真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。
