一、 班况分析

本学期我班有幼儿41名，其中男孩19名，女孩22名。经过了中班一年的学习生活，大部分幼儿已经养成良好的行为习惯，但也有新入园的幼儿，我们也看到存在的一些问题，个别幼儿的行为常用规还有待加强。针对不足之处，我们将在幼儿的一日活动各环节和各科教育教学中有效渗透了相关教育，希望通过新学期的努力，让幼儿各方面的能力都有一定的进步。特别是要养成每一位幼儿的学习习惯和生活习惯，培养幼儿的动手操作能力和提高综合素质是这学期的工作重点。

二、 加强常规教育

根据大班幼儿的兴趣和发展目标结合我们园务的工作教育教学计划，有计划有目地组织实施，开展丰富多彩的教育教学活动，合理利用，整合各方资源。充分发挥幼儿的主动性。注意每个幼儿身上的闪光点，对他们进行适当表扬，对于那些较好动的幼儿多为他们创造表现的机会，继续加强幼儿的常规培养。常规的好坏直接影响教学秩序，从而影响孩子的发展。通过晨间谈话、随机谈话、离园谈话，向幼儿讲清常规要求，并采用多种形式对幼儿进行训练、严格检查常规执行情况，逐步培养幼儿能自觉遵守各项规则。

三、 教育教学工作

(一)主动、乐意、礼貌地与人交谈，能根据语言交际环境的变化，调整自己说话的内容;

(二)能认真、有礼貌地倾听别人说话，掌握并理解其说话的内容;

(三)能用比较连贯、规范的语言清楚地表达自己想说的事;

(四)对阅读和书写有浓厚的兴趣，能专注地阅读，会独立讲述书中故事，积极学习常见文字。坚持在日常生活中说普通话，做到发音和声调基本正确;

(五)拼音，学习6个单韵母和23个声母及相关汉字拼读。

四、保育工作

(一)班级老师每天搞好班级卫生，每天做好清洁，消毒，通风工作。教育幼儿注意个人卫生，不把脏手放到嘴里，加强幼儿自理能力的培养，学习做一些力所能及的事情;

(二)细心呵护幼儿成长。在日常生活中精心照顾每一位幼儿，特别是体制较弱的孩子，做到勤隔汗，常换衣。

五、安全工作

我们始终都要把安全工作放在首要。加强日常生活中的安全管理，重视幼儿一日活动中各个环节的安全管理，保证幼儿一日过动不脱离老师的视线。在日常生活中穿插安全教育，加强幼儿的安全意识，帮助幼儿掌握一些自我保护的技能。提高自身的责任心，排除一切不安全的因素，让幼儿在安全的环境下健康成长。

六、家长工作

根据班级情况，及时向家长宣传有关幼教知识，利用早晚接送时间，与家长沟通，让家长了解幼儿在园情况。开好家长会，提倡优质服务，尽量让家长感到满意，放心，取得家长对班级工作的支持与配合。开展家园共育活动，欢迎家长积极参加家长开放日活动，通过各种途径达到家园教育同步。

七、本学期月份工作计划安排

(一)九月份

1.整理园内、外环境布置，为幼儿营造整洁舒适的环境;

2.迎接新生入园，稳定新生情绪，热情接待家长来访，积极做好家访工作。做好常规的规范工作和行为习惯的培养。建立良好的教育教学常规;

In modern society we are often sorry to see that people are reluctant to help others out, not to mention helping a stranger; offering a helping hand seems to be out of accord with the times。

Then what’s wrong with our society? Some people may say that facing skyrocketing housing prices, expensive medical expenditure

and soaring commodity prices, they have no choice but to struggle to make a living, and thus it would be impossible to spare a hand to help others because it may bring them into trouble. Therefore, standing by indifferently is their only choice。

新的学期开始了，为了使自我的学习生活有计划，有步聚地进行，为此特制订学习计划：

按时到校不迟到，不早退。我们都知道“一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨。”所以要抓紧这早晨的大好时光。我每天早上6：30起床，每周一、三、五7：00——7：30读语文，二、四读英语，中午12：30——13：30做家庭作业，下午16：30——18：00做家庭作业，19：00写书法。古人云：“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。”时间如此宝贵怎能浪费呢？

新学期到了，总得有个新的打算吧!

排在第一位的是学习，现在要进入状态了，可不能还是像暑假一样，整天没完没了的疯玩。学习分为三个部分：预习、听讲、复习。

预习，就是在上课之前打开课本，好好地读一读，有不明白的要注上标记;听讲，最重要的就是要听预习时不明白的地方，竖起耳朵，洗耳恭听;课后的家庭作业是复习的一部分，若要节省时间的话，就在临睡时好好回忆一下老师所讲的内容，不失为节约时间又能巩固所学的一种不错的复习方法。

还记忆犹新，刚上小学那会儿的事。时间真快啊，快的像脱缰的野马，快得像开足马力的赛车，快得像里弦的箭。转眼，我就是一名五年级的学生了。老师说，五年级是小学里最重要的。

迎来了新的一个学期，这也说明我在慢慢地长大，在家里也要多帮父母做些家务活。记得幼儿园大班时，我就学会了洗拖鞋，一年级会扫地了，二年级学会了刷锅，三年级会擦桌。四年级的暑假，我参加了“中国小记者军事文化体验营”，叠得被子可整齐啦!大人们都说我折的是“豆腐块”。夏令营中，我还学会了洗碗、洗衣服、拖地板，我更要多做些力所能及的家务活了。

这个学期，我是准备将今年考试的来的奖金及压岁钱都拿到银行存起来;这个学期，我打算把每次考试的分数制作成统计图，这样可以看出成绩的起伏;这个学期……这个学期，要做的事情很多很多。

不管是哪个学期，哪一年，以前的事情都过去啦，上学期上一年的终点，就是这个学期这一年的新的起点。现在，让我们朝着新的终点奔跑吧!
