It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today， there are many business in my mother‘s company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. I sat in my mother‘s office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free， I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework， I still do it. Because in my mother’s office， I had nothing to do. If I did nothing， I was wasting my time and my life. I can‘t do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

My Winter Holiday Plans Well, winter holiday is coming. So what I am going to do? 我边摸索边想：自己以前的学习太过功利了，总以为这些课程有什么用呢？学的时候可以不用太过上心，所以没好好地努力学，只能留着现在后悔了。

I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I

There are too many things that I can’t forget. When I came to the high school I faced too much new faces at first day. I feel very excited.

My classmate was the first one talking with me in the high school. I never forget his face. He is friendly and funny. He is very black. He asked me where I came from. nothing to me, for I dont usually go out. What I like to do best during the

long summer vacation is to stay in my own little room and read. I love to read,

but during the school year I could hardly find a free moment for reading.

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.
