一、领导重视，健全机制

根据相关文件精神，我局局领导高度重视。并在今年年初，针对我县《农业安全生产治大隐患防大事故排查治理专项行动》成立领导组。局长为组长，是全县农业安全生产的第一责任人，全面抓、负总责;三个副局长为副组长，具体抓、直接抓;各所、中心、校负责人为领导组成员，负责牵头抓好各职能部门职责范围内的安全生产工作。形成“横向到边，纵向到底”的安全生产网，不留缝隙、不留死角，杜绝重大、特大安全生产事故的发生。特别是在国庆期间，

为稳定全县安全生产态势，确保盐津豆沙美食节圆满完成，同时为全县人民过上一个祥和的国庆佳节，吃上安全可口的农特产品，我局局领导特别在国庆来临之际，提前要求各职能部门对安全生产工作认真进行治理、排查，存在问题及时上报、整顿。

二、落实责任，深入开展隐患排查治理

在县委、县政府的领导下，我局高度重视国庆期间安全生产大检查工作，进一步排查整治本辖区、本行业、本单位的安全生产隐患，按照属地管理原则和“一岗双责”的要求，并具体作了安排、布置，做到“区不漏组、组不漏人、分工明确、责任到人”，环环相扣、层层落实。

(一)农机安全生产工作排查治理。在国庆前夕，为认真贯彻落实县委、政府的文件要求和局领导对安全生产工作的安排、布置，农机站负责人带领全站职工分片区、分小组进行全县农机安全生产大检查，主要从以下几方面进行排查、治理：一是检查农用车辆驾驶司机是否持有国家统一颁发的驾驶证，对无证驾驶司机，按照相关管理规定给予相应处罚;二是检查农用车辆相关手续是否齐全，对手续不齐全者应当督促办理;三是检查农用车辆机件是否存在安全隐患，对有安全隐患农用车辆必须停止作业;四是测试农用车辆司机在农耕生产时是否具备安全意识，对无安全意识司机必须进行再培训;五是对检查时存在的问题也做好登记，并建立好痕迹资料档案管理。

(二)动监所安全生产排查治理。除日常的监督管理，为确保国庆期间全县人民吃上安全可口的肉食品，我局动监所负责人带领全所职工按照本部门的管理规定如期进行监督检查，针对重点行业、重点领域进行排查、治理，特别是所辖区内喂养的家禽牲畜，从农户购进的喂养饲料开始，对整个生产过程进行认真的监督检查，发现购进饲料超标有影响肉食品安全，一律没收处、决不能姑息，对有重大传染疾病的家禽牲畜，有害人民生命健康安全，一律扑杀销毁。

(三)质保站安全生产排查治理。质保站全面负责全县农特产品质量监督检查，有着不可懈怠的责任。在国庆期间，质保站负责人带头组建各个小组分别负责本辖区内农贸市场农特产品、肉食品的检查、检测工作，做到“人人有职责，处处有人管”，同时为我县美食节的饮食安全，在盐津豆沙集镇安排了专组负责逐街、逐户、逐摊进行监督排查，杜绝有害农特产品的流入。

(四)完善预案，加强应急值守和信息报告。为认真贯彻落实相关文件精神，确保国庆期间安全生产。我局进一步完善安全生产应急预案，增强应急预案的可行性、针对性、时效性，提高应对突发事件的能力;加强国庆期间应急值守，安排了领导带班和24小时值班，各站、所、中心、校办公室安排专人值守，保证信息畅通，负责收集各职能部门的突

发事件，一旦发生安全生产突发事件要及时汇报局办公室，由局办公室值班人员统一上报相关部门，同时做好妥善有效处理。

三、工作负责，效果突出。

在国庆佳节来临前夕至收假结束，我局各职能部门坚守在各自工作岗位的第一前线，不俱艰辛、不负重托，努力完成上级交办的一切事物。在监督检查过程中，农机生产未存在安全隐患，未有农机安全生产事故发生;在辖区农贸市场，也未发现有害农特产品和有病肉食品出卖。
