往年的清明节，我常回老家跟随家人去给祖先扫墓，我们一起清理干净墓边的杂草，每次我都会学着大人们弯腰鞠躬，看着大人们严肃的表情，我也不禁肃然起敬，我们在祖先墓前供奉了好吃的点心，还有鲜花和水果。妈妈告诉我：我们做的这些，都是对祖先和已逝亲人们的一种心意，表示我们对他们的哀思和怀念。

爸爸妈妈还会带我去烈士陵园，看着主席题词的“人民英雄，永垂不朽”的纪念碑，我想到为了新中国成立而抛头颅洒热血的革命战士们，就感动而且敬佩!我要发奋努力，希望自己将来也能为祖国做出贡献，我要踏着英雄们的足迹继续砥砺前进!

今年是2020年，新型冠状肺炎病毒疫情在我国蔓延，为全力打赢这场疫情防控阻击战，保障人民群众身体健康和生命安全，各行各业，勇担使命，万众一心，共克时艰。尤其是广大医护工作者，他们克服种.种困难，甚至冒着生命危险，救治新冠肺炎病人。现在，很多病人康复了，全国疫情也有所缓解，可是，有些医护工作者却永远倒在了工作岗位上，为了他们作为医者的仁心，为了他们最忠诚的事业!

我从新闻报道里看到那些医护工作者的英勇感人事迹时，不禁感动流泪了，默默起身站立，向他们行了一个庄重的队礼。正如歌里唱的“我不知道你是谁，我却知道你为了谁”，我觉得医生护士们那一身身白衣，是最美丽最坚固的铠甲，为我们老百姓抵挡着病毒的侵袭!
