今天的主要内容是学擒敌拳。教官们把拳法难的都减掉了，我们学的都是简单的。一共16动，我们只学了8动，分别是：贯耳冲膝、抓腕砸肘、挡臂掏腿、砍肋击胸、缠腕冲拳、上架弹砍、接腿涮摔和横踢鞭打。教官一丝不苟地教我们，先是演示、接着一步步带我们、再讲讲细节。最后让我们自己体会。我们学的也很认真。对于我们怎么也记不住的接腿涮摔，教官则起了个“海底捞月”的名字，方便我们记忆。我们用心体会，一点一点把拳法练熟。

有两个同学接受地慢，于是，教官又细细地教她们，我们就坐在他们后面，多看几遍，记得更牢。这8动虽然简单，我们学得也认真，但是动作不到位，有的甚至做到一半忘了，更有的总记不住老是出错。

第8动横踢鞭打是我们最弱的一式，我们总是不会转方向，不知道做完动作变成“格斗式准备”才算完成。教官喊破了喉咙我们也没记住，无奈地坐在地下，每一式的名称越喊越小，我知道，他对我们十分失望。一个简简单单的动作，我们学了一下午也没对，真是枉费了教官一片苦心哪!不过，只要对自己有信心，不放弃，不就是一个小小的动作吗，我们一定能学好!

晚上回到宿舍后，我迫不及待地打电话给爸爸。爸爸当过兵，擒敌拳16动应该会的，爸爸可以指点我。这样我一定能把擒敌拳打得漂漂亮亮的!只要把名称记住，擒敌拳就会打，它的名称与招式都有关系的。

今晚，我要把擒敌拳练得熟熟的、正确的、到位的，明天让教官省点心。今晚好好练练，明天就能学得更好，我一定可以成功的!我相信自己!

踏入电大校门，崭新的生活迎接着我们到来了，我们已经翻开了人生新的一页。“一个人什么时候开始停止学习，什么时候就开始衰老”。从这个意义上讲，有人到了六、七十岁没有衰老，因为他还在努力学习;而有人在十六岁就开始衰老了，因为他已经放弃了学习。我怀着激昂的热情踏上了中央广播电视大学英语本科的学习历程，开始了新的学习生活。据老师对电大教学环境和教学方式的介绍，我了解到电大的学习方式与以前的学习有很大的区别。电大开展的现代远程教育能让我通过现代技术进行自主学习，对我们不断地获取知识和提高自己的文化素质有着非常重要的作用。

从报电大开始，我就做好充分的思想准备，一定要把尽可能多的时间利用起来进行学习，合理安排时间，处理好工作,生活和学习的矛盾，通过参加《入学教育》培训，解放了思想，树立了新的教育理念，转变了学习观念，提高了认识。从认识提高方面可以理解为社会的进步是知识的进步，也是文明的进步,社会的文明进步是与知识层次高低分不开的。对我来说，是知识层次更进一步了。在学习过程中，应该有不懂的就请教电大教师，在虚心听取电大老师的辅导后，努力完成作业。一有空就巩固学过的东西。平时应该积极参加电大安排的一切教学活动,按时来电大听面授课，节节不误;按要求来电大上网学习,次次不缺。另一方面积极参加小组活动，和同学们在一块研究不懂的问题，交流学习心得和体会，交流学习方法和技巧。回到家里，认真阅读书本的内容，不懂的请教别人。学习是无止境的，知识是永远学不完的，要活到老,学到老，才能适应时代的发展。

从领到书的第一天起，我就对所选择的专业，产生了极大的兴趣，认真学习各门课程。上述是我通过入学教育所想到的，通过在电大时所学专业课程的学习，会使我思想认识得到提高，人生历程有质的飞跃。

在作业方面，考试时尽量做好，争取取得优异成绩。电大为我打开了一扇学习的大门，教会了我在当今信息社会学习的技能。这次学习是个良好的开端，我一定会倍加珍惜，争取提高自己的知识水平，做一名合格的老师。

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school。For instance，I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time。But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class。And then even worse there would be nobody remind me

In this picture a man rudely opens a garbage can and violently throws all kinds of waste into it. however, the box is not an ordinary trash can, but is, as a matter of fact, the earth. it is where survive, breed, and prosper. but as the drawing indicates, earth does not receive an equal repayment. quite the contrary, one of the biggest "gifts" humans return to earth is an unbelievable amount of trash.the picture purposefully points out a kind of pollution that arouses little public attention, that is, garbage. the past century has witnessed an unprecedented increase in garbage output, most of it technological products that are difficult to be decomposed through natural processes, such as plastics and glass. furthermore, a recent report released that several major chinese cities are already surrounded by circles of trash in the suburban areas, polluting air, water, and earth.

Hence, the issue of waste pollution needs to be addressed as one of the priorities that demand social efforts. only through a holistic system of trash disposal can this problem be fully solved. moreover, we should advocate a more frugal lifestyle so as to reduce the growing scale of waste pollution.

在这个希望的季节，我结束了我的高中时间，同时又迎来了我的大学时间，我怀着一份激动而又迷茫的心情来到了这个校园。

在开学的第一天，辅导员老师就向我们介绍电大的教学、教务是如何构成并实施的。详细讲解了三步分类课程教学模式：即体现以课程为单元开展教学模式，助学导学—精讲透学—评教评学三步走，三步模式体现以课程为单元组织教学，以学生自主学习为主，以教师导学精讲为辅，以学生协作学习和答疑为补充的特点，发挥电大系统办学优势，实现教育资源优化配置和共享，保证远程开放教育教学质量和整体效益的重要措施，也是电大教学质量保证体系的重要组成部分。

我选择电大开放教育是被其免试入学以及灵活多样的教学形式所吸引。开放教育可以让我根据自身时间和精力，自主选择，处理好学习、工作和时间的矛盾，缓解工学压力。由于工作很忙，平日不会有太多空余时间，所以我将特别重视提高听课效率，保证按时参加每一堂辅导课，认真做笔记。课后回家，抓紧时间温习功课，遇到问题则及时向老师或同学请教，加深对所学内容的理解。我将结合自身实际，科学安排时间，制定学习计划，争取家庭支持，克服来自工作、时间等方面的困难，有效地解决工学矛盾，实现学习工作“两不误”、“两促进”。

路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索！我将铭记近代护理学创始人——南丁格尔倡导的崇高人道主义精神，“燃烧自己，照亮别人”，用她提倡 “四心”去对待每一位病人：爱心、耐心、细心和责任心。电大为我提供了现代便捷的教育方式，使我能更加全面地学好护理学专业，对于我们上班族而言是一种最为直接有效的学习方式，因此我将倍加珍惜来之不易的学习机会，努力掌握专业知识，争取以优秀的成绩取得毕业，达到学习的最终目的——提高自身专业素质，更好的为患者服务，实现自己的人生价值，做南丁格尔一样的护士！。
