This makes it easy to be early, since in the 10-15 minutes you have before an appointment/event, you can get a few pages of reading done. 5. Watch yourself for a few days to see where you often waste the most time. These "time sinkholes" (such as getting distracted while checking emails) are often unnoticed by us and can throw off your daily planning. Try to change your habits around these activities. For example, standing up while quickly checking your emails makes it hard to lose an hour randomly surfing the web.

6. Keep organized. Disorganization is directly related to lateness. How often have you been late because you were looking for your car keys or couldnt find an important document? Keep the things that you use everyday in some resemblance of organization and your routines will go smoother.

7. Plan ahead.

o Schedule something unimportant right before something very important. If you have an essential interview at 4:00, plan to meet a friend for coffee at the coffee shop next to your interview at 3:30. If you ride a bus, know the route, have your fare, and keep cab money on hand in case of emergency. If you are depending on another person for a ride—have a plan B!

8. Go to sleep on time. This makes it a lot easier to get up on time and helps you stay on task during the day. Unless you know otherwise, assume you need eight hours of sleep every night. By far the majority of people need at least this much sleep. College students and younger need more. Most people underestimate their sleep needs.

每天清晨，闹钟还没响，妈妈就早早地起床了，开始叫还在梦乡熟睡的我，“宝贝儿，快点起床，要迟到了。别磨磨蹭蹭的，人家孩子都开始晨练了……”我一边答应着，一边慢吞吞地离开留恋的被窝。衣服还没穿好，厨房里叮铛的“交响乐”中又传来妈妈的女高音：“你衣服穿好了没?抓紧时间，抓紧时间……”

洗脸刷牙，妈妈还在不断催促我;吃饭的时间，耳边总少不了妈妈的叮嘱;临出门，没完没了的话语仍在耳旁萦绕。我有些不耐烦了，“砰”

的一声关上门，声音被紧锁在屋子里。哎!一听到妈妈的唠叨，我真想把耳朵堵起来，相信你也有同感。其实我也知道，妈妈是爱我才向我唠叨。

生病变奏曲

有一次，闹铃响了很长时间，我才睁开眼，一看表，几乎跳起来，哎呀!都这么晚了，妈妈怎么不叫我呢?我有些埋怨妈妈了，刚到嘴边的话却被吞了回去——原来妈妈生病了，爸爸在厨房里忙碌地做着早餐。没有人催促我，早上却似乎少了什么，变得安静而冷清。没有了妈妈的唠叨，耳边的确清静不少，房间里只有秒针勤奋的在奔跑。可这真的是我所希望的吗?我告诉自己：“不是的!”在不知不觉中，这种唠叨仿佛成为了我生命的一部分，不可分割的一部分。

爱恨交响曲

妈妈的唠叨啊!真是叫人又爱又恨。心情不好的时候真想大喊一声：

“烦死了，能不能别说了。”可是却又离不开。我终于明白，母爱原来这么平凡，就隐藏在生活中，那唠叨给我提示，给我帮助;那唠叨汇成一股甜甜的小溪，流入我的心田;那唠叨早已成了我的习惯，一种爱的习惯。

习惯了吃饭时，听妈妈的唠叨：多吃点，不要挑食。习惯了睡觉时，听妈妈的唠叨：盖好被子，不要着凉。习惯了上学时，听妈妈的唠叨：路上注意安全，上课认真听讲。习惯了写字时，听妈妈的唠叨：把头抬高一点，保护好你的眼睛。习惯了进步时，听妈妈的唠叨：不要骄傲，路还长着呢!习惯了沮丧时，听妈妈的唠叨：不要难过，一切都会过去!

正是这些点滴成就了母爱的伟大，它深深包含了妈妈对我的关爱和呵护。

有一个人是一生一世不求回报的，这个人是母亲，有一种爱是最无私而伟大的这种爱是母爱，有一种唠叨也叫母爱，母爱深深，深深母爱。

As is known to us all, the most precious thing in the world is nothing but

“today”. Therefore, it is necessary and significant for us to manage our time

efficiently. There are some suggestions and methods to manage our time.

First, the most important thing is to know and understand how we have spent

and managed our time before. Only in this way can we know in which we have

wasted our time. We can do this by sorting out all things we do every day and

then select the necessary thing and the wasted time.

Second, after the first step, what we should do is choosing the correct

time. As the saying goes, “to choose time is to save time”. For one thing, we

another, it is better to do the most important and urgent thing first in that we

barely have enough time to finish all task within a day.
