I am free now as I am spending my winter holiday.

Although we have some homework, we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. （2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

前几天是期中考试，同学们都抓紧时间在复习，不过现在考完了，可以放松一下了。但是今天是老师公布成绩的时候，同学们和我心里都是既紧张又激动。这时，老师走进了教室，手里拿着同学们的成绩单一个一个地报，终于轮到我了“冯午骏数学96分”听到这个分数，我顿时心里乐开了一朵花。

但是好景不长，当我听到我的英语分数时，我心里那朵花，瞬间枯萎了，啊！我英语怎么只考了这么一点分呀。

我仔仔细细地看着卷子上的错题，发现题目都很简单，原来并不是我不会做上面的题，而是我不够细心，没有养成检查的好习惯。
