以前，我经常坐在爷爷的车后，随着年龄的增长，爷爷拉着我也越来越吃力。爷爷的离开，我最遗憾的事情是，爷爷终究没有等到我拉着他。

每次到了下雨天，爷爷就会打着伞陪我在雨中玩耍。我经常喜欢拿着铲子挖中蚯蚓，后来，蚯蚓好像认得了我似的，经常在土里穿来穿去，硬是不让我看见它的踪迹。那时候最喜欢干的坏事就是抓着蚯蚓和毛毛虫放在一起，看它们聊天，说笑，久而久之，它们似乎真的认识了。我也对着它们聊天，告诉它们要替爷爷的菜园疏松土壤。现在，爷爷走了，那块地也变得不是那么肥沃了，也没有再看见过蚯蚓和毛毛虫在一块逗乐的情景了。

2015年已经离我们远去了，2016年的第一缕阳光亮起来了!

今年的元旦可真热闹!大街上人山人海，喜气洋洋，张灯结彩。一些人提着大包小包去走亲访友，去拜年叙旧;一些人围在一起，有说有笑，笑声此起彼伏，一些人穿着漂亮的衣服，在悠闲地散步。节日的彩灯把广场照耀得如白昼一般明亮。家家户户都挂着大红灯笼，家家都打扫得彻底，一尘不染。

上周四的月考结果出来了，本班成绩是意料之中的糟糕，从入学成绩来看，我班英语有20几个不及格，这就已经奠定了后来的结果，很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也许，是真的我水平有限，都是从初一接手的新生，差距怎么就这么大呢?

从成绩分析来看，满分有3个，90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上，在平时上课提问来看，只有这一部分同学比较积极，而80分以上的有12个，这些同学，需要在平时多加提问和关注，争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个，60分的只有一个，中间力量太薄弱了，可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的，都在十几二十几三十几分左右，真的是太难提高了，而且，这部分同学不光英语不及格，其他科目也这样，我现在束手无策了。不过，我也不能放弃他们，在期中考试之前，多下点功夫，希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目，如果一开始就不及格，就很难再提高了，所以，对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学，课后补补课，能提高多少是多少吧。

教学反思

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

教学反思

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

The Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people. In the past，people could not often have meat，rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. The traffic problem is one of the most serious problems in my hometown.

Recently, more and more people have private car, but the roads are so narrow

that we have to fight against the heavy traffic when we go out. Especially

during the rush hours, cars and buses are unable to move. To make things worse,

many people are killed in the traffic accidents. How miserable it is!

For the sake of our life and security, some measures must be taken to

change the present situation. In the first place, as there are a great many

cars, we should control the number of private cars and vehicles and use the

public transportation more often. Secondly, the government should widen the

roads and build more flyovers, so as to ease the traffic pressure and reduce the

traffic accidents. In addition, the undergrounds and light rails should be

constructed, so that we can have more choices when going out and do not have to

worry about the traffic jams in the future.

I believe the traffic problem could be solved if we devote our actions to

them.

然而奔跑也是需要前提的，首先我们要确立一个目标，也就是说我们需要一个终点，即我们要跑向哪里。其次我们需要的是一条可以奔向那个终点的道路，只有这样才能实现奔跑这一行动。可事实上，有很多人都是没有目标的，没有目标就没有终点，没有终点也就没有确立的道路，所以就更谈不上奔跑了。

所有的事物奔跑的目的都是为了更好地生存下去，狮子是为了吃到食物以至于不会被饿死;羚羊是为了不被狮子吃掉而能继续生存下去;消息(小溪)是为了可以让自己不会以为干涸而消失;二(而)人应该是为了不被这个社会所抛弃、所淘汰而努力的向前奔跑下去。因为每个社会、每个国家、乃至是整个世界都处在一个不断进步的过程之中。所以，如果你不奔跑就会被遗落，久而久之，积少成多，慢慢的我们就会被这个世界甩下很远最后被淘汰了。因而，我们每个人奔跑的原因都是相同的，那就是为了在这个世界生存下去。

有了目标还不够，我们还需要一条正确的道路来走向真正的终点。有好多人为了达到自己所谓的终点，不惜出卖自己的.良心来换取所谓的捷径，虽然说表面上看着好像是到了自己想要的终点，但其实，只是离终点很近的另一条路罢了。两条路之间虽然离得很近，可是中间却有一条无法逾越的、无形的护栏，所以是有着本质区别的两条路。而且这条路上还有很多危险，可能会有人因此而改变一生，可能会有人因此散失了自己的本性，更可能会有人丧命于此。所以这是一条万万不能选择的道路。因而，在奔跑前确立了目标之后，紧接着应该确立的就是如何选择一条正确的道路。

虽说，目标和道路都是取得成功的重点，但是重中之重的一点是我们要坚持下去。如果中途我们放弃了，或者放慢了奔跑的速度，那么虽说是往前进步了很多，但是，与此同时还有许多人仍然在奔跑着，我们的敌人也在奔跑着，世界也同样在进步着……所以中途放弃的我们和之前没有前进的我们之间，变化的也就只是五十步笑百步的关系吧。因而，获得生存下去的条件就是不断地奔跑，绝对不能因为任何人、任何事、任何话而退让，以至于放弃。

参加过赛跑运动的同学都知道，终点、赛道、坚持是在跑步比赛中取得胜利的必要因素。人们之间的生存之赛也是如此，所以牢记这一点，努力的为了生存而向前奔跑，这样才可以取得人生的奔跑胜利。
