想到这，我又想起了以前。就拿去年来说吧。才进腊月二十鞭炮声就想起来了。当一挂鞭炮“噼里啪啦”一阵响后，我就看到一缕青色的烟雾渐渐飞向天空，渐渐消散。还有满地的碎红纸皮灰尘和火药的呛味。当时我认为很好玩，现在我才意识到这是一个重要环保的问题。再和现在相比，真是“此时无声胜有声”哪!

设想一下，如果每一户人家少燃放一挂鞭炮，那么今后我们可以多看到多少个蓝天呀!放爆竹确实是一个传统的民俗，但我们得对自己和后人健康着想呀!

有科学数据表明，一个吸烟者抽一根烟，五秒之后细微颗粒物指数便是四百五十七，已经爆表了;一分钟后是九百多;吸完烟后，一小时以后居然还是八十!一小根烟污染都会是这样，那别提比他大好几十倍的大挂鞭炮了!那空气里得有多少细微颗粒物啊!如果一小根烟都这样，那何况是一挂鞭炮呢?

少吸一根烟，对自己包括周围的人都有好处;少放一挂鞭炮，对自己，对大众都有好处。而切还能减少对空气的污染，还能避免每年因为鞭炮而带来的火灾与伤害!

今年春节前夕，我问妈妈：“妈妈，今年咱还放鞭炮吗?”“你说呢”“要我说就不放了。”“因为少放鞭炮不仅对空气有好处，减少危害，自己也省了不少钱。”

少放一点鞭炮，多一些蓝天;少吸一点烟，多一些健康;少开车就节能减排。保护环境，匹夫有责!那些人为的污染，能避免还是避免的为好。提倡环保，倡导美好的生活环境，督促人民大众为我们自己的生命呐喊，杜绝人为的污染!

地震面前，诗歌的命运似乎有了转折，我不想直接讨论它的具体的价值所在，我想我更多在意、关注的是它的史诗意味，即历史价值。不管是网络、媒体，还是报纸杂志，关于地震的诗歌几乎可以随处可见，数量之巨、参与人数之众、质量之高，均为历史新高。可以说，像如此壮观的“抒写”是前无古人后无来者的。

“诗人们”纷纷以自己的感官出发，捕捉诗意，表达心底的哀痛、信念、感动、沉思，等其他的复杂感情。云南著名诗人于坚语：“心是什么，这个中国文化独有的说法很难概念化。离开具体的现场，很难说什么是心。但我今天可以明确地告诉人们，在中国四川汶山大地震是发生在人类身上的一切，完全可以证实心的存在。”

他认为大地震之后，人性开始回归了，这个回归不同于以往生命个体的回归了，而是作为社会整体的回归，是民族精神的回归。

“大地震使我们重新尊重生命。生命就是生命，没有错误的生命，没有敌人的生命，没有不值得珍惜的生命。痛心，就是痛惜生命，尊重生命。就是尊重生命不同存在方式，这是和谐的基础。废墟下的待救者没有阶级、没有财产、没有贫穷、没有性别、没有年龄、贵贱高低，纭纭众生，一视同仁。一个字，救。生命高于一切，对于二十世纪以来的中国历史，这样的认识来之不易。这才是最根本的救。当我们拯救受难者的时候，其实是在拯救我们自己。最终得救的，是心。”这无疑是幸运的，一个有信仰的民族，在任何废墟上都可以重建。

当我读完全文的时候。我的嘴角不自觉的上扬了。因为文中的最后一句话是了不起的父与子，无比幸福地紧紧拥抱在一起。我相信以后如果在地震中还发现同样的事件的话，我希望多一点这样的父与子，因为这样的精神已经很难得了我们看到父母之爱的一个个侧面，感受到父母之爱的深沉和宽广。

今天下午，我们观看了防火灾的知识，为我们讲解的是候教官，他的讲解，让我深有感悟！

下午的时候，我们观看了防火灾的知识，候将官为我们讲解的非常的详细。我们看到了候教官说，一般发生火灾的时候，我们要弯腰，低头，在拿一个叠了三次的毛巾捂住口鼻，（毛巾要是湿的，而且要轻轻的拧一下）。

看了候教官的讲解，我有很深的感受：原来防火的要求是这么的多呀！以前的时候，我以为火灾非常的简单，就是发生火灾的时候拿一个湿毛巾冲出去，而并不知道湿的毛巾还要轻轻地拧一拧，也不知道要用叠了三层的毛巾来捂住口鼻，还不知道逃生的时候要弯腰，低头，离地面的距离还是三公分，所以看了这次的讲解以后深有感悟。

我还懂得了，来到了每一个超市的时候，要观察逃生出口在哪里，到时候，万一找了火了，可以很快的找到逃生地点。还有，我们的车里面一定要装有灭火器，和一个可以杂碎玻璃的小锤子，而这些东西还要时时刻刻的放在自己的身边才行！

通过这次候教官的讲解，我对火灾逃生有了充分的认识，和知识！
