游戏，银铃般的笑声阵阵传来。想起童年，也是这样快乐的，转眼间就长成大孩子了。

现在放假了，所以我也制定了我的暑假计划。

首先制做我的暑假作息时间表。

第一、每天早上5:30起床洗刷、穿衣服、吃饭。5:40去跑步。一直到8:00才开始看书、写作业。然后9:40—11:50去学英语。12:00去吃饭，12:30去睡午觉。14:30去游泳(锻炼身体嘛)

第二、18:30回家吃饭，吃完饭帮爸爸妈妈干家务。如扫地、拖地等等。19:00准时出去玩，20：00回家。从20:10开始复习预习、写作业、看书。直到22:10分睡觉。

其次从8月20日到8月30日回奶奶家帮着干活，体验一下农村生活。每天写一篇日志，写一篇读书笔记，写10页暑假生活。要是爸爸妈妈有时间的话，那就出去旅游，狂欢或happy一下。

第三，我想去海滩那边郊游，我要在海滩上捡贝壳。

第四，我要学做烧饭，帮妈妈做一点家务。

随着人们生活水平的提高，粮食产量也逐步提高，可是浪费粮食的人却也越来越多。

前不久，我在饭店吃饭时，发现与许多人都会以点菜多，剩菜多的形式来吃饭。我想：难道他们都忘了“一粥一饭，人之美德”的名言了吗？难道他们都不明白“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦！”的道理吗？人们常常喊着口号：“珍惜粮食，远离浪费。爱惜粮食，从我做起！盘中粒粒皆辛苦！饱时不忘饿时饥！……”可是现在又有谁能做到？

有些人们总是一边喊着口号，一边肆意挥霍着粮食，人们可曾想到这些粮食是农民们顶着毒辣的太阳，用自己的汗水浇灌而成的。 我们要有节约粮食的意识：在吃饭时，吃多少盛多少；在餐厅用餐点菜适量；饭菜尽量吃完，不浪费，让“光盘”成为一种新时尚。

节约粮食，别让口号只成为口号！

虽然，我们都很喜欢暑假，但假期间也是很无聊的。

这天，我做完作业，也没什么事可做。于是，我便开始想象暑假期间我该做什么有趣的事。我想到的第一件事是我要利用这段时间来学做饭，让爸爸妈妈下班回来时就不用做饭菜，到时候，爸爸妈妈会夸我是个好孩子。

这时，我接连想到了和伙伴玩游戏，暑假时间那么长，如果不玩游戏那就是大亏特亏了。比如说，我和伙伴们可以跳橡皮筋、玩杀手、老鹰捉小鸡，还有下棋……用玩游戏来调解情绪。

我们还可以去野生动物园玩，那里有许多保护动物，有大老虎、大雄师、大黑熊、鳄鱼、狐狸、蟒蛇、孔雀、鸵鸟……等几十余种野生动物，边参观还可以边记录，掌握这一门的重要知识。

还有许多暑假期间可以做的有趣事，我想我这个暑假一定会充满乐趣和欢乐。当然玩的时候也要注意防暑降温哦!

这个暑假我在方通学英语，我们班只有8个人，老师是一个澳大利亚人，她长得很胖，性格很开朗，她只会说一点点的中文，上课的时候多数是用英文跟我们沟通，课讲得很好，每节课她都会跟我们玩些游戏，经常逗得我们哈哈大笑。每一个学生都有一张纸，纸上印有1至20的数字，谁在课堂上表现好，老师就会在数字的后面盖一个超人形状的章，学习结束后，看谁的超人最多，就可以得到最大的卡通贴纸相，结果这份礼物让我得到了，而且我还是全班最高分的一个学生。

在方通学英语的日子非常的开心，可惜学习已经结束了，9月1日我就要回二小上学了，明年的暑假我希望还能来方通学英语。

Today is Sunday. This morning, I went to the swimming pool with my mum.I decided to learn swimming today.

At first, I could not swim at all. My mother was very patient. She taught me how to swim.Three hours later, I could swim by myself. Although I couldnt swim very well, I was very happy.

Last summer I went to the beach. My vacation was pretty good. I went there by bus and my bus trip was relaxing. The beach was very beautiful. It was sunny, cool and humid.the people were friendly and the food was delicious.
