今天，我特别高兴。你想知道为什么吗?嘿嘿!那就听我说吧。告诉你们，我要用显微镜来观察人类身上的细小生物。

我首先观察的是人类的皮肤。我用胶带粘在自己的手上，然后再把胶带给撕下来，贴在切片上，放在显微镜上观察。我先观察的是放大40倍的皮肤，睁大右眼向里看，哇!我的皮肤看得一清二楚。它的形状是线条状的，上面有小黑点。像冬天窗上结的窗花。它的颜色也挺像窗花的，是白色的。但是，它的周围有一些小黑点，我想那大概就是手上的细菌吧!

接下来，我观察的是放大100倍的皮肤。没想到，放大到100倍的皮肤变得模糊不清。但是，我还是能隐隐约约看到线条状的皮肤。

它的颜色有所改变，既不是白色，也不是黑色。而是透明的带有黑色小点。怎么样?很神奇吧。看着这些细小的生物，我心想：原来，人类的身上还有这么多的秘密呀!

然后，我又把我的皮肤放大到200倍。哇!放大到200倍的皮肤就更神奇了。它的形状根本看不清，好像是无形的。可是，它的颜色并没有变，还是透明带小黑点。今天我通过显微镜看清自己手上有这么多的细菌，决定以后要更注意卫生，不要乱吃脏东西。

大家看了这么多的细小生物，会不会着迷呀?大家如果有兴趣的话就跟我进行下一个研究。

我马上要用针扎破自己的皮肤，观察自己的血液。说实在的，我一点也不怕，勇敢的扎破了自己的皮肤，把鲜血挤在切片上，放在显微镜上观察。我先观察放大40倍的血液，血液的形状呈颗粒状，像药粒一样。血液的外面一圈是白色的，中间是深红色的，集中起来像珊瑚礁。美丽极了!

然后，我又把血液放大到100倍来观察。血液放大到100倍时，形状没有改变，还是颗粒的形状。外面一圈是淡红色，里面是白色。

看起来像一块红白相间的饼干。但仔细一看，还是觉得更像珊瑚礁。暑假生活感想作文

接着，我又观察了放大了200倍的血液。放大200倍的血液还是颗粒状的，之不过模糊一点而已。它的颜色跟别的可不一样，是全是深红色的，看起来像天边的晚霞，也像一片血海。

我前面观察的是女孩的皮肤、血液。接下来，我要观察男孩的皮肤、血液。听别人说男女生的皮肤、血液不一样哦!

我先观察了男孩的皮肤，哈哈!还真不一样哎。他们皮肤粗糙，真不像女孩的皮肤。形状也是颗粒状的，颜色是周围黑，中间淡红色，像兔子的眼睛一样。不过男孩的皮肤放大到100倍时，颜色有很大的改变。由淡红色变成了淡白色，我想可能是因为放大100倍看得太模糊的缘故。虽说颜色有了很大的改变，形状也有了很大的改变，由淡红色变成了淡白色。

接下来，我又观察了男孩的血液。他们的.血液很稀，颜色也不怎么深。是白色泛红的，像一种红色的雨花石，还挺漂亮的呢!不过形状倒没有什么改变。

通过这次观察，我明白了：生物界中，还有无数的奥秘等着我们去发现、去研究，我们要热爱科学，学习科学，探索生物界很多未解的秘密。

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

My aunt went to Nanning to see me yesterday. I was very happy. She arrived

on friday niht. On Saturday, we went to the zoo, which has many interesting

things. There are lovely delphis, sealions, special birds, acrobatic show, and

so on. However, the most excited thing is the Roller Coaster, which is the thing

that I dream to play but dont dear. Having hesitated for a long time, I decided

to play once. In fact,I wasnt too afraid to play it. When we went out the zoo,

it was already six oclock. It was our dinner time. After dinner,I had to go

back to school. Its a wonderful day!

I am always interested in traveling. My reasons are quite (extremely) simple and clear. If anybody is not satisfied with my viewpoint(s), I shall be greatly surprised at his ways of thinking.

In the first place, traveling increases our knowledge. Only by traveling can we see (因为用(only)开头，主动词须颠倒)things outside our home town.

In the second place, traveling is good to our health. While we are traveling, we usually exercise our bodies.

In conclusion, I earnestly hope that everybody must seize (grasp at) the opportunity of traveling.

春天是诗意的，美丽的，但在我心中，我一直都不喜欢春天。高紫星我出生在十四年前的那个春天，那是一个春暖花开的季节。当父亲接过我时，在那一声重重的叹息声里，全家人就认定我是个丑女。我从不敢照镜子，我怕自已会自卑地撞碎在镜子里。我甚至看见花都要跑——它令我自惭形秽。看到同学们那先是吃惊后是鄙夷的目光，我几乎死心了。于是我把自己孤僻起来，因为在我心中只有冰天雪地的冬天，而没有鸟语花香的春天。

Nowadays, many families have a dog or a cat as a pet. Some people think

that pets are good and helpful companies. Some of them even go so far as saying

that animals are as good as humans, and their rights should be respected .Senior

citizens are especially fond of keeping pet because they are always feeling

lonely at home and they see the cats or dogs as their partner.

