In my early years, I did not see the value of education.

When I was going on thirteen, I started to run my own shop. From then on, I worked hard to become a successful businessman.

I was able to communicate well with foreign customers after two years of English study. But I started to feel that, in the long run, having a limited knowledge of English was not enough to make my business successful. 同学们都了解，今年是辛亥革命100周年。100年前的中国，统治者腐败无能，具有悠久历史和文明的中华民族，不得不一次又一次地忍受割地、赔款的耻辱，辫子、鸦片枪成为外国人眼中中国落后的标志。以孙中山为领袖的一大批仁人志士，以鲜血和头颅为代价，承担起革命的责任，结束了中国两千多年的君主专制制度，挽救了民族危亡。

同学们也知道，去年中国已成为国民生产总值位居世界第二的经济大国，今天的世界事务如果没有中国的参与与贡献是不可想象的。100年的变化可谓天翻地覆，其中饱含了几代中国人的抗争与自强不息，一代又一代中华民族的脊梁担当起了民族复兴的信念与责任，并为之不懈奋斗。

在中国科大53年的办学历程中，几代科大人也在中华百年巨变中承担起了自己应尽的一份责任，始终以科教报国为己任，在人才培养和科技创新方面为国家作出了重要的贡献，并形成了“追求卓越、创新求实”的学风与传统。“五十年的实践证明，中国科大的历史就是一部爱国史、奋斗史和创业史。”

同学们从中学生到大学生，意味着开始独立承担责任。

承担责任首先要理解使命。德国哲学家费希特说过，一个社会的知识精英的进步决定着人类发展的一切其他领域的进步，他应该永远走在前头为其他领域开辟道路。也就是说，精英意味着承担更多的责任。正如我校数学系首任系主任的华罗庚先生，1950年毅然放弃美国伊利诺伊大学终身教授职位，回到百废待兴的祖国，参加建设，并发表公开信说：“梁园虽好，非久居之乡。归去来兮……为了国家民族，我们应当回去。”今天，中国已是一个经济大国，但在通向一个文明、富裕的强国道路上，仍有许多困难和挑战，从依赖资源消耗、廉价人力的发展模式转变为通过科技进步与创新的可持续发展模式，是中国发展的必然选择。你们身处这样一个时代，作为中国科大的一员，就应该承担起科技兴国的责任，自觉地将个人理想与国家、社会的需要紧密地结合起来，只有树立起远大的理想，才能够克服各种困难，做到追求卓越。

军训第二天，疲惫而又忙碌的一天。

军训步入正轨，同学们不免有些怨言。印象中最苦的还是连站姿。早已习惯了无精打采的懒散的站，竟然觉得自己的脊椎被人一节一节地拽直。教官不厌其烦地对我们“传授”站的方法：抬头直背，五指并拢贴在裤子中线，脚程六十度摆放等等……

总觉得对于我这种习惯于懒洋洋走路的人来说实在有些艰巨，站在阴地方，教官指导、矫正我们的动作。刚开始还好，站了没多久，额上布满了密密的汗珠，脚后跟有些疼痛。我真希望现在在家中，这样我就可以好好地活动一下手脚，轻松一下筋骨了。对于这种肌肤之痛，还能咬咬牙一鼓作气忍过去、可要命的是，每当微风徐徐吹过，额前几缕发丝总会若有似无地轻轻刮着我的额头，那种痒如同小虫一点一点啃咬我的心，之后再将毒液注入到心中。很想用手背去揉揉，以便缓解这种痛苦，可教官却有言在先：谁动一下站一分钟。我可是想快点结束军训，只好忍着，慢慢地“享受”这种如小虫啃食心脏的痛苦。也许是因为缺乏锻炼的缘故吧，没站多久就觉得腿已经弯不直了，像一个木头一样。

真的难以想象，长辈们竟然是站在烈日下一动不动地练习，这的确让我自愧不如。

毅力，它可以被看得很轻或很重，重在你如何看它。

College is always considered as a turning point in our educational career and life. I would use adaptationas the key word when describing my first year at college.

As we enter a new school, we first have to adapt a new environment and meet new people.As we leave home and move into the school dormitory, we need to learn to live and get along with other people who have different living habit. And as we start a higher level education, we need to adopt a new way of study. Teachers are no more like the ones in high school that will push us to learn.

Instead, we have more options and spare time to do what we want.

I am glad that I have overcome the difficulties and adapted the new life of college. I have achieved a lot more than I expected at my first year of college. 2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

When I was in college, I studied very hard. As a major of English, I often practiced my oral English. Every time, I could think in English. In English class, I was always the first one to open my mouth, so my teachers always praised me for my good pronunciation, and my classmates also admired me for my courage. It seemed as if I were on top of the world.

As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library and the others.

After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay in the library.

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. We all know it is becoming more and more important to protect our environment well.We should stop cutting down trees ,dropping litter everywhere and throwing waste before it is processed. It has caused lots of problems such as much rich land becomes desert;Rivers become dirty ;The air is becoming worse and worse ;The temperature is becoming hotter and hotter.So we must do something to change the situation.Wed better walk or ride bikes to work or go to school instead of driving a car,We mustnt use plastic bags.Our government must take some measures to prevent factories producing smoking etc.