But some other people do not like pets. They say that animals are noisy,

dirty and dangerous. They think laws should be made to forbid people from

keeping pets in cities and towns.

In my opinion, pets are loyal friends that will never betray us. Staying

with pets, we shall enjoy happiness and feel relaxed. Most important of all,

In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the mountain with family, the

Hong Kong and Macao are parts of China in history， but they were separated from the motherland for some political reasons。 China has been getting richer and stronger since its opening to the outside world。 On July 1， 1997， Hong Kong finally returned home。 On December 20， 1999， Macao returned home， too。 Great changes have taken place in both Hong Kong and Macao。 It shows the development and great strength of our country。

Taiwan is an intergral part of China。 The Chinese people as well as most of the people from Taiwan are looking forward to the day on which Taiwan will return home。 We are sure that day will come sooner or later。

I met a girl called Sue on the Intemet.We are of the same age.And we talked

happily with each other. So we decided to write to each other daily, of course

through e-mail.We can write down what we feel and what we think and then forward

to each other.We also try to write in English. She once lived in the United

States with her parents, so she can speak native English.In this way, we are

getting closer and closer. And furthermore both of our English has improved

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. 2.经过这次期中考试，我才知道自己的水平是那么的地下，很多会做的题目不是算错了就是填错了位置。哎，粗心了，不过，我知道这也正反映了我平时没有多做多练题目的问题了。对于语文，我没有深入的了解，就是到时候前翻了一下书而已，但是考试又考了很多课内的知识，真后悔平时没有能够多多地看书啊。反正这次是考砸了，不知道家长会要如何应对才好，真让人头疼。所以，从现在开始，我要多多的去弥补自己的种种不足，争取一次比一次更好。

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. I will go to school few days later. I’m afraid that I can’t get used to the school life because I true very hate school. I don’t think there has a good school in my home. We have zero English teachers from USA and we have zero good computer ..May be many students can’t agree with me. But they will agree if they can see a really good school. do you agree with me?

Today I’m very tried for I made my homepage from 10:00 yesterday to 5:00 today. Seven hours nearly let me dead. I want to kill my bother named kewang because every time and every day he makes me very tried. If yesterday he hut you, tomorrow he will heart you. He is a silly man, he went to bed at 9:00,then he woke up at 6:00 and then he shouted very loudly to makes me up. But I went to bed at 4:00 morning for my home web. I really want to kill him.

这次我非常紧张，因为快考试了，这天下了大雪要放一天半的假我们全班的同学都很高兴可是有很多卷子一天半的时间里叫做八张卷子，老师说;这几天里不能玩只能玩只能认真学习不能玩雪球看电

视不能玩电脑，快考试了认真学习，要考个好成绩。

考试的那天我紧张的来到了学校因为我怕考试怕考不好得不了奖状，到了教室一后，老师就说;考试要注意什么，第一次考的是语文写完一后交了卷子就总觉的会考不好，该写数的时候我更加但心，

因为我以前数学比什么都差写完了一后就检察了一下就交了卷子，英语肯定考不好。

到了发卷子的那天不知道能得上一张奖状。

No sooner had the witer vacation begun than I returned to my native town. Of course I must make good use of it;.In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. At night I watched television with my family. hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.

1)做模版：拿几片范文，找几句比较拽的结构型句子，拼凑出一个你自己顺手的框架即可。不用到处找，也不用找很多，一个框架即可，当然，准备一些可以替换的词：比如recommendation替换conclusion.漂亮句子很多，但若水三千，我只掬一瓢饮。

2)找出主要的错误类型，每种写出一道两句经典的表述即可。

3)考时30分钟分三个阶段：一)12-15分钟，写出完整的第一段，三个征文段的topic sentence，和完整的末段。写第一段的同时就构思topicsentence,末段无非是重复结论和三句topic。这样的好处是结构已经完整了，你不用慌了。。二)13-10分钟，完成三段正文。我以前觉得这个很困难，后来想通了。无非是把这层意思说清楚就行。3句话就够了。也够长了。三)5分钟check.还一个作用时，是在前面没有完成，还有一个buffer,也不至于弹尽粮绝。

4)非常措施：考试万一时间不够，首段就抄原句;如果时间还不够，末段就cut-paste首段和topic 的文本，稍加修改即可。但是，结构是完整的。

5)ok作文法的精髓和适用范围：精髓：看上去很美。适用范围：不想得6分的人(因为想的6分的人追求的是实际上也很美。如果运气好，可以的5分，运气不好，可以的4分。

My favorite season is summer. It’s hot in summer. There is a summer

vacation in summer. I don’t go to school. I think many children like this

season, because they can eat ice-cream and go swimming. I can go swimming.
